Very good location in China Town”
even though the location is a bit hard to find and located in the small gangway, it is the best location in China town in Bangkok for low budget hotel. It is clean, and easy to find food street and public access transportation.
Very good location to explore chinatown”
Pleasant bedroom, a bit old (floor dammaged and some stains here and there on the ceiling but clean bathroom and bedsheet so definitely perfect for 1 or 2 nights to explore the area. Nice to have a small kitchen. The staff was very professional and helpful. Will come back again.
Located in Yaowarat Food Street, 4 Parking Lot, Small Room, Valued for Money”
1. Best Location; Located in Yaowarat Food Street and also you can walk to Sumpeng Market. Recommended for tourist with outgoing activities. 2. Small Room but clean and also have small kitchen and fridge in room! providing pot, pan, dish, fork, spoon. 3. Only 4 Parking Lot in front of the hotel, near by parking lot fee 30 THB per hour. 4. You can borrow hair dryer from the reception. 5. Men staff at night shift is helpful for arranging the parking lot.
Memorial hotel in Chinatown”
finally we came back to stay here again although it's been a year and this hotel are still pretty good enough and keep upgraded ! overall are satisfied and very comfort zone to access in chinatown and easy to get any local food in this area as well.
The Best Budget Hotel I've Ever Stayed In”
When I first stayed here, I had to walk through a narrow little alley to get there. I thought I had gotten myself into something terrible. Was I wrong. This is a very well run place. It's spotlessly clean, everything in the room works fine. The staff is helpful. And the location is the best. I can't comment about the breakfast because why eat breakfast in a hotel when you are surrounded by Chinatown. In terms of being a budget hotel, this place is impeccable.
I had been staying in this hotel for most of my trips, it is a very convenient area for me. You get what you pay for ! Reasonable price, comfortable stay, clean room , also nearby the hotel, there is a lot of street food to eat. Overall satisfied stay in this hotel for this price.
Budget Hotel, satisfied stay in this hotel”
I had been staying in this hotel for most of my trip, it is very convenient area for me. Good and reasonable price, comfortable stay, clean room, also nearby the hotel, there is a lot of street food to eat. Hotel was a bit difficult to find if you are first time there. Overall satisfied stay in this hotel for this price.
Convenient for the centre of chinatown.”
Walking distance to Chinatown, many nice & good food around. Hotel was a bit difficult to find if you are first time there. As it is off a small lane and not on the main road, not easy to get cab or public transport. Overall satisfied stay in this hotel. Already book again on my coming Sept & Oct trip.
Good location in central Chinatown”
Just a 50 baht motorcycle taxi ride from Hua Lamphong MRT/Railway system, this hotel is halfway down a narrow Soi 8 which runs between Thanon Yaowarat and Thanon Chaeroen Krung - Soi 14 if approaching from the latter. Also accessible form Ratchwong Pier. Check in was smooth and quick and the room was clean and of a good size. Usual spacious bed which is commonplace in Thailand. A good selection (from a menu) of breakfast which is delivered to the room. There is a bar with a "20% Happy Hour discount" but I didn't use it. Overall good location for Chinatown and value for money. The hotel is very well located to take advantage of the superb street Chinese restaurants selling shellfish, fish and other fresh food. Many of these operate only in the evenings and begin to evolve on the pavements from late afternoon.
Cozy,well-located boutique hotel in China Town”
It's not the easiest place to find, but when your taxi driver finally figures out the address, you'll be treated to a very picturesque stroll into the heart of China Town. Taxis can manuever into the drive, but seem to prefer letting passengers walk the last hundred feet through the densely-packed neighborhood. No complaints about the hotel and its staff. Service was excellent, the room was spic and span, and the sound-proofing is amazing. This is a noisy neighborhood, but only outside the hotel. Inside, it's very calm and quiet. Don't come for the swimming pool, fitness center, and night club. There aren't any.
Nice small hotel ”
The first impression when you arrive this hotel may not be very positive as the hotel is located in the middle of a small lane accessible from the two main roads, Yaowarat and Charoenkrung. However, once you enter your room, you will find that it is comparable to a 4-5 star hotel, with smaller size rooms. The good thing about the hotel being in the middle of the lane is quietness. If you travel alone or with your partner, with small budget, this hotel is one of the best choices in the area. The most convenient transportation in the are is taxi. If you want to travel by MRT or BTS, the closest station is about 10 minutes by taxi.
Lovely hotel with excellent location ”
the hotel is located in the center of the china town that can be reached by walk. there is a small kitchen in the room allowing customers to cook by themselves if preferred. the room is clean but it is quite small. also, the bathroom is not big. in sum, this hotel is recommended.
Good location but inside the lane”
location wise have to specific clearly, most of the taxi driver do not understand the map given by the hotel staff. if you take a taxi to the hotel, said "charoenkrung road soi 14" .good location from the hotel turn right to yaowarat road (china town), and turn left to charoenkrung road to mbk and hua lamphong mrt station. breakfast delivery to your room in time. breakfast in set, taste good .
Very convenient with obliging staff”
We arrived at around 9.30pm, we being myself and a young Japanese lass I met on the plane. Although I had booked as a single ( double bed ) the friendly receptionist obligingly changed the room for one with two single beds, for no extra charge. The location enabled us to walk to China Town in minutes and the breakfast brought to or room in the morning was great.
i loved this hotel”
affordable hotel with modern&clean room, internet in lobby&cool ac.5 storey hotel with a lift.i'm often ask reception about info travelling, thanks a lot.in the heart of chinatown so you can shopping &sightseeing, plus walking to Grand palace,Wat Pho,Wat Arun and a lot of delicious&cheap food.it's a little difficult to find. placed between 2 main road, yaowarat and charoenkrung.the address quotes both of them, so when you ask people just named one road.don't mention both of them.quite far from MRT but you can go to MBK,Siam(shopping area) with tuk tuk about 80 baht
Well Kept, Great Service, Nice Breakfast”
hotel has helpful staff, is new-sh and in convenient location to lots of eateries in chinatown. compact but has tea and coffee making facilities and microwave oven if ever you need to warm anything; though eating out is just as easy. bit hard to find and lane dark at night. good value overall.
Nice quiet hotel in a fatastic area of China Town”
great value for this nice little hotel down a quiet tucked away lane in of the busiest area's in the world. the hotel's wi-fi was fast and reliable, and the hotel was clean modern and friendly. there is a rooftop deck and couple of pc's in the lobby. the staff were friendly and spoke perfect english, and very willing to help with directions. there is a working elevator as well which is a nice touch for such a small hotel. the a/c was crisp and the tv channels were not to bad. there was a microwave, small stove, and fridge. lots of things to do in china town, and i felt safer here than in most other areas of bangkok. tons of markets, they go for miles down every which way and cranny of the streets. this is definitely a good place and i would stay here again
nice new hotel”
if you want to experience china town this is a great hotel to stay in situated between charoen krung and yaowarat streets its in the heart of chinatown, with nice clean rooms set out very ergonomically. just make sure the taxi driver knows the exact address, it can be a little tricky to find.
best hotel with helpfull staff”
we enjoy our stay at this hotel.just the problem only to find this hotel because this is slightly in the street. but after we stay there we enjoy a lot. our room is very good on the 4thfloor and have small kitchen inside they serve breakfast in the room.and most imortant staff is veyr helpfull and have free intrent at lobby also.
Small but nice!”
- Great Location, steps from the street market - Kitchen in the room!!! with kitchenwares! - breakfast is served to your door! - very limited car parking, we drove Camry so it was hard to park but that's not a big deal. - Great place for adult tourists as the space of the hotel is limited - Free wifi - staff is sorta nice but not that helpful - small room, small bathroom, most of the rooms have no window, but you can require it if its syill available - 10 minute with the jam traffic to Siam Sq. Bottom line, considered with the price, dont expect much then you'll have a good time at the hotel!! I'll def be right back!!
