"Roberto (the owner) and his employee are wonderful people and super helpful. They make you feel home right away. I booked a single room and was super happy about the size and the double bed I had for myself ;) the hot shower just adds to the comfort (not standard) and it was easy to walk everywhere in Otavalo in 10min. You'll also get the Best view for free if you just go on top of the roof. "
