Find Hotels in Airai, Palau

We stayer there for 4 nights with a 2-day water activity tour in Palau, and found this resort is close to airport (15 min drive ) and all staffs are helpful and kind, and room is big plus air-cons is working well. Breakfast is ok and basic but it is good enough if you have to get ready for tour pick up early every morning as this resort is far from the city centre ( 20 min in normal traffic ). Lucky the resort has limited free shuttle bus service to city centre plus our tour has their own pick up and drop off provided also. Basically i will recommend this resort if your trip in Palau is for all water activities organised by tour then transport may not be a main issue for you. Cheers.

The hotel fraudulently misrepresents everything about it. You think you book into a resort, but that resort is simply associated with this 2 room private house by putting it onto the same brochure. Pure fraud. I was the only customer, yet my room was not even cleaned. There are no shops in the area, although the hotel claims there are. It is not conveniently located as the hotel claims, but 15 minutes by taxi, and that taxi is only bookable through the reception - but the reception is rarely open, so when you want to go into town when they are not there, you are stuck. The room looks over an industrial area. Breakfast does not meet standards. Guided kayak tour (at three times the market price) was guided in Japanese language only. Despite being the only customer and having given them one day advance notice about my departure, on Monday morning the staff still took 15 minutes to add up all the invoices (and they charge for every breath you take, so that is a lot of little bills). Mini-fridge is not stocked at all, totally empty. Air-conditioning not cooling down the room temperature (according to the cleaning lady, another customer also complained about this before but she was told not to meddle into the management's business).This
