I and my friend had a blast in Berlin thanks to our smooth experience at Titanic Chausee. The staff was incredibly helpful and sympathetic and we had a great time chatting with them. Restaurant manager Hakan and his team were great at all matters. Mr. Evren (assistant manager I suppose) and I were on the same on the same plane back to Istanbul by chance and even then, he did not lose a drop of his hospitality, outside of the hotel. No kidding the metro is like 20 steps away from the hotel. Looking forward to coming back to Berlin with my family and stay at this hotel again. i have been in few hotels in Berlin , no doubt Titanic Gendarmenmarkt are on eof the best value for money . At the same time as a business travel i would expect some benefits from Membership option which they don't have.

Location is very good as it is at Wittenberge place in center of west Berlin near zoo,chearch which is simbol from second world war,kdv shopping center,Tiergarten park,kings palace with park is forty minutes walk away.But it is six kilometers from Alexanderplace where the most tourist attractions are .Very safe and elegant area.Hotel rooms are big with big bathrooms.Receptions work all night The cheapest three star hotel in Berlin with good location .Only problem is wifi which is not strong enough and you'll definetly have problem with it .

Located at, or rather in Alexanderplatz, which is the real happening lace in Berlin, with the bus stop, the underground, tram and taxi stand just outside the hotel, Park Inn is a very well located hotel. All the historical monuments can be accessed by the hop-on hop-off bus, which is only €15 per head. Taxis are very reasonable with an airport trip costing €30. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and most comfortable. The only deficincy is the lack of tea/coffee self service in the room. I would go down the Burger King and get coffee for my wife in the morning. That, however, was not really a problem as Burger King is in the hotel. The elevators are high speed and covered the 28 floors in 30 seconds. The breakfast was a very large, sptious spread consisting of A huge variety of breads, cheeses, eggs, cold cuts,juices, tea and coffee and fruits. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great hotel, great location! Several Xmas markets & tourist attractions within walking distance.. Reception & waiting staff all very friendly & accommodating, no language barriers as speak good English. Room compact but perfectly adequate, modern, comfortable beds, decent shower/plenty of hot water. Only negative observation would be that ligjting could be brighter, a radiator or similar would be useful to dry off wet clothes/towels but aircon/heating worked well. Very limited & narrow shelvig for wardribe space, but no problem for short stay. Breakfast was fantastic. Think I read somewhere "eat like a king" and you sure can. Food great & plentiful. Coffee pot brought to the table by the waiter a much better option than from the machines. Overall we had a very pleasant stay & I would definitely stay again if I returned to Berlin. Also excellent value for money at around €80 per room per night including breakfast. Recommend Titanic Comfort Hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my husband to explore Berlin. Sana Berlin never failed my expectations : sumptuous breakfast, clean room, nice sauna, excellent staffs, and on top of all : not as expensive aa most other 4-star hotels in Berlin. We will come back there again whenever we visit Berlin.

The NW Hotel in Berlin is probably one of my best accomodation experiences overall.The room was so spacious,cozy and clean that I could hardly remember anything close to this perfection for a so fair price per night.The staff was extremely polite,it took nothing more than a minute to check-in and check-out.The interior design is absolutely tasteful and modern,all the facilities brand new and the conforts extremely enjoyable.The area also is one of Berlin's quitest,I hardly heard a sound the two nights I spent there.Finally,it has an awesome bar on the ground floor where you can enjoy a late night drink to relax after a tiring day spent around the town. I highly recommend to any visitor in Berlin to stay in NW Hotel,it worths every single euro!!

I stayed for just 3 nights, when the hotel was not apparently very busy, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English. I was a budget traveller, having used a booking website, so didn't sample all the amenities of the hotel, but the room itself was clean and well appointed, with everything you'd expect from a modern standard hotel room. Judging by the hotel website, my rate of around 40GBP per night was cheap compared to their standard tariff, but I wouldn't want to pay much more than that as a holiday maker. At that price it was competitive with similar hotels in the area, and even cheaper hotels of lesser quality, and thus well worth a look. The location of the hotel is not hugely exciting, but is only 30-40 minutes from both the centre of Berlin, and from Schonefeld airport to the South East of the city, via the regular S-Bahn service from the nearby (4-5 minutes walk max.) Sonnenallee S-Bahn station, and to Treptower park (next station) for connections.

i stayed at angleterre for the full 12 nights while in berlin. i was given exactly what i was expecting, clean room (smoking) which allowed me a check in time at 3pm which was okay. decent windows in the room for good ventilation. the television has all the free/cable channels when i felt bored. housekeeping is efficient and supplies replenished every day. the only thing that bothered me at certain times, was the slight odour emitting from the bathroom, not so much a big deal as shutting the door kept it in (i guess to get it fixed, the room will have to be vacated for major plumbing works and it was bearable and i was only in the room in the evenings, so no big complains about it)- the best thing i like of the hotel is, its just opposite or adjacent to coffee shops for breakfast, lunch & dinners for very affordable prices. convenience shops are just adjacent for train tickets, also a 2nd-hand shop nearby for more affordable materials i.e garments/books etc.

Everyone who visits Berlin should stay in this hotel. All the staff teams are very professional, friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the location is the BEST - right next to the main shopping street with everything within walking distance. I stayed for 3 nights, used many of the services n never felt so comfortable in a hotel before. Even the room service food was yummy. Too bad I didnt have time to check out the swimming pool. For sure I will stay in Bristol Berlin Hotel again when I return to this city! (NB: I gave 4* for cleanliness since this is an old hotel n I thought there is a little room for improvement on the furniture. )

The location of the apartment could not have been better. Walking distance to Brandenburg Gate and two metro stations nearby. The apartment was very secure and very clean. It was quiet and spacious. Plenty of eateries nearby and a large supermarket across the road which was open until 10PM. The company have many apartments in the area but the one we were in had one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room with tv and two piece suite. Also in the living room there was a nice dinning table and chairs. Sadly the tv only had German channels but who's watching tv when your in Berlin! The kitchen had all the appliances you need and more. The rooms were warmed by central heating and although I never found out how to regulate the heating we never needed to as the apartment was always just right. If I ever get the chance to visit Berlin again, and I hope I do, then I will book this apartment again.

The hotel has everything beyond a standard 4 star hotels in Germany: friendly front desk staff, helpful concierge, lovely and stylish room with air-conditioning, free wifi (all day) , safe, tea & coffee facility, hair dryer....and more. We stayed at many 4* hotels in germany and other countries, this was definately one of the best we have stayed so far. Ver good location, you might think i am lying here as the hotel ia not right in the city centre. I can tell you from my experience, it is definately better stay anywhere near a tram station...especially in summer. Underground in berlin has no air-conditioning and signs are pretty useless, i got lost so many times; tram is more comfortable, has air-con, stations were easy to find. Anyway, highly recommend this hotel to any travellers!!

The location was excellent with easy access from the airport and then to travel in Berlin. Staff were friendly and informed. Best breakfast that takes you through lunch as well. There are a lot of rooms in the hotel so it was a long walk from the lift but not a problem. Will be back when in Berlin next time.

To wake up, I really love to make a cup of coffee before going to the breakfast buffet. In this hotel you have a Nespresso machine in the room. Perfect, fresh coffee every time! And, of course, new capsules every day. Connected to the rather big TV, an excellent sound system that even has a sub woofer. A perfect beginning of the day! We didn't need it as we just opened the windows, but there's air conditioning. Not many hotels have that in Germany. Can be nice on a hot day. U-Bahn (subway) is just a five minutes walk away. Bus 100 stops in front of the hotel and brings you directly to the main attractions with a very cheap ticket. Very nice beds and a 5-star worth bathroom – we'll book this hotel again when in Berlin!

It's located 5-10 min walk away from subway. This makes travelling to other places in Berlin very easy and convenient. The receptionists are very friendly and answer any questions we had. The rooms are clean and tidy. Their buffet breakfast is one of the best I ever had: ham and cheese, 2 types of eggs, sausage, olive platter, etc.

When I booked this hotel a few months before my 3 night stay in December 2016, I found the best deal to be on Agoda. The reviews on TA looked to be fairly good so I was expecting a stress-free stay and that's what I got. I had booked a Exclusive Double Room and had requested a room on a high floor as the hotel is near a busy road - this request was honoured and the room was silent! Upon arrival the staff were quick checking me and my partner in, and they spoke very good English, informing us of the nearest supermarket to go to etc. The room was immaculate and huge. The ensuite even had a bath. Everyday the room would get made up promptly to a high standard. In terms of location the hotel is located fairly well to get to all the tourist points of interest. Checkpoint Charlie is a few minutes walk as is the nearest U-Bahn. If you are arriving from Berlin Schönefeld Airport, Simply get the RE14 to Berlin Friedrichstraße station (€3.30 single ticket) and the hotel is around a 15 minute walk through the trendy Gendarmenmarkt district. There are plenty of restraunts nearby, and if you want to go further away to eat, the subway system in Berlin is really cost-effective and simple to navigate. When we checked-out at the end of our stay, the lobby were more than happy to keep our bags behind the bar for the day whilst we were out exploring. Just be aware that the basic rooms are incredibly small, some of the photos on the website don't quite show this. I peered through a "Queen Room" door as the housekeeping team were in there, and it was tiny.

We were a group of 6 ladies visiting the Berlin to enjoy the Christmas Markets. Booked this hotel based primarily on location and price. We weren't too bothered about the quality of the hotel as it was just a place to sleep. However, we found The Weinmeister to be extremely comfortable and it has a slightly quirky feel to it, with designer beds and oversized wing back chairs in the bar and reception area. It is very well placed for getting around with 2 underground stations within walking distance, and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from as well. I didn't give the full 5 stars for quality of staff because of one person who was extremely unhelpful and sullen with different people in our party on a number of occasions. Other than that everyone else was lovely. Breakfast at 18€ is too expensive, go to a nearby bakery/cafe.

Loved the location, close to museum island and hackeserhod. Walkable to Unter den Linden and Frierichatrasse. So easy to get to on TXL Bus. We were in an appartment with two bedrooms (610 and 609, I think). Not a great view over the car park but we weren't really bothered about that. Small balcony. Well equipped apart from no scissors. We used washing machine. It's 95 Euro cents a tablet if you don't bring your own. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very quiet bedrooms. Well insulated from noise outside. I window open was quite noisy but we never did this. Temperature control worked well for heating and cooling. Amount of fireworks in Berlin was phenomenal. Lots of super places to eat nearby. Supermarket also there and apothecary etc. Even a shop selling onesies should you he son inclined. Prices in berlin are quite reasonable compared to Vienna and Paris I would say. The Xmas markets are brilliant l. People are good looking and fab and helpful. Love Germany. Love this hotel

Rooms are no luxury but they're perfect enough for cheap and short trip to Berlin. Road in front of hotel is full of traffic all day but windows can isolate you from noise so it's okay. Carpets should be cleaner but nothing EW, just old carpets. Beds clean and comfortable, bathroom with bath tub was roomful, toilet papers and so on were added daily. Breakfasts simple and enjoyable. Hotel staff friendly and smiling. I don't see many reasons for huge hate I saw somewhere on internet... This is simple and CHEAP hotel. For glamorous beds, incredible breakfasts etc. you have to pay more in another, luxurious hotel.

+ the hotel is looks nice, clean, the staffs is friendly, the accommodation is small but looks new and tidy. Restaurants around the hotel are very delicious. - for the weather like we were there, it is difficult to go outside so we prefer to stay inside the hotel but there is only a restaurant for breakfast, not for lunch or dinner. Location a bit far away from any of transport stations, only taxi. 15m by walk to Berlin Wall Memorial, 30m by walk to Berlin Mall and 15m by walk to Check Point Charlie.

It was my second time in Berlin, and i knew that eastern part of the city is the place to go if you want to enjoy the best out of the city. The location of the hotel is superb. Great restaurants with impressive breakfast/brunch-offers and bars with lots of young stylish folks wait for you just across the street. On sunday there's an awesome flee-market just within a walking distance. The hotel is located very conveniently just in front of a metro exit. It takes 10 min to Alexanderplatz. For us the location and the hassle-minimization was the most important thing when choosing a hotel. The room was clean and quiet and very beige. In a word, very hotel-like. The bed/bathroom were nice. If I really have to nag, the service wasn't very enthusiastic and even though I asked for a smaller pillow twice, i didn't get it (but i did receive sincere apologies). In Berlin there's a lot of possibilities for a truly berliner accommodation (people renting nice apartments for short stays/über cool hotels like michelberger etc.), Best Western is nothing like that. It's just an ok hotel, and for that, we were very pleased. Look for offers, we paid 48 e per night in a comfort room. Great value for money.

This was a last second booking as I chose to leave Munich a day early and head to Berlin. My other hotel wouldn't be available until the next day and I didn't want to pay top dollar for a quick 16 hour stay. I found this on my phone and decided to chance it as the price was quite affordable. When I first arrived in the hotel I was shocked by how nice the lobby was. This was at least a 4 star hotel. They quickly checked me in and brought me to a clean room with nice linens and zippy free wifi. I then went downstairs and they helped me find something to do for the night. The staff and the facilities are all very nice. I only gave the food a 4 because I didn't actually eat in the hotel but the restaurant they suggested was fantastic. It's a little Thai spot down the street, do it. I would absolutely recommend this facility for anyone interested.

Generator Hostel is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed so far. It is well located, within walking distance to the tram as well as the train to the airport. The staff is very friendly, I remembered him telling us that he has been to Kuala Lumpur before and we chatted with him like we've known him for a long time! The breakfast spread was decent. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would love to stay here again when we go to Berlin!

This is a well appointed classic Berlin hotel with super comfy beds and nice big bath tubs for taller/long legged people. The breakfast service was always very nice with personalized options such as omellets and great coffee!

We were delighted with our stay at the Melia and with the fantastic rate we found on agoda. I shared a room with an 18-year-old who received the trip as a graduation gift from her uncle, who stayed in a second room. For 2 adults the room was adequately sized, not overly generous but just fine. Our stay was quiet, we never heard a sound from the elevator right across the hall (which worried me at first), and cleanliness was impeccable. The standard room is not sized to spend a lot of time in, but in Berlin that's unlikely anyway. Staff members were all courteous and helpful. We never tried the hotel breakfast, which seemed inordinately priced, but found a great breakfast spot just around the corner on the river, Guten Morgen Franz. And one of the best coffeehouses in Berlin is a 10-minute walk away and serves fine breakfasts: Kaffee Einstein on Unter den Linden. The Melia also has a number of good choices for nice restaurants or quick eats, all within a 5-10 minute walk. In short, being so close to a major transit hub (Friedrichstrasse Station), it was almost hard to believe the Melia was such an oasis of comfort and understated style. One note: Don't count on being able to check in before the official 3 p.m.

I have just returned from a 3-night stay at the Hotel AMANO Grand Central and found it to be a great hotel. Firstly, in my opinion, the location is ideal, as it is a 2 minute walk from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof station (Europlatz side) and also close to the TXL bus stops to take you to and from Tegel airport. With regard to sight seeing, you simply need to walk through the train station to Washingtonplatz side and you are just a 10 minute walk to Reichstag and then onto Brandenburg Gate/Unter del Linden and other great sights in this magnificent and historical city. The hotel itself is very new with modern rooms (nicely appointed) and friendly/professional staff. I had requested a quiet room during reservations and this was duly followed upon check-in (I had a lovely room facing courtyard). I did not include the breakfast with my stay; however, the staff were able to provide me with a kettle, so I could have morning tea (this was very appreciated!). The one small complaint is that the bathroom doors are "self closing"; therefore, they tend to slam shut unless you have a door stop. Hence, you tend to hear and feel the reverberations of your neighbours' bathroom doors slamming shut. I did bring this up to front desk and was informed that the design is intentional for 'air flow' reasons. The front desk were concerned and offered a breakfast as compensation for the disruptions; however, I had a very early morning flight on day of my checkout, so could not partake in this kind offer. I was very impressed by the front desk's professionalism in listening to my feedback. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Berlin (either for business or pleasure reasons) and hope to return to further discover this wonderful city.

First time in Berlin, this hotel was situated perfectly to get around the city. Locally it has plenty of restaurants and shops in and around Alexanderplatz, and comutability via Berlin's extensive overground and underground rail systems was easy thanks to the Alexandeeplatz station on the doorstep. The room was tidy, clean and boasted excellent facilities and even its own mini kitchen! The alphabet themed cafe 'Type Hype' below was good for breakfasts as was the Berlin Bun Bakery just round the corner on the same block. Friendly staff, all in all excellent value for money. We would stay again....

The hotel is located across the street of a suburban train station (S) which gives you the perfect access to go everywhere in Berlin. Access to the high speed railway network in Germany is only one stop ( 1 min) away form the hotel ( Berlin Spandau) The fairground is only a few train (S) minutes away with trains departing every 10 min. The hotel itself is located in the upper floor of a high rising building. Rooms are modern clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and breakfast room are stunning. Most of the time the rates are very favorable and I can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk from Zoologischer Garten Station (which is a direct route from Schönefeld airport). You can catch the 200 bus to the hotel if you don’t feel like walking. Staff were very friendly both before and when we arrived. I had emailed asking about position/transport etc and they replied straight away. Staff were extremely friendly whilst at the hotel. The hotel was good-looking and clean. Our room was excellent. We used the pool and gym facilities also. At peak times, this area can become busy but we only used them at night when it was quieter. You can catch the 200 bus to Berlin city or take the picturesque walk past the victory statue. The hotel is also a 15 minute walk from all the main shops (such as H&M, MAC, Nike etc). We would 100% stay in the Pestana Berlin Tiergarten again.

Nice hotel. I come there at night to check in, there was no problem there. On the next day, I was not satisfied with my room. They change my room on my request. Most of all I like breakfasts there, especially for the price I paid for staying there. I guess there are many other nice hotels in Berlin, but this one is defensively a secure option.
