It was my first time in Cameron Highlands and this hotel was a good choice. The executive room was perfect. Breakfast was great. I saved a ton of money on travel by being patient and waiting for the local bus (Regal Bus Company - an orange coloured bus). One tip I got from the driver was that the bus company doesn't work on weekends due to the intense traffic caused by local tourists and their private vehicles. So , if you want to go to Cameron Highland then please plan your visit on weekdays only. I did use a taxi a couple of times and even the taxi drivers recommended not to bother visiting Cameron Highlands on the weekends. If you are patient you can catch the local bus every hour. The Bee farm, Rose garden and strawberry picking farms are walking distance the hotel. i took the local bus to the Lavendar farm. I had to use a pricey taxi to visit the Boh tea center / estate. I did see some foreign tourists trekking to the tea estate which would be fun if you are fit and have time.

Hotel is new. Location is near to many halal eateries. We book 2 bedrooms suite and it is spacious. The hotel has a playground, which is not a common sight for hotel in Cameron Highlands. My kids enjoyed playing at the playground. The only setback I face during my stay is the delay in providing fresh towel on 2nd day. Had to call around 6pm to request for fresh towels. The came and provided 2 towels (our room is 2 bedroom) . Had to call again to request for another 2 towels. Staff are helpful. Would stay again if we decided to come to Cameron Highlands again.

Nice new hotel in Cameron Highlands. Just in front of entrance to Sungai Palas Boh Teh from main road. 5-10 mins walking distance to Kea Farm. Just open 3 months during our stay in October. When raining, you no longer need to turn on the fan as it already damn cold there. Always choose the view to the valley, it is a nice view.

So far, the hotel is comfortable, clean and the price is acceptable, especially I love the breakfast so much.Car park is enough also.It located near Tanah Rata , shops and restaurant are just in walking distance. If you need a relaxing and comfortable staying during your trip to Cameron Highland , I would strongly recommend you to choose this hotel. Besides , I made a comparison before the trip,some other hotel in Cameron Highland simply add price during public holiday.However, Century Pines hotel still in the same price. So, I strongly believe that I had made a good decision to stay here. Will come back again if I visit Cameron Highland.

Arriving at the hotel immediately makes you feel like you've stepped into a little piece of England in Cameron Highlands. We were served with a welcome drink of coffee or tea while we checked-in. Stayed in the deluxe room which was spacious with nice decor, water heater worked just fine, relaxing, quiet and comfy. Everything was perfect except, there is only one window which opens to the walkway and you need this window opened since there is no fan or air conditioning in the room and that lacks privacy but security was ok. Also one of the movie channels was not working and being a movie buff this was just quite disappointing. The English breakfast was good! Really miss the pastries with homemade jam and the coffee. Dinner was good but a little on the pricey side. Stomach wasn't feeling so well that night so thought I'd had something plain like poached salmon. Tasty and delicious except the fish was not deboned so instead of enjoying the meal, I was just focused on picking out the bones and trying not to miss and swallow which kinda spoilt it for me. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the manager an Indian gentleman who made us feel warm and welcomed. There is an actual fireplace at the bar and having a drink next to the fireplace on a cold breezy night really is a memorable experience, especially when you hail from the hot city in Malaysia. The housekeeping staff did a remarkable job in ensuring our room was clean, they even kindly waited on us. The hotel also packed some sandwiches and fruits for us for our journey when we checked out, very thoughtful! Overall, wonderful experience would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax, unwind and escape the hustling bustling city lifestyle. Would definitely return again.

This is my favourite go to resort in Cameron Highlands. It has been a ritual for my wife and I to come here twice yearly. Is there anything that I would care to complain about the place? None that is too serious to dampen my stay. If shove come to push-the breakfast spread has dipped slightly in quality lately. I miss the various blocks of cheese that I used to enjoy so much. They had now been replaced with filmsy and bland sandwich cheese. But to be fair, you can't get any better hotel breakfast anywhere in Cameron Highlands for the price you pay for the rooms. And the top draw of the place is its location. If you love cool, fresh mountain air, this is The Place. If you cherish cleanliness, quietness and tranquility, there is no better place in Cameron Highlands at the price. And the fact that it is located atop the hill between Tanah Rata and Brinchang towns that are mere 5-10 minutes drive away, you will be spoiled for choices with Chinese, Indian and Western foods on offer.

2 nights stay at Heritage hotel was awesome. most of the hotels in Cameron Highlands (CH) are not having sufficient parking lot. So you not to worry in this hotel as it has lots of parking lot. Located at a higher place, the surrounding is nice and cozy. We get a Superior room with breakfast included as does not want to trouble to look for breakfast early in the morning. The buffet style breakfast is not bad, mum enjoy the porridge a lot. Room is clean and spacious with balcony. This room is attached with a fan, so if you need to control the fan speed, remember to check in the wardrobe as it is hidden in the wardrobe. Do not forget to pay a visit of the garden in this hotel, pretty fresh and greeny view. If you feel like reading, you may proceed to the Library at the Ground Floor (next to the laundry). You can find English and limited Chinese books and many Japanese books. Staffs at Reception are friendly when asking for the direction to go down to the Garden. It is a nice hotel and value for money. As I do not need wifi much, I need not go to Lobby to use the limited coverage Wifi in lobby.

Easily the best hotel in Cameron now.. awesome location.. try to get the room on the ground floor, same level as the reception so you'll have the garden with tables and swings at your doorstep! Dont worry about the room comes with no air-cond or fan.. you wont need them! Cameron Highlands was experiencing water shortage when we were there, but the hotel didnt seem to have any water problem.. Tips : water heater will not work with the tempreture dropping to 14-16 celcius at night. just lower the water pressure on the heater and youll get the water tempreture just right.. Note : They have a room with a queen bed and three single beds.. but its not listed anywhere.. you gotta call or go thru their FB page to book..

Had a great stay in Cameron Highlands thanks to the place that I was staying. It is located strategically near a night market that sells all the souvenirs and merchandise that you should get from Cameron Highlands. Parking could be a little bit of a hassle if you got there late. But overall, it is a good location to stay especially if you are coming with a big family.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They helped us with navigating, lifts and all our travel questions. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return. Our only comments would be the sheets could have been cleaner (we found hair in them), and we werent sure if breakfast was provided and it was never really explained properly although we assumed the toast/coffee/tea was free of charge. Mr. Nathan is an incredible host and cook, Carol and Yoda were also extremely helpful. Thank you! Also, best scones in Cameron Highlands!

I was in Cameron Highlands for five days for rest and relax. I didn't want to drive too much for food and things. This hotel is centrally located in Brichang, surrounded by many restaurants of various cuisines, convenient shops and a small morning market. Many local places of interests are just at driving distant. Also another reason why I chose this hotel is because the night market is at walking distant. Parking is an issue when the night market is held every Friday and Saturday. This is a proper large hotel with friendly staff (there is a very friendly waiter named Siva who will start a conversation with the guests), good breakfast with local dishes (best fried noodles and fried kuey teow I've ever eaten) and clean room, though I think it's about time for some refurbishment as the furniture is old and the carpet is tired looking, maybe due to the cold weather. There are many shop house hotels in Brichang but this is really a proper large hotel.

SPACE ENOUGH , GOOD ENVIRONMENT SUITABLE FOR BIG FAMILY HAVE A RELAXING TRIP. WEATHER AND WATER SUPPLY IS TOO COLD IN CAMERON HIGHLANDS. THANKS THE OWNER PREPARED SLIPPER AND BOTH BATHROOMS COMPLETED WITH HEATER.

It is great for anyone who are looking for a place that centrally located in Cameron Highland. You can travel by foot from the hotel to night market to buy various of things. You can find food very easily because the hotel is near with restaurants, KFC and etc. I would suggest to go here on weekdays because on weekend the car park is limited. You also can buy a travel map from the lobby if you are not familiar with Cameron Highland around RM4.

This is my second stay at Double Stars. Love it for the budget price, cleanliness and location. This time we got a windowless room with fan, which can be pretty stuffy albeit the cool air in Cameron Highlands. Room is small, perhaps best suited for a single traveler rather than two, but it was comfortable nonetheless. Will come again soon.

Parkland Apartment at Cameron, close to tanah rata, it is very convenience to access store like food, glossary and etc. It is the biggest town in Cameron Highlands and contains the most number of facilities and amenities, including the district council with banks and ATMs, and the main hospital in Cameron Highlands. Having a taxi station and a bus station makes it easy to travel to other parts of Cameron Highlands, as well as to Ipoh (the biggest city nearest to Cameron Highlands) and to Kuala Lumpur (the capital city). It also has a good selection of backpacker inns and good-class hotels at various prices.

Excellent location, walking distance to Brinchang night market and most happening location in Cameron Highland. Besides, if you come from Tanah Rata, this hotel is right before the heavy traffic location with shortcut (based on google map) so that you will not be trapped in traffic. Improvement needed on the breakfast. :)

Room: Spacious and cleaned, two king beds with comfy mattress and pillow (they provided 3 pillows for each bed), TV with basic channels (TV1,TV2, astro supersport & movie), no ceiling fan but I think no problem at all, two big wardrobes, a makeup table and a very big shoe cabinet. Bathroom: Very spacious and cleaned, water heater worked very well, water pressure was good, complete toiletries & towels. Location: Near to Cameron Highlands Resort & Golf Resort. I liked the view from out room and also from the carousel. Plenty of parking (I parked in the house garage). Next to the homestay, there is a strawberry farm and two shops selling souvenirs. One of the shop (Indian aunty) sells cheap souvenirs (cheaper than anywhere in Cameron). Quite near to Pasar Malam (3min drives-no jam) & 7min to Kea Farm Veggie Market. Staff & facilities: Staff with excellent hospitality, my nephew loved the carousel! breakfast was okay okay. A very simple one and don't expect more

This is our second stay at this hotel. We got a triple room on second floor. Love the balcony and view. The room is clean as usual, but the water heater switch and shower drain are a bit problematic. It's slightly far from the shops and night market, but if you enjoy walking in the cool weather, it's not a big deal. The parking space available outside the building and the cleanliness make it our favourite hotel in Cameron Highlands.

Booked 2 double room and they provide interconnect room which can access both room in between (thumb up and common area just opposite our room) 8. Like the design of shower door can be use as toilet door (make the room more spacious) 9. Bean bag provided in the room 10. Small compartment to store Luggage under the bed 11. Small staircase for old folk who are not able to climb up to bed (tho it's not high) 12. The 2nd room I book come with small hook on the ceiling (guess it's for family with children to hang the baby swing bed if needed) 13. Hairdryer provided

it is a pleasureable stay even with one night. i would definitely recommend to any other friends to stay at this lovely hotel when they plan a trip up there in cameron highlands. the hotel reasonably priced with its current facilities provided. value for money. it's also located quite near to the tanah rata town. the environment of the hotel is quite nice as they have lots of greeneries and colourful flowers around. the downside is the breakfast, as they did not provide any buffet breakfast like how other hotels would normally provide. they only have limited breakfast choices on the menu for the guest to choose from.

Brand new three-storey guesthouse. Located on top of a hill, very quiet, walking distance (5min) to town. Nice terrasse outside with tables and chairs Room was big, bright (2windows and a balcony), very clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom is okay, gets messy when you shower as water goes all over the place. No soap/shampoo provided. No breakfast, but tea and coffee is provided in room. Staff is very nice. Great value for money in comparisom with other hotels in Cameron Highlands

we arrived earlier than we were supposed to at noon and were told we could only check in at 3pm. we politely asked for them to arrange for us to have the rooms located closer to each other and they helped us check and got us on the same floor, and while they were at it, they checked us in earlier as the rooms were already available. how about that! the hotel is quite old, so the furnishings/carpets have seen better days but we were there not to stay in the hotel all day long but to walk around and sightsee at cameron highlands, and not complaining about no swimming pool cos it's so cold there who wants to take a dip in a freezing pool? food was okay, standard fare for hotels. dinner was a pleasant surprise as we were totally not expecting dinner to be included. buffet style(only for vege) and a set of meat/seafood and personal steamboat for each table. one table one steamboat. this is cameron highlands so the veges are fresh, and they allow you to refill your vege from the buffet line as much as you like during dinner! love the farms (strawberry, cabbages and many other vege farms) which are within driving distance. will stay here again the price is right.

PROS- 1. New Building 2. Spacious Apartment 3. Staff very kind giving us extra mattress & blanket. CONS- 1. Floor no carpeting. So very chill to step since it is in Cameron Highland. 2. Nice covered parking but very quiet & a bit creepy. 3. Nothing special surrounding if u go on weekday; its only live on Friday to Sunday only because of Pasar Malam!

Location, clean , new and all basics needs are there except towels. You need to bring your own towels, only if they could provide the towels would be much better. But I am happy and I will stay again if I am come back to Cameron Highlands.

Iris resort is beyond our expectation.We book a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious with all the basic necessities and very clean n well maintained.It was just beside Ye ole smoke house and verry near to the newly located night market.it is also near to tanah rata town.i have been to cameron highland more than 5 times and this is the resort that i really am satisfied with.

Well to begin with, of course its a good place for me to come again for my 2nd time staying here. Eventhough the deco and ambience felt old school or retro, it doesnt affect the cozyness at all. Im happy & enjoying the stay here with a great price ! Definitely will come again. Plus, dont forget to visit Raju Strawberry farm, the best strawberry in Cameron Highland

Snooze Hotel is the best hotel that I ever stay in Cameron Highlands. I had went to cameron highlands for 5 times and this is the best and cheaper hotel that I stayed. The hotel location is at Brinchang, just a few walks from KFC, security is good (need assess card to enter hotel), just it dont have lift and a bit difficult for elder people. However, once u step in, the design and cleanliness will attract u. Room is big and clean, bathroom is big too. Every floor there is a common area for u to watch TV, online, and have brand new water dispenser for you. From the hotel step out, restaurant is available anywhere, night market is nearby. Highly recommended if u go cameron highlands!!
