"I stayed here for three nights. There was a good selection for breakfast, so I ate well every morning. It is up the hill, a kilometre or so from the seaside, but a nice ten minute walk down the hill is easy enough. The railway station is by the sea side with a €2.50 30 minute ride into Lisbon. This hotel is comfortable, and the staff is efficient and helpful."

"the location of this hotel was good, particularly as the hotel runs a free shuttle service to cascais, but the hotel is showing its age. the room was a decent size, but the furniture, decor and bathroom were very old. the tv was an old crt 15 inch grundig, so although there was a good selection of satellite channels, the picture quality was very poor. there was a small cooking hob for self-catering, but it also was very old. overall, i would not stay at this hotel again."

"Superlatives and highest marks all around. The cordial and attentive staff provided prompt and polite service for guests, eg. A server crawling under a wobbly table to stop the tilting, the piano player taking my request and playing a song he was unfamiliar with, a porter taking on additional heavy bags so I wouldn'the have to carry them, and smiles and greetings from workers on the grounds and normally nor in contact with guests. Very well done and kudos to all."

"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel when we visited Estoril to see the Tennis Open. The hotel is in a beautiful building, Very inviting. The rooms were up to an excellent standard and the breakfast gave you an excellent choice. Getting around the hotel was a bit of a task as it seemed to be a bit of a maze, The decor was very quirky with various manequins in different attire dotted around and an abundant use of feathers, but quite delightful in it's own way. I will certainly recommend it to my friends."
