good day, I was not allowed to check in without paying, i was told that the booking confirmation was for reservation only. even after producing the proof of payment the hotel insisted that they did not get the money. my bill was put aside on checkout and the hotel said they will phone me to resolve the matter. regards, Mosima

We had a terrible check in experience with the lady being away from the premises for over an hour having left the facility open and for people to roam the guesthouse looking for her.
