"I had just had a major surgery the day before and needed a place to stay to recover for one more night before heading home (2 1/2 hrs away). I had a friend taking care of me and we had a nice, large clean and quiet room. We ordered room service which was surpisingly good and it didn't break the bank. It was a very comfortable night and got a good night sleep which was very needed for my healing. I've stayed at this hotel before and I can say it is consistent. It's also located right by the river which is nice. The trail is close and it's located in downtown Folsom which has plenty of shops and restaurants/bars. Excellent location."
