the service with a smile, condusive and i am very like the toilet of hotel. for my experience to germany, i think this hotel have a great location. the location very close with frankfurt station and nearest the shops especially kebab shop. but one more thing, i would like to suggest why not the hotel put the arrow of the kiblat (for muslim pray). if they do it, the hotel very lovely, great and excellent. although the hotel have a small room but it very comportable and i am really like it this hotel. the hotel also very clean, and always good condition. i really satisfied this hotel. thank you.

Located about 10mins away from AM main station and next door to a shopping center. The room is big, modern and clean. Facilities from stoves, utensils, cooking equipment, washer and dryer included.

Stayed for 1 night, paid just EUR40 for a relatively last-minute booking. Location to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof was a priority so didn't have any other high level of expectations (given also the price); and for the price I paid, this is as best as it can get in central Frankfurt :) 3-min walk from the train station. Room was clean, not too cramped .. staff were efficient and polite, though they didn't exude the "warmth" that I've been so used to in many other hotels. But not an issue, really, considering that they're somewhat weary of handling many transient guests just making a brisk night stop in Frankfurt. Hotel was about 2 blocks away from the red-light Moselstrasse district. Didn't feel unsafe walking back to my hotel at night, then again I was accompanied by my German friends. Overall, totally unbeatable value for this hotel!

Grandson is keen on paternosters and, thus, the main reason for selecting this hotel. Breakfast was delightful and good selection for children. Staff was attentive and helpful.

We traveled all over Germany for 2 weeks and stayed in 6 different hotels and the Flemings Hotel was by far our favorite. The hotel staff always went above and beyond. The rooms were very nice. Loved the breakfast. The gal at the front desk thought it was going to rain when we were headed out, so she checked her phone and was going to give us an umbrella if we needed it. Super thoughtful.

My first time in this hotel in Frankfurt, but I will definitely return. The hotel is very modern, clean and well equipped. Food quality and breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very good, free WIFI in the entire hotel. Superb view from the wellness area on the 18th floor. The hotel is perfectly located.

I book InterCityHotel Frankfurt because it was near enough to the train station to walk and far enough from the train station that you don't hear the train sounds at all. Room was very comfortable and clean. No weird smells. As it was a non-smoking floor on the ground floor, it wasn't safe to keep the windows open. So I could only open the windows for a short while to air out the room and close it again. Something that I definitely didn't like. The breakfast buffet spread were as good as the hotels in Asia with a very good variety of food. The space in the restaurant wasn't cramped and everything was very clean. Room was clean. Pillows and blankets were fluffy and thick unlike Mercure Hotels which was really flat. Also, there were no leftover smoke smells in the rooms as it's common to find non-smoking rooms in Germany that smelled very badly of a smoke in there. For dinner, I went and bought food from the food outlets at the train station. For drinks and yogurt, I went to the basement Rossman shop which was cheaper compared to the shops above ground. The only thing is that the Frankfurt Train Station is dark and can be unsafe. If it was better lighted, it would definitely have been a lot better.

Great hotel in Frankfurt airport with very nice room. Best choice to stay in Frankfurt airport for its price-value performance.

I have only pro's. The location is very good, near the main station so for us who were in Frankfurt for the first time it was helpful in order to get by train wherever we needed. It is true that the area is full of strange people and alcoholic but only at night. The acommodation was excellent, cleanless rooms and the breakfast was various and with a great taste. Also, the staff was friendly and helped us with all the information we needed. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I think this room is definitely value for money! It's not expensive and compared to other available hotels in Frankfurt city center, the room here is really really spacious. There is even a sofa and a mini kitchen with utensils and pots provided in the room. It was kind of the staff to give us early check in. Location wise, it is super near to the River Main. It is also near to the main train station in Frankfurt. Would definitely stay here again if I were to go back to Frankfurt!

This hotel is the most reputable amongst the historical hotels in Frankfurt and rightly so. Modern facilities with amazing restaurants (terrace and inside), a wonderful old world charm bar, and very spacious well designed rooms. Just a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas, and close enough to the river too. Very professional and friendly staff. We loved our stay and hope to return

This hotel was surprising reasonable for the quality one gets. It's not directly near the airport but with the excellent public transport it's still a reasonable option for airport visitors. The room was very clean and spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast included, etc. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Frankfurt.

I have stayed there for 03 days with my family. This is the best cheap hotel in frankfurt. They gave us family room in newly furnished building. The room was so clean and all the facilities mentioned was provided us. The reception staff was very helpful. I highly recommended this hotel for families with budgeted plan.

I thought the location was fantastic for walking around and seeing things, also steps from an S-Bahn station so easy to get to from the airport. I thought the guys at the front desk were mostly helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, although more reserved, not effusive. I liked the working elevator which was fast. I like the room which was fine for someone not spending a lot of time in it anyway. BUT I did request on of the double beds, not 2 singles as I got. The first night my shower was unable to deliver a hot shower (although fixed quickly the next day.). And the remote for the TV was strangely missing. There were some fruit and treats on the table for my arrival, although the apple had a brown mushy spot on it, but I still appreciated the thought. Overall I wasn't looking for the Ritz Carlton, I wanted something simple and close. If I wanted to pay three times more I could have booked the Westin a block away, but I didn't travel to Frankfurt for the hotel room.

Great location. Just next to the main shopping belt (Zeil). Rooms are extremely clean, thanks to the housekeeping team. I've stayed in NH Collection for more than four times - my only hotel in Frankfurt.

Traveled to Frankfurt for business and found WELCOME-- a simple, clean, and reasonably priced hotel within brief walking distance of the Frankfurt Messe. I arrived from the airport at 10 AM after an overnight flight, and even though check-in isn't officially until 2 PM, the front desk attendant was kind enough to let me check in early and get some rest to start adjusting to the local time zone. Restaurant VIEW inside the hotel is quite tasty as well.

i am so glad i found this hotel, since we had to overnight on a continuing trip. we were right within walking distance to the terminal. we pushed out luggage trollies right into the hotel, and the bell boy used the hotel trolly to take our luggage to the terminal the next day. what great service! the hotel is absolutely beautiful. it is less than a year old. although it is very close to the landing strips of the busiest airport in germany (frankfurt), there was absolutely no noise. the room was very luxurious and well stocked with every possible amenity. overall, i give the experience 5 stars.

My husband and I stayed on 17-18 June and 23 June. Rooms are modestly priced and amply accomplish the major tasks of a hotel, to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet place to sleep and shower. Front desk staff was quite helpful, allowing us to leave our baggage at the hotel while we were touring, as we arrived long before the check-in time. The hotel offers van service to and from the airport - free from the airport, 5 Euros to airport. The hotel is one stop from the Frankfurt Hauptbonhof (central train station). There are supermarkets right next to the hotel, with a decent Indian Curry restaurant very nearby. Free (slow) wifi is available; I gather premium wifi is available for an additional price. Downsides were that the breakfast at 20+ Euros was overpriced, as was the restaurant on location. The neighborhood, while perfectly safe, is also perfectly boring, with little to attract a tourist - though there do appear to be some community flower gardens near the hotel. The train station is a 15 minute walk, as are restaurant options beyond the hotel and the Indian curry place. (I like Indian food, so I was perfectly happy to eat at the nearby restaurant.) And the limited wi-fi and computer facilities may not work well for business travelers. But these are relatively minor quibbles. NH Frankfurt Niederrad does not merit 5 stars in my opinion, but it's a good, solid, reliable 4-star option. I would gladly stay there again!

Perfect location for long haul travellers doing a stopover in Frankfurt. Located across the road from the main Frankfurt train station, you can jump a train directly from Frankfurt airport and for 5 euro in 15 minutes be at the door of the Savoy. Get a good nights rest in their comfortable bed & cross the road to jump on the hop on off bus to see everything Frankfurt has to offer. Jump off the bus at the river and take a river cruise then back on the bus which will take you back to the hotel. We stayed 2 nights en route from Australia and had a fantastic stopover. Would highly recommend the Savoy...oh and dont forget to check out the Savoy Wellness Centre at the hotel it is a bit dated but still very functional and has beautiful views.

We stayed in NH Frankfurt Messe for 3 nights and had a great and relaxing holiday in Frankfurt. Location: It is easily accessible with the Messe/Festhall train station just in front of the hotel or the main station, Haupbahnhof is just ~8min walk away. It is not near any eateries (except for the expensive restaurant at Grand Hotel next door) but it is within 5-10 min walk to Sky Plaza, a hugh shopping mall with many international brands for eating (Starbuck, Mac etc) and shopping (H&M, Mango etc) but there is no "real" German restaurant in the mall. Newly renovated: Its so comfortable for the price that we paid! The room was reasonably sized and well designed. Just simply a great room to chill. Even the lounge is funky and cool to hang out with friends. The only problem is the lift which is small and slow. Friendly staff: It is great to be greeted with friendly smiles everytime we passed the reception and the staff even updated us with the weather forecast, knowing that were afraid of the cold!

We decided to go away for a couple of nights over New Year and found the Hilton Frankfurt Hotel, there are a few Hilton's in Frankfurt so not to get confused. This one was very central and perfect walking distance for most things around. Stunning hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and spacious, very clean and tidy, bed was so comfortable. Food and drink were lovely, we had our New Year dinner in the bar restaurant, it was beautiful, but have to say, pretty expensive, but was a one off. Beautiful city and so much to do. Silvester (New Year) in Frankfurt is a experience in itself! Definitely go back and would highly recommend the Hilton Frankfurt Hotel.

I am very happy with my stay in this hotel. The staff event help us to print out air tickets. Breakfast charging euro 10, but not its just a standard German breakfast. Suggestion for adding some variety of international breakfast will worth euro 10. Suggestion to add a room as luggage room will be more appropriate than putting our luggage at the reception. The hotel also prepare a shoe polisher for the convenience of biz tenants. Exterior look like 2 star to me, but the room is like 4 star, which surprise me. The bathroom have the tower heater to make sure the tower dries before second using. Suggestion to install lights inside the wardrobe ores, it's a bit too dark. It's only 2 stop away for tramp to central station. Walking distance to skyline plaza shopping center. Very convenient.

I love this hotel so so so much nice location and it was very clean~ you can go central of Frankfurt very easier and there is supermarket and restaurant nearby the hotel! it was such a nice vacation and hotel! so recommendation~

The room was very nice and the internet connection is great! The staff were lovely and helpful. The neighborhood might not be the best, but you are very close to a subway entrance and I did not find this too troublesome.

Nice hotel in a good location. However, they need to have travel information for the Frankfurt area for the guests.

Everything perfect! Room size, furniture, kitchen and electronics are new and good working. In the kitchen I missed a couple of things for the third person like cups... . The same with the bed for the third person. We had to ask for all stuff and @ the end we only got a blanked. I guess we just had a missunderstanding but it would have been nice if everything were provided before ou arrival. The area is clean and realy close by the trainstation and old town of Frankfurt. The crew of Capri is realy helpfull and nice. If you have any question about the city or things around Frankfurt I would be suprised if they can´t help you. I would stay in Capri by Fraser again. Although because of their chef who makes the perfect steak;-)

This hotel is new (opened last year) therefore the standard of the rooms is excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly and the bellboy and concierge remembered my name every time they saw me! Only 6 floors with a state of the art elevator. I would recommend booking a room with breakfast if you want to eat breakfast. I had it only on one day as I was meeting friends Sunday morning. The cost of 37 Euros is, in my mind, exorbitant. They have a lovely rooftop bar which is actually the terrace of the Presidential Suite. If the suite is not being used then the bar is open - subject to weather and time of year I would guess. They had a disco one of the nights I was there and it was quite noisy but only until just after 11.30pm. If you don't want this then ask for a quiet room opp the park. As I was there for 5 nights they changed my room for me. I am back in Frankfurt in April and provided I can get a reasonable rate I shall be staying there again. Fabulous - 5 stars all the way.
