"Comfortable & clean room. Friendly helpful cleaners. Good breakfast. Didn't like the fact that the male receptionist ran after me to ask me to pay my drinks Bill when I was leaving the hotel. when I had already paid his colleague!!. Should have checked on the system as it made me feel belittled. They had my credit card details also so it wasn't as though they couldn't charge me if I hadn't of paid. Seemed unprofessional."Show more

"The hotel is clean and recommended but there are some points need to be taken in consideration. The first is with regard to the staff as they are not well prepared, for example they do not knock the door before entering the room second when I asked them to bring me more plankets they just open the next room and get the planket from the room and dump it to me. Second sometimes you find nobody in the reception, in general the staff need to be trained more."Show more

"We selected the hotel because we did require a hotel close to the city centre or a entertainment area. The hotel is well located if your are coming with a car and therefore you are flexible. Parking is very convenient because the free parking lot is just infront of the door. The rooms are very modern and functional with all the equipment you expect. The breakfast was very good and the hotel personal was very friendly and happy to assist. Because of the remote location the hotel offer free dinner buffet."Show more
