“My new favourite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. I had a Club Suite with Panoramic View and it was top drawer. The view from the bed at night was awesome. The steam room was knackered when I went, but these things happen. Staff super attentive and didn't bat an eyelid when me and a friend drank the Executive Lounge dry 3 nights on the spin. My only complaint, was the breakfast offerings just were not very good at all.”

“this is by far the best hotel in kuala lumpur, malaysia that i have been visited. the price is quite good compare with it's facilities. the room is huge with full facilities. even that the view of my room is not that good (the street), but overall i really enjoy my stay.”

“I booked the hotel as part of our London to Sydney road trip when we required a good convenient hotel in Kuala Lumpur to stay in to await the arrival of our car from India and to plan our next phase of the journey to Australia. The hotel is very large, but has all the services expected of a first class hotel. The swimming pool and gymnasium are excellent especially the gym which is very well equipped. The lobby bar is comfortable with some very friendly and helpful staff. The conciege too were helpful throughout our stay. Some people might find it too big to stay in because it doesn't have the intimacy of smaller hotels but for my purposes it was an excellent choice. Barry Hawgood”

“If you need something near Kuala Lumpur City Center. I will recommend velocity as it is strategically located. Not only that, you can easily get good foods and entertainment from the mall itself. In respect of the room, it is super cosy, clean and comfortable. Value for moneys.”

“I have been stayed in Malaysia, especially in Kuala Lumpur for many times, but only several nights were memorable. One of the memorable stays was in this hotel, The Cititel Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. I chose to stay in this hotel none other than because of its great accommodation and convenience. With only minutes away from important places such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport and access to Light Rail Transportation, my stay in the Cititel Mid Valley is surely worthwhile. Some say business and pleasure cannot be mix, but my stay in Cititel definitely change it!”

“The Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur has a wonderful central location and the price made it a real bargain. Our room was comfortable with plenty of room for us and our bags, a desk space and extra chair. The rain shower was great and the water was plentiful and hot. Another plus was the blackout curtains that really worked so that sleep was deep and refreshing. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with everything from freshly made omelettes, pancakes and waffles to traditional Malaysian and Chinese dishes as well as a good assortment of pastries and breads. The coffee was the only disappointment, it was terribly weak. Staff at the hotel were eager to help with directions and advice on restaurants and shopping. The hotel also has a very nice fitness center and a nicly sized pool. Altogether we found this a great choice for a weekend in Kuala Lumpur and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a good central location that is comfortable, clean, well laid out and affordable.”

“I am very happy to be staying at the Royal Kuala Lumpur Hotel, a strategic location near Bukit Bintang MRT station, Alor street, Pavillion Mall, Sungei Wang Mall, Lot 10 Mall, Berjaya Times Mall. Room space is clean and big, Toilet was big. Facilities are good, there is a swimming pool, Gym area, Sauna. Very friendly hotel staff, special thanks to Mr Francis as Front Office Manager, he was very friendly and very helpful when our taxi got stuck in front of the hotel. Greetings from long eyelashes Miss, sir 🤣. I will stay here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur. Thanks Hotel Royal Kuala Limpur for its service”

“I decided to try Furama Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, especially since I recently enjoyed the stay at Furama Hotel in Bangkok. It was a similar experience: Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern facilities, good breakfast ... Nothing over the top, but anything a normal person would want considering the budget price I got through Agoda. I paid in deluxe room, which included breakfast buffet and free wifi. In fact, they moved me to a two-room superior suite because they did not have any deluxe rooms available. An acceptable 10 min walk to Bukit Bintang, with all the shopping and food. The only thing I wasnt too impressed by was the swimming pool. There were no trees, and only 2 occupied deck-chairs, and it was right outside the restaurant, so not very private either. I was planning to spend some time there, but decided not to.”

“Known as a perfect holiday retreat, this property is simply the ultimate destination for groups of friends, family, or lovers. “We book a family villa room, room is very spacious and great . We love this place so much, very relaxing stay. Free wi-fi but is connection is very weak, breakfast is good, room are very clear, especially the beds. It is so conformable that my husband can sleep for the whole day but the air-conditioner was not working well, feel stuffy and humid in the room. Taxi from Kuala Lumpur International Airport is just a 40 minute drive from the resort, cost around RM68-70. Resort complimentary daily resort shuttle bus to and from Kuala Lumpur which is a 90min-1hrs, call or e-mail arrange directly through the resort to check the timing before you book your flight. There's no place you can shop, mainly places to relax like spa, swimming pool and outdoor beach activities. Dining place is out of the resort, if you wish to eat seafood may need to walk about 15 minutes. Overall, we love our stay here, will return in the near future, and will recommending to all my friends!”

“This is my second time staying at Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Face some hiccups in booking as we are not aware that the connecting rooms are of different room types. However, Agoda and Dorsett Regency resolve the issues before our trip. Friendly and courteous staff. The staff are efficient in their service when we requested for extra towels, newspaper and tea spoons for the cakes we purchase at their Checkers Café. The rooms are cleaned up well and properly and the young housekeeper always make sure that we have bottled water and clean towels. The food street (carpark convert to make shift stalls at night), mama shop, coffee shop selling noodles and convenience stores are just available a stone throw away. Will re-visit Dorsett Regency again after they revamp the hotel this August.”

“This is a great hotel to stay for a few days relaxing in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is at KL Sentral which is a really convenient location - you can get the airport express direct to KL Sentral and then walk to the hotel in 5 minutes. The staff are extremely helpful and the hotel is a beautiful and modern design which is very relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. We did not eat in the hotel as there are too many interesting food options in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel were kind enough to lend me a long HDMI cable so we could watch movies from my PC on the large LCD screen. We got one excellent deal at USD84/night (exclusive of all the taxes) on Agoda. I would definitely stay you again.”

“This is the third time we used One World Hotel and it is our preferred hotel in Kuala Lumpur city. It is ideally located within lots of varieties of shops, supermarkets, departmental stores, restaurants and variety food stalls. The hotel location removes the need to travel elsewhere for meals and shoppings unless for sight seeing. The hotel facilities are excellant, room is large, clean & comfortable, breakfast good with great variety of choices and hotel staffs all round are friendly and with a 'Smile'.”

“We stayed at The Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on our way back from Singapore and out to Europe. The hotel was new construction, with a lobby and exterior style reminiscing the colonial times. Very interesting. The room was very spacious, nicely designed with a semi-open concept for the bathroom area. The location was perfect: just off of Central Market and within walking distance to train, and within few minutes driving/walking from KL Sentral. It was perfectly tucked at a corner in the central district yet away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the service staff were great. We stayed at four different hotels in our recent travel to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and back to Kuala Lumpur. The Majestic Hotel was certainly the best of four hotels we stayed at. Will definitely go back to her.”

“This is not the first time I booked here. The reason I keep coming back to this place is because of the following: - good service and staff - fast internet - spacious space and bed - easy check-in and out No other place to be in Kuala Lumpur :)”

“Great breakfast! Great buffet dinner! Very helpful staffs, very courteous and very very polite!! Excellent cleanliness!!The best hotel I've ever visited in Kuala Lumpur. I talked to her while paying my dinner bill. I forgot her name. She was wearing spectacle. However I commend all your staffs. The reception ladies who met and greeted me and assisted me to check in. I commend the bell boy who carried my luggage to the room on 23 Sept. Those also assigned in the security check, they very courteous and polite. You usherettes and ushers they always greet all the people. They deserve recognition. Also your staffs during dinner and breakfast are also deserve recognition. Very clean. Your hotel is the best. “It is located just beside KL Sentral which is the Central Station for all bus and trains in Kuala Lumpur. It is less than 5 mins walk from hotel lobby. I just checked in this hotel right after taking KLIA express train from KLIA to KL Sentral. Very hipsterish decorated. Room is big. High ceilings and top down windows with a good city view. The XYZ bar on the top floor of the hotel is excellent. Had a great time chilling out at the bar while facing its swimming pool. Best part is that swimming pool is opened until 9pm.”

“i stayed here with my sister for 2 nights and 3 days, july of this year and was impressed with the very spacious rooms complete with kitchen amenities and a great view of the city skyscrapers including the Petronas Twin Towers! another plus factor for me was their Filipino hotel reception staff (3 of them) who were very accommodating and helpful. all my inquiries about getting around the city were answered swiftly and reliably! another advantage of staying in this hotel is the perfect proximity to restaurants and other sightseeing spots you wouldn't wanna miss when you're in town, like Petronas Towers which is a 10 minute walk away, KL Tower which is about 5 minutes by foot, among many others. in case walking is not your cup of tea, you can just hop on to one of the cabs on standby right in front of the hotel doorsteps or walk a couple of meters down the street to ride KL's Hop On Hop Off bus station. this bus takes you around and to all the city's tourist destinations for MYR 35. tickets can be bought on the bus itself or in selected stations and are valid for 24 hours. so basically you can hop on and off as many times as you can in a day! feel free to ask the hotel's front desk and they would be glad to assist you and give you a city map to guide you as you explore kuala lumpur. in a nutshell, Pacific Regency Hotel Suites made my overall stay in kuala lumpur worthwhile. i don't have second thoughts about recommending this hotel to my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you, Pacific Regency for taking good care of me and my sister. See you again next time! :)”

“Its more than 10 times I’ve stay here but for sure this is the first visit I was not driving but flying with Malaysia Airlines to Kuala Lumpur from Terengganu. Even though the assignment is at Bangi Training Centre here around, other hotel never across my mind within vicinity except The Everly Putrajaya. I enjoyed every second time of visit, the hotel always looks new amd refreshing to me. If the hotel offered the loyalty programme for the guest, I could be among the most precious guest who strike the uncountable loyalty point. Thanks The Everly and sales executive Asyraf for make it always happening”

“I Used to book Nomad at Sucasa which is just opposite Lanson Place Ambassador Row. Unfortunately, Nomad Sucasa have raised their pricing to am unbelievable price of around RM 360 per night. For this price, I can look for a decent good hotel stay around in Kuala Lumpur. For this price, Nomad Sucasa cannot simply worth it even though they claim theirs is a 5 star stay. More like 3 star to me. For this price, It prompted me to look for another alternative. Finally, I found Lanson Place Ambassador Row with a price tag that agoda had offer. I booked a 1 bedroom apt. Good and cleaned room. Customer service excellent and most importantly with easy access to their Internet service within their hotel areas. Room signals are good as well. Whatever is it, this Apartment is definitely a extreme value for money and u will not regret staying especially when family with young kids is concern. Altough no restaurant to serve breakfast, but who cares abt breakfast since food is easily available in nearby areas.”

“We stayed here for afew days loved the rooms they were great and the hotel had easy access to the shopping centre and also the the Sunway Lagoon theme park. The staff at the hotel were all so attentive and the were able to accommodate us with a late check out having 2 kids and a late flight it was fantastic and much needed. The gym and pool were great and I would stay here again if we were to visit Kuala Lumpur again.”

“while i read other reviews before booking, many of which commented on the decor being tired and dated this didn't put me off and i'm thrilled it didn't! yes the rooms are a little dated, however, upgrades are taking place and not in a disruptive way. from the very second we pulled up to the hotel until we left the service experience was 5 star all the way. every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome! check-in was a delight and simple. as was check out. i was in kuala lumpur for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and upon return from shopping on my birthday, the hotel had delivered a beautiful birthday cake with compliments of the hotel to the room. i had not mentioned my birthday so was completely surprised. the room was very clean and cleaned daily to a high standard. beds were very comfortable as were the lovely pillows, with sheets changed daily. we made use of the pool which was lovely, private and clean. we dined at "the taj" restaurant within the hotel one evening not only was the food fantastic, the executive chef came to our table to ensure all was well. the location of the hotel was fantastic within easy walking distance of many malls and food outlets of both restaurants and stall variety. i was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the federal and will stay there when next in kl. to put this into perspective, i stay in many hotels (as a flight attendant) and i could best describe this hotel as a grand old lady with good old-fashion service! the staff are a credit!”

“I had no regrets staying this hotel, in many hotel in Kuala Lumpur so far this is the best I had the staffs never miss any smile when u meet them n the room was so spacious n big I had a wonderful stay over there. As for the breakfast was totally excellent a lot of foods to decide, as for shopping u wil never be bored as pavilion just opposite to ur hotel by walking 5mins n KLCC just walk in 15mins using overhead pass. Cheers to every single staff in Pullman hotel u r the best of the best”

“the hotel is located in inside, or rather on top of the famous berjaya times square shopping complex, which is located at one of the most strategic tourist destination in the city of kuala lumpur, which is the golden triangle. the hotel is of walking distance to sungei wang plaza, bb plaza, low yat plaza, lot 10 shopping mall, pavillion mall, sephora, fareheitt 88 which are all famously and most visited shopping centres in kuala lumpur. hence, if you are planning to go shopping and enjoying the vibrancy of the city, this is will be the choice of hotel that you can opt for. the hotel itself if greatly maintained, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, we were escorted by the bell boy to carry our luggages to our room. since we were staying on the 23rd floor, the view of the city skyline is superb. the studio suite that we were staying is spacious, with attached kitchenette, bathroom, dining table, extra stereo set with clean and comfortable interior.”

“the place was clean , the staff friendly specially the indian girl and the location is very strategic. it locates in the heart of kuala lumpur and bukit bintang highy recommended”

“Nice to Know this hostel, location is near to masjid jameek, puduraya terminal, near to pasar seni, bukit bintang, for location the icon hostel is strategic. Wifi excellent connection. Air con in the room is cool. Over all is Good. I Will come back Again for stay when Im in Kuala lumpur.”

“Me and my mom stayed for 2 nights at Sunbeam, i love and happy with our stay.,coz the place is near to tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur, and many department store and convenient store, railways and food street.. its only on the 1st day we checked in..,we arrived earlier at 1pm and check in time would be 2pm..so waited at the lobby,..i ask if we can check in early but the part timer(said)he's not allowed to do it coz he was just trainee..,So i understand we should really wait at check in time. We're from the early flight and my 57y.o mom wanted to sleep, but even its already 2:30,and 3:00 ,we waited too long beyond d check in time..anyway,..Maybe the receptionist should be at her/his desk esp during check in time and check out time..but anyway overall total im satisfied and will recommend it to a friend...”

“The staff was so very kind! And facilities are good! Can’t ask for more! We enjoy travelling in Kuala Lumpur and we’ll still choose the bed station again. Thank you!😊”

“I’ll rate 11/10 if they allow me. First off, let’s start with the location. It is strategically located in the heart of chinatown, where food is abundant, just a stone throw away from petaling street and a short walk to the mrt/ lrt station. Plus you get to ride the free GoKL bus! Next, the facilities of the hostel. The hostel is equipped with A/C that turn on all day long that make your butt freeze like you’re in the Arctic but that’s okay because you’ll have that refreshing feeling when you return from a 36’c weather. When they say ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’, they weren’t kidding. Bread with various spread and healthy oats are provided-FREE! Staff of the hostel? Friendly, helpful, nice and make you feel welcome as you step into the main entrance! What more can I say? Not forgetting the hidden gem above the hostel. A quintessential drinking spot, Attic Bar to enjoy a night-view of Kuala Lumpur while sipping on the cocktail, served by the gorgeously-clad bartenders. I had only wanted to stay for a night or two but I extended my stay up to 3 weeks because this hostel just screams comfort (not a 4 star hotel sort) where travellers come together to connect and explore the beauty of Malaysia. Travelhub is not just a hostel, it is a place that brings people together.”

“The hostel is ideally located in Chinatown, close to most of the major sights in Kuala Lumpur. There is a subway station just around the corner, so the place is easily accessible by public transportation. Room was simple and clean, common areas were also clean. It was our second time staying in Raizzy’s. Overall we were satisfied with the hostel.”

“As a first timer in Kuala Lumpur, I really appreciate its location. It is walking distance to all prime tourist locations you want to visit. It's right beside the shopping area and food lanes. It's great value for money especially when booked ahead in Agoda. As for the facilities, I understand that this is a budget place and that the room is shared with 3 others so I'm not complaining as to its size. You're provided a locker with a key for your belongings. Be cautioned: Aircondition is timed from 10:00pm to 10:00am. If you're staying during the day, there's a fan. This is actually a family-owned business and as such it is well maintained by them. The family is also very helpful and making sure you're having a great stay. They always help me contact my drivers because I don't have a Malaysian number. I highly recommend this place if you love quiet and friendly homes after your hot day's walk around KL.”

“This place is awesome. I booked a small room with a bed, a tv, a table, chair and a bathroom for a really fair price and I was satisfied! There are many stunning indian restaurants close by and its close to the subway too! If you want to stay in Kuala Lumpur on a budget for awesome value, book the Paloma Inn! I will be back soon. Thank you very much :)”

“Guesthouse is next to the Central Market in Pasar seni, 200 meters from famous Petaling Street. I enjoyed staying there as it was very clean! Rooms have good air condition and some also have a window. Vers recommendable! Location is very strategic! One advise when traveling by taxi in Kuala Lumpur: always ask the driver to use his meter and don't bargain a price! It is always more expensive when you ask for the price!”

“price is very cheap if booking with agoda. got better discount compare with walk in. Location very near to PLUS Highway and surround with aminities area.”

“Leo Leisure has given us a great stay in Kuala Lumpur. The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. The room is quite small but the comfort given is good. A value for money indeed.”

“i been traveling around malaysia for long time .. this is one of the best hostel in kuala lumpur with this price ... new ,, clean ... nice bed. nice balacony for breakfast and chilling and tv. and the location really good .. near everything ... the trin , free bus , food court and resturants, china town and sentral market ... and of course young lovely staffs with helpfull”

“hotel with beautiful interiors. the bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean. interesting room arrangement. hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is located in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur tour spot, very close to the MRT station and bus terminal. five star price value. I have no complaints at all. very impressive budget-hotel in Kuala Lumpur”

“We choose this "hotel" because we needed something for two nights in Chinatown. So for the 1st time in our journey, we choose the cheapest from all rooms in that location on Agoda. Normally we did not stay in that kind of places, so we wasn't impressed at all, but you got what you pay for... i think. Room was clean, looks and smell old and odd, but was clean. Bathroom was in bad condition but still, we paid 40RM or something like that, per night, so good we had place where we can take warm shower or shit. Big plus for rooftop breakfasts, this was the best thing for us in that place. Overall if you are used to cheap locations or hostels i think this place is not that bad or maby even good.”

“I've already been here 2 or 3 times, the place is really good, quiet, clean, safe and the people at the reception are really kind and helpful. Perfect location for exploring the city, close to lots of food stalls and to the public transportations (there is a free bus). Good value for what u pay.”

“i have stayed in kuala lumpur many times and this place is the best hostel in the kl sentral and chinatown areas. Good wifi, free towel, free drinking water, free breakfast. If you want to find something similarly priced to this place, then it will not compare in value. Also, if you want good wifi in chinatown, you won't find it unless you pay for something more expensive than a hostel (such as a hotel).”

“Excellent hotel of this class...newer property and kept extremely clean. One of the best residence in a Kuala Lumpur I have experienced. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Close enough to Jalan Sultan Ismail business district and KLCC by 10 minutes walking distance. There was a lot of parking to choose and their security was great.”

“I would recommend this place to anyone who is on budget and looking for a nice cheap dorm. This is the ideal place. Their bunk beds don't make much noise as much as typical hostel or guesthouse so that you can sleep better without getting interrupted by other guests who came back from the party at last night. And one thing you need to know about this place is there is Berlin bar under the hostel so you can party hard and walk back to the hostel easy.... Cheers guy! Enjoy your stay in Kuala Lumpur :)”

“2nd brief stay in Kuala Lumpur. Even faster book in (as return visitor), map provided on previous visit helped to organise sightseeing of Chinatown. Helped ourselves to free tea and coffee. Again didn't sample the free breakfast as early morning departure for flight to Borneo. Great place to meet like-minded travellers. Heard the building works on this visit but "management" got the noise stopped.”

“Hotels in Kuala Lumpur is a bit more expensive than in Thailand, especially in an active area like Bukit Bintang. Usually cheap hotels like this have yellow-stained sheets, but the linens are always white here. Another thing I noticed is how they regulate the air conditioner. Sometimes they turn it off for a bit and turn it back on to regulate the room temperature so everyone can stay comfortable. If its too cold, people would freeze and too hot people would sweat. If you stayed here long term, like I have, then you can get your linens cleaned upon request and get a towel replacement that way your body is wrapped in clean bedding always.”

“When arrived at Zen Hostel to check in to my single room was told by recep that there were electrical problems & I have to move to their sister hotel Goldbrick Hotel. Was feeling very tired after all the travel and felt like i was being pushed around. However recep assured me they want the best for my stay. Then they called Grabcar & a male staff brought me to Goldbrick Hotel. Hotel is new and i was upgraded free to standard room. Everything works well & the staff is gd n friendly. Location is also gd at Bukit Bintang near metro & LRT. So in all everything worked out very well. Kudos to the staff who explained & acted professionally & also worked fast. Thank you.”

“Moon Eleven is a good place to stay if you need somewhere close to the airport. I had a night in Kuala Lumpur between flights and this hotel was perfect. It really isn't a hotel so much as it is the owner's house, but it worked out perfectly. She picked me up from the bus station and took me back in the morning. Getting into Kuala Lumpur takes over an hour (I think) from the airport, so it definitely saves time to stay here. I wouldn't stay for more than one night because there really isn't anything in the area besides a little shopping/eating center about 15 minutes walk away. Jessy is great and very helpful.”

“Even though they didn't give any locker to put your things, each bed is covered by curtain. Thus, it is safe to keep you belonging and it is very privacy. The toilets space is limited and please bring your own toiletries. BTW, if you want a great sleep experience, do bring along an earplug. Overall, don't have much to complaint as the price is very reasonable compare to others.”

“Easy to catch a train to and very near the Cheras station. All conveniences right there.”

“Though we had a hard time looking for it’s location (because we were unaware that it only occupies a floor in a building as opposed to the usual one building-one hotel set up), we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the room and the accessibility of the hotel’s location. I wish that the TV would have been bigger or the placement would have been better (we cannot visibly see whatever’s on the TV while lying down) and the room would have been bigger, but overall, Goldbrick’s rooms and environment was way cleaner than the rest. We have scouted a few of the other hotels around Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor too see if we can move to a cheaper hotel, but most, if not all, (among Goldbrick’s price range) are dirty and dilapidated. Best choice is Goldbrick’s (oh please do wish that you will not get noisy neighbors, because the room’s soundproofing is not good) Overall, 8/10 rating for me!”

“We booked a room (bunk bed) for four of us but we have gotten the separate room and we have to pay a tourism tax for four people like we stay in 4 rooms. So I suggest everyone who wanna stay at Pudu Hotel 88 @ Kuala Lumpur as a small group should not book bunk bed cos you have to pay the tourism tax for all of you! Worst experience in life!”

“The first time grab driver drop me i can't find the hotel and i have to ask people where is goldbrick hotel, and then what i found it's like apartment and each floor has different hotel. It's pretty strange for me, so after i found the hotel i walk into the corridor and take stairs to elevator and goldbrick is on 2nd floor. The lobby hotel is nice and open 24 hours. When i saw the pic i think the room is pretty large, but then when i arrived it's really small, but it's nice for budget hotel, they have nice blanket, air con and bathroom inside with heater. But the water taste a lil bit weird. The location is very strategic for me cuz i and my friend like to go shopping and along the road there are plenty of stores, it also close to MRT station and Alor street where u can get most thai food. If we want to go to petronas tower you walk to pavilion there will be bus stop to KLCC (close to petronas tower) and it's free !”

“I booked a 4 bed dorm here. As I arrive, I got the key. When I saw the room, I felt, I dont want to stay for a minute more. Very dirty. And not 4 bed, 6 or 8 bed in the room. I went back to reception, and told him, this is not my booking. He could not give me a 4 bed dorm. I had to wait for some minutes, and I got a bed in a double room. The clean here wasnot so awfull, but not the best. In morning, I checked out.”

“This is no ordinary Kuala Lumpur hotel. Step into Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur hotel in Malaysia, in the heart of Jalan Bukit Bintang and you enter a world of luxury. This exceptional five star hotel is located on the right side of Bintang Walk. Experience premier shopping destinations - Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Starhill Gallery and Fahrenheit are mere steps from this downtown Kuala Lumpur hotel.”

Better services compare to Singapore's hotels. I remember the lady during the buffet dinner. She was very polite. Very accommodating. She deserves recognition. I've been to number of 5 stars hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Shangri-La is the best among them. Worth for money! You have best staffs.”

“Great Hotel and certainly, I will stay again. But there are few hmmmms. One is the smoke smells at the corridor. I was staying at standard Dorsett room but this smoking smell from the corridor is unacceptable. You take a bath, dry your hair, getting ready and just after you open the door, the smell destroys motivations to go out. Also, the shower head was broken. Otherwise, the best experience, as always, is the breakfast restaurant. I quite enjoy the place. It has this classic hotel feelings which I can not find anywhere in kuala lumpur anymore (There are some in Penang still but not in KL). I would seriously recommend some form of renovation on this damages caused by smokers or perhaps take a bit of a money from smokers as these people will ruin everything but pay nothing more. Please keep up!! Thank you very much!!”

“the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large with separate shower and bath. the toilet itself is a cubicle within the bathroom. we had breakfast and lunch within the hotel and the quality of the cooking is better than what i've come across during my stay in kuala lumpur. conveniently located close to many shopping malls, the westin is 5min from entrance of pedestrian footbridge which leads to petronas towers. the walk from the hotel to the towers is approx 20-30min. catching a cab there is about rm6 using standard red taxi.”

“I have been to many hotels in Kuala Lumpur however this hotel really impressed me. From the time we check in to the time we check out, every staff treated us with a smile from the reception to the bell boy to the housekeeping staffs. They have very well train staff. My family enjoyed our stay here so much that we have decided to stay here everytime we visit Kuala Lumpur.”

“Never heard of this place before but my what a pleasant surprise for me and my family! Chose this place based on tripadvisor ranking and the place really justifies its ranking. Booked through agoda. A breeze. Drove there using Waze. Never been to this part of Kuala Lumpur even though I'm a born and bred KLian. Nice secluded place up in Bukit Ceylon (Ceylon Hill). Checked in - also a breeze. No major traffic in front of the building unlike some other 5-star hotels. Family waited in car at the hotel's porch while I checked in. Was upgraded to 3 bedroom apartment due to non-availability of a non-smoking 2 bedroom ones. What a pleasant surprise! Large spacious comfy rooms with all the necessary gadgetries properly placed. 4 TVs (one in each room plus living room) with dedicated surround sound for the one in the living room. Family said its like a dream house for them. My only regret was that I did not book for longer stay. Would definitely come back here!”

“The Legend Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was an excellent experience, especially the staff. They were polite, smiled, and provided overall excellent service. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food. The hotel was a bit out of the main area, but that was probably good. The train was just outside the hotel. I enjoyed the daily newspaper and there was a good selection of TV channels. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. I would stay there again on my next trip.”

“It was a real pleasure to stay at the MO. The service was impeccable, the staff very professional and kind, the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was really excellent. Any question, or request we had were immediately answered to by the hotel staff. The only disappointment was the view from the room, we booked the room with the tower view, but it is very close to the towers and they were not lit so we were really surrounded by buildings and skyscrapers (the pictures shown on the website are not accurate). Otherwise it was a great experience. If we ever return to Kuala Lumpur, MO will be our first hotel choice!”

“From the room, bed, facilities, staffs, food, interior, and ambience I would say among the best hotel we stayed. All are fabulous! With the complimentary chocolate cake and romantic sweet deco in our room that makes my 33rd Birthday Celebration with my husband great.Adding happiness when I saw my name on the screen.I really appreciate it! At night,we celebrate our happiness at Nizza Cafe/Bar.Please Credit to all staffs involved on 26/4/2018 night as they provided the best service and food of course! (TQ for the complimentary birthday cake and song as well). The view at the pool area was fantastic that made us took hundreds of photo there. The calm and relaxing moments which we found good in middle of town. We would definitely come back if there is any chance. Thank you Sofitel Damansara for making my birthday awesome!”

“Hotel Maya is absolutely unique and charming with Malaysian hospitalities, since the hotel interior designed is very attractive. Room is very big and functional for itself like bathroom is really wonderful, comfy bed and pillow also the atmosphere inside the room. Cleanliness is one of advantage point of this hotel not only room inside but almost everywhere in this hotel. Swimming pool (they called 'hydrotherapy pool') and Spa are very sanctuary, it's nice to pampers it for the relaxing time. Breakfast is awesome, varied choices and tasty! Hotel staff are OK for me. The location is really at the centre of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) but around 10-15 minutes to KLCC LRT Station and also Bukit Nanas monorail station. One thing that I think many people would concern is hotel location is beside by Islamic Cemetery BUT if you don't mind for that.,, Go ahead,, try HOTEL MAYA for once .,, and you would impress with this charming 5-star boutique hotel and I'm sure that HOTEL MAYA is one of the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur (that i have been to Kuala Lumpur many times) :)”

“Best Place to be in Kuala Lumpur. No traffic. Its a Resort”

“Staff were exceptional- courteous and helpful. We enjoyed eating there - very good spread of Malaysian foods. This has to be our favourite hotel in Kuala Lumpur, having stayed there three times In all.”

“Great location with a shopping direct below and is easily to find if self drive or ride. This was my 2nd stay here. However i was quite disappointed this round as the room for a king/queen bed is subjected to availability. I travelled here with my wife as i already booked (paid) since March for a double bed, but when arrived around 2 plus, just told all double bed were out and with twin beds. And the receptionist just said nothing she can do. Unless i have to top up for another double bed room. This not a 4-5 stars hotel standards. Imagine if you are coming for a honeymoon and you given twin bed, thats is unacceptable. I will still recommend this hotel and hopefully this issue have to be solve by the my 3rd visit.”

“consider one of the best hotel in kuala lumpur if you are for business travel. room was comfort and huge if you compare with the rate you paid. worth every cents you paid. breakfast was good with a lot of selection of quality food & fresh fruits. front desk service excellent with fast & polite attitude.”

“If you need something near Kuala Lumpur City Center. I will recommend velocity as it is strategically located. Not only that, you can easily get good foods and entertainment from the mall itself. In respect of the room, it is super cosy, clean and comfortable. Value for moneys.”

With the location in the heart of an amusement park, guests will be delighted to surf the world’s largest man made beach, while strolling through the longest and highest bridge in Kuala Lumpur, go riding the rollercoaster or even go shopping at the Sunway Pyramid. With Water Park, Extreme Park, Wildlife Park and Amusement Park on site, a land full of fun and excitement awaits at Sunway Pyramid Hotel @ Sunway Resort. Also, this four star property boasts 764 rooms and suites that are sophisticated and elegantly designed. Sunway Pyramid Hotel @ Sunway Resort is also brilliantly appointed and offers a swimming pool, fitness center from 6.00am to 12 midnight only, excellent variety of onsite restaurants, and they also feature an aerobics class for a good work out session. All in all, Sunway Pyramid Hotel @ Sunway Resort is a perfect hideaway from the workloads.”

“Always stay here if I need a stopover hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The service is friendly and personable, the room smallish but with a very comfortable bed and a great clean modern compact bathroom. TV reception and wifi reception both good. Drinks/snacks in the lobby very reasonably priced and love the inner courtyard with it's lounges and umbrellas for a drink and to relax. Had breakfast here for the first time and it's a good spread with variety and choice. Would be even better if proper coffee would be included😀 So close to the airport and it's shops and if you have some spare time a free shuttle bus leaves from in front of exit airport to the DFS store complex. tip: try the Indian food at the NZ curry house diagonally from the hotel (at airport) . Will most definitely use TUNE hotel KLIA2 again when next in KL”

“A nice place to stay in kuala lumpur. Lots of shopping to do. Many good restaurants around.”

“The hotel is very gorgeous worth 10 stars and close to sights It is in the middle of Kuala Lumpur The most beautiful thing is cleanliness and tranquility And treated employees I wish you more success الفندق رائع جداً يستحق 10 نجوم وقريبة من المعالم السياحية وهو في وسط كوالا لامبور أجمل شيء هو النظافة والهدوء وتعامل الموظفين اتمنى لكم مزيداً من التوفيق”

“I was travelling with my wife as every year in Kuala Lumpur and most of the time like to spend time in Sri Hartamas since my best friend is living there. As most of comments, let start with the positive point: a very accessible hotel close to plaza Damas shopping center and his food court, only 45 minutes drive from airport (when no traffic jam), splendide room (large and beautifu) friendly staff and clean. Rgarding the negative point for us, there isnt much but the checking in and out was a bit long, working in the hospitality industry, i was also surprise rhat i had to pay 130 ringgit (USD 40) to checkin at 8 am in the morning (normal checkin time being 2pm). Another annoying thing is that we need a card to access the lift and the reception doesnt provide this card, we need to disturb the security guard every time. Hope that my review will help to increase the quality of the service but u can be sure that i will visit ur hotel soon.”

“Piccolo Hotel kuala lumpur has always been my favorite hotel in kuala lumpur, malaysia. price is reasonable, hotel is so stylishly design. but importantly is the hotel location, which is so so great, right in the middle of the busy shopping district. from the moment you step out of the hotel main entrance, you can shop till you drop. there is a reasonably new and huge mall, call pavilion. it is some shopping area you do not want to missed. anyway, hotel service is great too, you were greeted everywhere you go in the hotel. just a great experience!”

“Located just 50 meters away from Imbi Monorail Station, Melia Kuala Lumpur is one of the best hotels in Kuala Lumpur I've ever stayed, the new designated room was very great, clean, tidy and well-designed. Staff was polite and very helpful, check-in? Very fast! Definitely will choose this place again!”

“This is highly recommended and I think the best place in Kuala Lumpur. Everething is amazing and wonderful! The room is real WOW - fantastic view, large and clean, you have everything you need. Breakfast was real amazing. The pool on 51st floor is incredible! It was my best choise here.”

“the price is reasonable considering that it is situated in the middle of kuala lumpur. the decor and facilities are good too but the check-in and check-out is a bit of a hassle because it is situated in the next building.”

“Nice hotel with excellent facilities where you are able to cook in the room. This is very special and unique. The price is reasonable if you compare to other hotels in Kuala Lumpur. There is no parking issue and staffs are friendly. The only concern is the smell of the room which is coming from the toilet to which i found was not pleasing but still acceptable. Keep it up invito!”

“We had a great stay at graden studio (the platinum and The face)! Beautiful hotel/apartment and no doubt The Best view in Kuala Lumpur! You could see both The petrona twin Towers and The KL Tower from The rooftop pool. Definitly Going to be even more great when The skybar/restaurant is finish! We'll be back!”

“We were travelling with an infant just for a night stopover in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel provides good location with walking distance to malls and banks. The room and buffet breakfast were good. The size of bathroom is small and dark. Very helpful and professional staffs -react imminently to your requests.”

“the hotel is located in Kuala Lumpur ... to be exact it is in bangsar ... modern design room ... opposite of the hotel is a stretch of bar and restaurant ... conveniently located. Highly recommended.”

“Located in a very great location, there is a skyway from LRT to the hotel. Bangsar village and mid valley village is nearby. Only takes 3~5 min to KL central and only takes 15~20 min to go to many other sightseeing. (Grab is very convenient in Kuala Lumpur, you can take it to anywhere with very low cost.)”

“The quality hotel is one of the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The location of this hotel is very strategic where its near the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur and the best shopping complex is within walking distance. Staying in this hotel, you can catch a public transportation easily such as taxi, train and bus. The overall services of this hotel is very good and convenience.”

“The location is great whereby it is easy to access the mall.”

“The rooms are always well maintained and cleaned each day.”

“The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and quite complete.”
