Liverpool hotels & places to stay

We got a small cozy room that is very comfortable to stay in. Room is very clean too. The hotel is very near to buses (as well as the central bus station), and train stations (Liverpool lime street station that connects Liverpool to other cities in England, and Liverpool James street station) that brings you to key tourist attractions in Liverpool. If your intention is to head to Anfield, there are several buses near the hotel that brings you there (about 15mins trip). Going to John Lennon airport is easy too, as there are many straight buses from the central bus station that brings you there directly (about 45mins trip). Moreover, the hotel is already near the Liverpool ONE shopping area, the Albert dock and the Mathew street, making itself already centered in some key tourist attractions. Overall, the location of the hotel is great and is accessible to everywhere. Definitely recommended!

This hotel is exceptional value for money. It is 2 min walk from Lime St station and in easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Hotel bar is cheap and open late. Missed breakfast due to late nights. Very friendly staff. Only 2 star so no hairdryer. Have stayed in many Liverpool hotels and this one is better than many that are more than twice the price

If you go to Liverpool go first class but not first class prices this hotel apartments are great to stay in, right in the centre of Liverpool, a few minutes walk to all the main sights and within the best shopping experience I have ever seen. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and there is always someone on the desk 24/7. The apartment was great with everything you could need right down too a dishwasher an washing machine. They have tried to think of everything you could need. You can stay a day a week a month or even a year go on try it.

I am very, very happy with this hotel! Rebecca from the front desk was a darling! She has consistently been from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and amazing. Housekeeping did a good job at keeping the rooms clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center—it's close to the dock and the touristy sites, but still at a location that is quiet and not crowded. The only thing I would perhaps say is that the hotel does not have a cafe or restaurant that is able to serve proper meals all throughout. At around 10am, I went down to get a hot meal, but both the cafe and the restaurant could not serve me any. The staff was nevertheless very nice in trying to accommodate me as much as they could, and had offered to serve me food slightly earlier than the kitchen's opening time. The staff at both the cafe and the restaurant were very nice and attentive,. Overall, I had such a beautiful stay at Pullman Liverpool. I will definitely recommend this to friends.

Located a few minutes’ walk from Albert Dock and the major museums and a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One, for shopping, made it very easy to explore the city. Dinner in the restaurant was very good - decent sized portions, moderately priced and interesting menu. Breakfast, on one of the two days we stayed, was very busy at 9:30am and we had a few minutes’ wait for a table - it seems they don’t have enough tables for the number of rooms. Our room, overlooking the river, was very quiet and well appointed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Heywood House Hotel is a good choice for people who want to stay in the City Centre of Liverpool rather than going West to the Docks. You couldn't really ask for a better location. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and well-known attractions e.g. the Cavern Club. Albert Docks is a short walk from the hotel. I had quite a big room in comparison to the price I have paid. The room is very nice and clean. The staff were really helpful throughout the stay. Given that Storm Doris hit Liverpool on the day, the staff were extremely useful for travel advice. Great stay!

We have and continue to stay at a variety of Liverpool hotels. However we always know to expect and receive a good welcome, a clean, comfortable room. We have always found the breast selection and quality excellent and the staff wether on reception or in the breakfast room are always pleasant and helpful. We sometimes stay at Budget Liverpool hotels as the Liner isn't the cheapest, however you can park your car securely in their own car park from 1pm till 1pm during your stay for free which can save at £15 or more for 24 hours of Liverpool long stay car parking.

The Print Works Hotel was an excellent choice, on our behalf, It was very central, 5 minutes from the train station, very local, to good bars and restaurants. The hotel it’s self was very clean, the manager and her staff, could not do enough for you, they were all so friendly. If we god back to Liverpool, we would certainly stay there again, cannot recommend it highly enough.

I booked Hope Street Hotel for my boyfriends 30th as we were going to a music concert at the Liverpool Academy and wanted to stay somewhere close enough to walk to the venue. We know Liverpool well as we live on the Wirral and we already knew that the area would be ideal for what we needed. From the outside the hotel is very understated and you could easily walk by without even seeing it, but as soon as we were inside it felt like we were treating ourselves to a posh hotel stay. The staff immediately checked us in (even though we were a little early) and took our bags up to our room whilst I went to park the car and my boyfriend had a drink in London Carriage Works, attached to the hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor and had fantastic views across the city - the Liver buildings, Radio Tower, the Docklands and the Mersey were all in view and we watched a lovely sunset come down over the city through the huge windows. The bed was enormous and very comfortable, the bathroom was also very spacious with an amazing power shower in the corner (nice toiletries too!). I was surprised to find no hairdryer in the room, although this may have been available at reception - I had brought my own so didn't need to ask. The room had a large desk which would be great for business people, and two little armchairs for relaxing (although a mini sofa might have been nice!). The only thing I would have added to the room would be a full length mirror and perhaps one at the desk area - the only long mirror was right in the corner and too close to the bed to really be able to see yourself properly (if you need to check out your outfit, for example!) and it was a little awkward to do my make-up in the bathroom mirror as i had to lean right over the large sink to get close enough to see. Only minor issues and certainly wouldn't stop me returning.

We just missed our train, supposedly it just a day trip from London to Liverpool. After we missed our train, we looking for a wifi to check any available hotel through Agoda. Since this is an emergency so we decided to stay at budget hotel which average at £50 per nights. What made us shock is this such beautiful hotel just cost us at £37 only or just Rm 200 per nights. I never thought that this hotel is very cheap. Fyi, this hotel located next to Liverpool Lime St(Train Station) and located plenty of halal restaurants next to this hotel. This is a lovely hotel, we'll stay if we ever have a chance ti visit Liverpool next time.

I stayed for 6 day, it was nice stay. This is actually a hostel. The place is near the city centre, and as Liverpool is a walkable city, the place located at the very central. The room was clean, a little small, but the private toilet was spacious. The wall was a bit thin, sometimes you can hear somebody laughing out loud from room next door. But luckily I my neighbour weren't some noisy teenagers. You'll get choices of cereals with milk, toast with butter n jam, yogurt, tea, coffee, and juices for your breakfast. All you can eat. I actually arrived at the second day from my arrival date, due to miscalculation of my flight hours. So I asked a friend of mine who already in Liverpool to call them and tell not to cancel my booking due to a no show. They said it was fine, and they won't cancel my booking, but I need to pay for the first day, as I booked before. I was very relieved with that, better to pay for the 1st day neither than need to find another accommodation. Overall, it was a nice stay..

Spacious, cosy, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. I have stayed at different hotels in Liverpool. This is the best one! Very good value for money, perfect location, good customer service and very clean.

Room was great. Great choice for breakfast and because you could have breakfast up to 12 noon, you never felt rushed and it wasn't too busy. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into central Liverpool so just far enough out to avoid the hustle and bustle of a city centre. The only negative was that there wasn't a hotel car park. Would stay there again.

We have just returned from 2 nights at the Adagio Aparthotel & would thoroughly recommend. You are right in the middle of everything - shops, bars, restaurants and yet our room (239) was incredibly quiet - no noise at all! We were in a 1 bed apartment & the sofa bed converted into 2 single beds, so great for older teens or indeed adults. The apartment is compact but enough room for 4 for a weekend. It was absolutely spotless & I am fussy! As it is right in the centre of Liverpool you do step out into the vibrancy that is Liverpool - both good & bad. There were a lot of homeless on the main streets & I could understand previous comments about the slightly seedy entrance round the back. However, this would not put me off & access to everything was by your room key card only, so very secure. Don't do as we did & assume that the car park they recommended was closed as it had big gates across the front - they open as you approach them & the car park was very well lit with large parking bays. It was also cheaper at £7/night than other central car parks we visited.

This is by NO MEANS a 4 stars hotel. The equipment suffices only for a middle range 3 stars hotel. Taking into account that there is no restaurant, there are even less stars. I had booked a single Deluxe room, but struggled to find out what's so deluxe about this small simply equipped room in the attic with a window directing to the sky that I got. The photos on agoda did not coincide with the actual room. The only positive thing was the matrace which was really convenient. Otherwise, I don't see why one would stay at this hotel.

We had a 1 night stay for our trip, the cost was slightly higher as there was a big Liverpool game on that night. We had the 8 sleeper VIP room, basically a suite for us all, 8 bunk beds, 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms, a separate dressing area and lounge with sofa. Had we filled the room the cost would be £21.50 per person, so still a really good price. Rooms, bedrooms are all clean and well kept, towels and shower gel are also provided. The EuroHostel is bang in the centre so no taxi required from Lime Street or if visiting the city centre.

this hotel is my best value of my journey. location is near shopping centre (liverpool one). i'm convenience to travel in liverpool city. room is perfect room. it comfortable for me. bathroom very nice and clean. bed is clean and comfort for me. font staffs are friendly and helpful. agoda is best rate to choose this hotel. perfect for hampton by hilton liverpool

This hotel has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, including its great location, within easy walking distance of all the best loved Riverside attractions in Liverpool, from The Beatles Story & Tate Gallery to Museum of Liverpool, with the Cavern district,. a bit further afield & all the shopping and eateries in the centre of town. Make sure you ask for a dockside room unless you're into having a view of a highway with KFC & McDonald's on it! We also brought our cat along on this trip, our first stay at Campanile, whom they charged us £5.00 a night to bring, quite reasonable compared to other hotels. Last but certainly not least, is the hotel's friendly, efficient staff, always cheerful & helpful, a lot to be said for that, as the majority of hotels tend to be letdown by impersonal staff. Didn't mention the restaurant because we didn't use it on this trip...next time. Speaking of which, we've already re-booked Campanile Liverpool over the Christmas period! Big thanks!

Clean, tidy and modern room. Excellent shower! A little out of town but Albert Dock is 10 minutes and £6 in a cab. There is a couple of shops next to hotel where you can buy bits. I think for the money I paid it's worth it as a hotel in the city was £100 dearer per night. If your just after a room to sleep and shower then it will be fine if you want hotel luxuries then I wouldn't book here to avoid disappointment. There is limited parking as the hotel is located in a terraced housing area, I managed to park to the side of the building that is on camera and my car was fine but I was worried something would happen to it as its a run down area. Overall very happy with our stay 👌🏻

Walked through the door looking for the standard long reception counter. Instead was warmly welcomed by a super-friendly reception staff at a surprisingly tiny table. Nice twist to the regular reception desks. Rooms are nice and comfy. Huge beds. Even the bathroom amenities were lovely. (Slept so well!) Location-wise, everything you would need / want is just a few steps away! Right next door are 2 massive supermarkets, a few steps more and you'll discover a street of cafes, restaurants and fast food. Walk a bit more and you're on Church Street where you'll discover an amazing selection of shops from Primark to Harvey Nichols. The world's largest LUSH store is right next to Primark, ... total shopper's haven! You're also within walking distance to just about everywhere. The Docklands, the Walker Gallery, ... Will definitely choose the Liverpool Novotel should I make another trip to Kopite country.

Booked this last minute on Agoda for a layover in Liverpool. It was really easy to get to via bus (82A), and then a short walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful and nice. Even set out breakfast for us before the time because we were leaving early for the airport. Room had a fully renovated bathroom. I liked the light fixture in the room the best, and I'm sensitive to light.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Liverpool Hotel makes a great base for shopping and nightlife the rooms are clean and shower and bed were great my only bugbear was no phone or internet signal in downstairs room apart from that a good cheap clean hotel base

Traveling as two couples, ibis Liverpool Central was the perfect location. Right opposite Albert Dock, Beatles Story, and across from Liverpool One - the big shopping centre - it was perfect. Set back off the street it wasn't noisy. Paid parking was available onsite. Breakfast was good, service good. Rooms clean and tidy. Excellent value, would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Liverpool Inn Hotel. It was in the best location for us - across the road from one of the bus stops that the City Explorer tour bus uses and it was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I needed to stay in central Liverpool, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

the hotel locates at the center of liverpool. hotel staff are very nice and helpful. facilities a little bit out-dated though. but in overal still a value for money choice of accomodation in Liverpool.

No cons really, only things I'd comment on is that its like a rabbit warren! A maze of corridors. I stayed in a basement room, compact but ample for me. Staff were really friendly and helpful. No car park, I parked right outside the hotel and as long as I moved my car before 8am it was ok. Pros are... clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff. Central for bars restaurants clubs etc. Great location for a night out in Liverpool.
