Best hotels & accommodations in Mandurah

It's worth considering Mandurah - especially the Sebel hotel - if you find the "no room at the inn" signs posted in Perth. It's only 45 mins by train from central Perth then a short taxi trip to the hotel, which is ideally situated for restaurants/cafes etc in the growing town of Mandurah. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient and would definitely stay here again. ...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quest Mandurah Hotel. The location was excellent; although we didn't walk as we had an active toddler with us, the hotel is walking distance to river activities, King Carnival and the main cafe/restaurant strip. There is an IGA and a few little service shops next to it as well. The hotel is actually located on the canal and if you're luck...

We were very pleasantly surprised, the venue was the same as the pictures which is often not the case.Initially we thought we were staying IN Mandurah and first a bit disappointed at the location being out of the town centre, however on checking in and going to our Villa we were delighted. The surrounding area is picturesque and peaceful. We didn't dine on the premise ...

We booked just beforehand and were pleased that it was so central - easy walking to anywhere in Mandurah city and right on the foreshore. The motel doesn't provide meals. Short walk to many shops, restaurants, and the estuary with its boats, paddle boats, arts centre, and cruises of many types (including whale and dolphin watching). Helpful and friendly staff. Excellen...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the facilities were all great the kids loved theology and trampoline, while my daughter loved the spa. It is so close to Mandurah foreshore, close to shops and easily accessible. The staff were all super friendly and really helpful

We loved this place although it was further out of Mandurah than anticipated. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk but well worth it. Kangaroos on the lawn was a bonus. There is a small heated pool and a small games room to keep the kids happy. Reception is only during the day and at night you hardly see a sole (except the huge months who seem to have their own k...

We were impressed with this venue for the friendliness, assistance and provision of detail from the owners/managers of this venue and would stay there again. It met all of our requirements. The cabin was roomy, the bathroom a good size and facilities provided all that we needed for our 4 day stay.

Normally everywhere we go we take our own pillows with us but this time I forgot. Didn't think it would be to much of a problem but it was. The pillows were like rock hard!! The bed was nice a soft but the pillows were horrendous that we didn't get much or no sleep. We set our alarm early so we could get up and go crabbing but instead we went straight home so we could...

Apart from the place being in a fantastic location - right on the river with dolphins jumping etc. The staff are the friendliest I have encountered - I travel a lot and stay in a variety of hotels - this staff beat all the rest. Having your Motel room a couple of minutes walking to great restaurant and bars, fantastic outside areas - is certainly a bonus - no worries...

The apartment room is inside the seashell hotel. The room is big, clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. The only small downside is we have to collect the key from the other place. However, the host did provide a clear instruction and we really enjoy our stay. We highly recommend this perfect house.

- Big space apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen. - TV in every room and in the living room - Nice, big & comfortable sofa in the living room - Good, clean and complete kitchen with oven, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and all the utensils you need. - Washing machine - Nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. - And the best: the view to the sea! You can have...

5-star hotels in Mandurah
Traveler impressions of Mandurah
Highly recommend doing the canal cruises to spot dolphins and admire canal living. Beaches are good too.
Mandurah is a nice sea-side town with good coffee cafes and seafood cafes. The harbour precinct is very pleasant with lots of good walking paths.
A very attractive city in a scenic location, however it could have been on the Gold Coast. Easy to get around and excellent i-site.
lovely walks, kids playground, fishing, boat rides on the river, Mandurah theatre, plenty of cafes, food outlets,/restaurants.
Mandurah is an interesting place, there are some fabulous restaurants and eateries, good live music. The crab festival is a fabulous time to visit Mandurah, the canoes on the water way are fun.
As it was late night shopping on Thursday, we spent some time in the mall in the town centre. We didn't realise that the restaurants at the bay area (Dolphin Drive) would close so early.
Close to beaches and fishing spots. Visit the zoo, close enough for day trips to Bunbury, Busselton or the wine region.
Good place for shopping and sight seeing. People are nice. The only downside of our visit was we failed to see any dolphon during hour 1 hour dolphin trip at mandurah.
Wasterfront shops need to be tidied up and waste areas of land need to be smartly developed but no high rise buildings.
Mandurah is a very family orientated place that offers everything you need and want. Most of the major things and sites are with-in walking distance.
Some great pubs with some very good pub food. Ravenswood pub is wonderful and worth a visit, it overlooks a river and can be romantic sitting with a wine with someone special.
