This was our second stay in this hotel. We were given early access to our room which was much appreciated. We had a standard queen room which was very adequate. The central location is excellent with public transport at the door. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and all aspects of our time there were good. This hotel ticks all the right boxes and will always be our 'go to' hotel in Melbourne.

Although the Pegasus Apartment hotel is very new, it is well organized and everything worked. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. There's no hotel restaurant but there are many restaurants and cafes a short walk away and one is spoiled for choice. Of course you can self cater but we preferred to go out. The room was very clean and a good size. We had been told that Melbourne hotel rooms were small but it certainly was not the case here. Location is very important and the Pegasus has it. We especially liked the free circle line tram which stops nearby and goes to many places of interest. The cars are vintage and a ride in one of these is an experience in itself. There's a recorded commentary to help you. The hotel reception will supply a free map and with that it's almost impossible to get lost. All too soon it was time to leave and we wished we could have stayed a little longer.

I booked two twin rooms for four family members visiting from the UK. They travelled to Melbourne on the train and had one night at the Hotel. They found the Hotel very central to the places they wanted to go. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. After their nights accomodation they wished to spend the next day sightseeing and the Hotel staff were very happy to look after their luggage until their return that evening.They would reccomend this Hotel , and we will be staying there for our future visits to Melbourne.

Pros - Beautiful / clean apartment, good location as it is near to shops / trams / Melbourne Central Station / restaurants and supermarket, the Staff at Level 3 is helpful in allowing us to keep our luggage after check out, washing machine. Cons - Pots and pans need change due to wear and tear, there is no dryer for clothing after washing and no place to dry your clothing. Overall, our 1 night stay was good and satisfactory. We would definitely booked this apartment if we visit Melbourne again.

The floor to ceiling glass windows and balcony from the lounge and main bedroom provide an amazing view of the harbour. The rooms are spacious and very modern. The second bedroom has its own study area and ensuite. The kitchen has a dishwasher and everything else you need for cooking and eating. There is a lounge area as well as dining table. The hotel is located right across from Harbour town shopping centre, the ice skating rink and many different restaurants and bars while not being too far from town. The hotel phoned me to confirm my arrival time, emailed me a map and other information and sent me a text on the day. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I will look no further for accommodation options during my future stays in Melbourne.

To begin with the Staff in Melbourne 1 Bldg. on Lonsdale was very accomodating and friendly especially the Front Desk Staff named Chris. Ibrahim of Melbourne One Front Desk was very accommodating as well. The place was clean, elevators were fast & we felt at home. There was just the noise from the construction area during our stay but all was good. The location is within the CBD Tram area which was very convenient for tourists. Take the Free Tram #58 from Lonsdale (3 stops away) or from Flagstaff (2 stops) to Queen Victoria Market. You can also walk to QVM from the hotel. You can also take the free tram to the shopping areas, Aquarium, Zoo and other tourists areas. Just across are Coles and Spencer Outlet, Southern Cross Station, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. Cleaning service can only be availed if you stay for atleast 1 week but you can request for fresh towels and other needs, make sure to request at daytime to get it on the same day. Will definitely book here again!

We always like to book hotels close to public transport to enable us to get about with great ease. Whilst not our favourite Melbourne Hotel, Best Western Atlantis ticks all the boxes for us in terms of being close to the Airport shuttle, free city loop tram (corner of spencer street and la trobe) that will loop around to the majority of the tourist attractions in Melbourne. The tram stops directly outside some attractions and just a short walk to others. We arrived at 11am and didn't,t expect an early check in and were quite prepared to leave our luggage with the concierge til check in time whilst we explored Melbourne but we were given an early check in which was very helpful. The Queen Executive we had was a reasonable sized room, writing desk, two seat sofa, coffee table, fridge, tea/ coffee making, safe, hair dryer, alarm clock - all the things we required. The room was clean and comfortable and very good value. The hotel is NOT located in the hub of Melbourne and there are no stylish eateries on the doorstep but supermarkets, 7-11 and various fast food outlets and other clothing outlets can be found in or near the Southern Cross terminal just across the road and less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. So easy to go further afield on the free tram or just pick up a Myki card at any 7-11 or most stations and load it with whatever credit you require to use the train, bus and tram system - just easy as:D). The hotel also has an indoor pool and reasonably priced breakfast though we didn't,t have chance to use those facilities on this trip. We,d definitely stay again.

The Harbour View Apartment is centrally located to nearby Melbourne attractions like Harbour Town, Etihad Stadium, Queen Victoria Market, Crown Casino Complex, etc. There are three tram stations right beside and in front of the apartment hotel which make transport extremely convenient to reach other attractions like Melbourne Museum, Parliament Garden, Royal Botanic Garden, Shrine of Remembrance, Old Melbourne Gaol, Nationa Gallery of Victoria, ACMI, Federation Square, Chinatown, Bourke Street Mall, Aquarium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Melbourne Central Station and Flinders Street Station, etc. All tram rides within Central Business District and Docklands District are free. The apartment is also within walking distance to Southern Cross Station where Sky Bus shuttle to Melbourne Airport can be accessible. The hotel staff are very hospitable, and food is easily available from nearby restaurants located in Southern Cross Station, Chinatown or Melbourne Central Station areas.

Found the Collins Hotel Apartment very ideally located right in the heart of downtown Melbourne. Found most of the reception staff very helpful, especially the lady receptionist Momo who was most helpful ! The apartment is so near to all eateries, shops, banks, theatres, trams, trains at Flinders Street Station, and Queen Victoria Market. We came on the first week of Apri; 2019 and the Melbourne Autumn weather was fabulous ..... and also the Comedy Festival was on Wed, Mar 27, 2019 – Sun, Apr 21, 2019 ! Will definitely some back to stay here again the next trip !

Chose this hotel due to online reviews and couldn't be more happy. The room was more spacious than I expected. The bathroom has lovely Appelles toileteries. The wifi works well. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely well located, walking distance from Melbourne Central station with a tram going down to Flinders Street Station right next door. Best of all, it's located right next to Queen Victoria market so great food available. Down the street near the hotel are also a number of great and cheap food options.

Love our stay there. We've got 3 beds which is usual for Australia. Spacious room and new facility. Great value for the price I've paid for a hotel in Melbourne.

i had to go melbourne last minute so i wanted to find a cheap hotel. for dollars i booked this hotel. it was better than what i expected because looking at other hotels at the same price i was concerned the quality wasn't going to be great and i'm picky when it comes to hotel standards. staff was pleasant and very on top about security. but i could see if you invited people it's ok as it's also residential. tv channels were normal. i enjoyed the gym and sauna they looked newly built and no one was using the equipment. bathroom was extra clean though the whole see through wall with the lights, anyone sitting in the other room could see u taking a shower and everything you are doing lol. queen markets is right next door like 50 metres away. walking down the lygon st took me over half an hr but its a nice walk looking at nice buildings and restaurants. reception is only open till 10 pm so i was glad to just check in at 930pm before they knock off. i loved this place, will stay here next time i'm in melbourne.

This hotel is in a great location in Melbourne. Close to Southbank and a short walk to the city via Flinders Station. Brand new but had a few issues. Bathrooms very small as were the bedrooms. Bed very comfortable. No power points on both sides of the bed. In our room they had a power cord running to the bed side table. Other than that would stay again for location alone.

After reading mixed reviews, I wasn't really sure to book the hotel, but I took my chances. My room was really clean and tidy. Bed sheets were clean. Has Kitchenette which has microwave, utensils, coffee machine, coffee and tea provided with milk, cutlery, glasses, mini refrigerator with freezer, and any other amenities. Includes towels and bathroom amenities. Wall plugs are not international, so you would need international travel adapter for Australia. Has a mini Balcony to stand. Split ductless Air Conditioner worked great with remote provided. Very Close to queen Victoria market just 5-7 minutes walk for all your shopping needs (including wide variety of Souvenirs) and cheap and delicious food including fresh fruit and vegetables. It falls in the free Tram Zone. Just a quick 5 minute walk from the tram stop. Computer table along with ample of closet space including mulitiple shelfs, iron and ironing table. Restroom has shower with instant hot water. Hair Dryer also provided.

Oaks On Market Hotel is strategically located in Melbourne. It is so near to busy shopping areas like Chinatown. Within walking distance, there is a free inter-city tram stop nearby. It is just a few mintues' walk. The room I stayed was very spacious and clean. It is equipped with sufficient electrical items and kitchen wares. Very comfortable to sleep indeed. Staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. However, the attitude of the staff in the coffee house needs to be improved. I strongly recommend visitors to Melbourne to stay in this hotel. I will stay at this hotel when I visit Melbourne again.

I actually booked this stay for friends who were required to stay overnight in Melbourne. not being frequent travellers they were very impressed with the rooms and the location. they informed me that the standout was the staff and their service given, always friendly, always helpful and always smiling. the only issue, and it was barely that was a bit of confusion in finding the entrance/reception.

We have stayed in a few hotels in melbourne and Aria is our favourite so far. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean apartment, great location and everything we needed and more.

Out of the 3 hotels I've stayed at in Melbourne so far, the Causeway 353 is my favourite. Hidden away on Little Collins Street, it's at the heart of everything Melbourne - laneways, Bourke Street Mall, the Block Arcade, forty bajillion cafes and bars. The free breakfast every morning was perfectly adequate to start the day with and ran for an appropriate amount of time, so there wasn't any need to be up super early and rush to get there. My one gripe - but this applies to all Australian hotels at which I've stayed - is that there was no free Wi-Fi, and to have it for 24 hours would have cost me $20. Come ON, Australia! If it's free at every Starbucks, McDonald's and even the little noodle house around the corner from the hotel, surely it's not much of a stretch to offer it to your hotel guests?

Paramount Serviced Apartments , was certainly a surprise for our weekend in Melbourne , we arrived very early in the morning so check-in was not ready ,which we knew , we had arrange to have the bags stored until the check in time , the staff where ready with our message received earlier via email , bags locked up , and away into Melbourne until we come back at check in time ,they also allowed us to refresh in the staff toilet , staff through out our stay brilliant , suggesting items to see , helping with bags ,thanks to those folks the room was slightly old ,but the room was large in compensation , Foxtel and free internet available in the room , only thing wrong is the unit is facing Bourke St where there is a tram line , where you hear the tram bell ring or the police sirens at night lucky I use ear plugs when sleeping so I heard nothing , but my bleary eyed partner told me about it ,lol The building is 20 meters from the China town mall , 20 meters from a pub

Great location close to Melbourne Marina , Docklands shopping centre ,Melbourne star and trams. Great view of the Marina from my apartment, great walking around Victoria Harbour, great shopping at Docklands. Not to mention dozens of restaurants , eating place with just about any kind of food you like to choose . Want to see a movie -Hoyts is in walking distance. Want to have a massage , nails done? You find it all at Docklands including places to play for kids, open spaces, art displays. Overall a very pleasant , relaxing experience . And if you want to go to the city take the tram, is in the free zone. The apartment was just the right size, great view, quiet, clean, Foxtel. The remote battery was gone , called the staff and she came promptly with new batteries. Good service

My wife and I have stayed in many Melbourne Hotels and we were pleasantly surprised by Fraser Place! We booked this hotel as it was better priced than the other hotels we normally stay in. Whilst the hotel is a couple of streets further out (no big deal - literally an extra 2 mins walk if you want to be in the heart of things)we loved the location as we were with our 5 year old and 5 month old children. Despite the room being self contained we also had breakfast included which was great. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!!

This is the second time I have stayed at Best Western Melbourne Airport Motel and Convention Centre. It is a hassle free place to sleep when transiting at Melbourne Airport. The shuttle bus to/from the airport is quick and efficient and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The only negative is it can get a little noisy outside your room in the early hours of the morning as other guests leave to the airport. With that said, I would stay here again.

I arrived quite late in the evening and staff on the desk were friendly and prompt. The room was on the 11th floor an while not the best view (it looks straight into the office building next door) it was quiet, had great block out curtains and makes good use of natural light during the day. The bed was comfortable, and room also included a minibar , kettle, tea and coffee, and microwave. The bathroom was very clean and a descent size. The hotel is close to Etihad stadium and southern cross railway station. There is a bus service (skybus) that caters to airport transfer from tullamarine/Melbourne airport to Southern cross station which has a free airport transfer service to and from this hotel although it is a very short walk over the concourse at Southern cross station to the hotel.

Convenient access to Southern Cross Station where airport shuttle bus stop and Alto could be reached 1 minute by walk. Convention Center and Crown Casino are in 20 minutes walk to the south. Tram station is also located just in front of the hotel make it easy to sightseeing around the city. Free wifi is a great plus since few hotels in Melbourne do not offer complimentary internet access. You could even get 1 pass code for every device you need to access internet. Every room is also powered by green energy which make us contribute to the environment while staying here. I would definitely stay again in this hotel on next visit.

OaksOnCollins is one the best hotel I have stayed in a while. The location is very central and convenient with walking distance to the Crown Entertainment Complex, Southern Cross Station and main shopping areas. The hotel facilities are exceptional with a well equiped gym, lap pool, sauna and security card access elevator to room which give a peace of mind. The room has beautiful views of Melbourne CBD with comfortable beds and couch to fit 3 people comfortably. The availibility of kitchen ammenities with communal laundry facilities makes this hotel a real home away from home.

when i firstly looked for hotels in melbourne, i was surprised that all hotels were so expensive. so this hotel stands out with very good comments in trip advisor. i must say it was a correct decision because the hotel totally worths it's price. the room is vey clean, spacious. the bed and shower are comfortable, and the location is so good! although it's on the south bank, but it only takes like 3minutes to walk to the flinders train station and it's very close to the city. we all love this hotel, we will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is nearby to almost everything needed for a tourist/traveller. It is located only about a few metres to tram station which goes to Central melbourne. If one choose to walk and explore the City, it is very near to most shopping mall like Emporium, HM etc. Flinders st station which connect the city to other parts of Melbourne is just about 10 minutes walk from hotel or just take tram mention above which stop infront the Flinders station. Famous Victoria market is just infront of the road near the hotel. To Muslim traveller,Mamak.restaurant which serve malay cuisine is just a few minutes walk in Lonsdale st. Another Indo restaurant Nelayan is also nearby at Swanston st. This hotel is very practical and convenient for traveller/visitor. But one thing that should be noted by the Management is about cleanliness, although the housekeeping was doing a good job but i noticed that the mattress were not clean...there were stain or spots on it. Other than that everthing is ok

Was on a vacation with my family in melbourne for 2 weeks and had my fair share of apartments in the cbd. But this is by far the best. Will definitely stay here if i come back again. Rooms were bright modern and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Smart TV in the living room with many channels. Nice balcony to enjoy the city view. The best was the 24/7 hot showers which is a rare thing in Melbourne apartments as the hot water usually run out in old buildings. Comfy beds and clean bath towels were provided. There was also a washing machine and dryer in the room. Free wifi with strong connection. Just 15 mins walk away from Southern Cross station where you can take the skybus to the airport. sealife aquarium and bridge to crowne plaza is at your doorstep. 7-11 and some cafes just across the road. Free city tram stops right at the doorstep too that you can take to Elizabeth street, Queen Victoria market etc. Nice quiet comfy apartment that provided my family a good 5 days rest after our day trips. Wouldn't ask for anything more :) The only minor downside was the check in as there was no counter and the office is closed on the weekend when we checked in on sunday. So make sure you take down a couple of numbers on their website to have a number to call when you arrive and the staff will be there in no time. They were also kind enough to provide luggage storage for free before and after I checked in and checked out. Very value for money. Strongly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment facing north on the 53 floor, the view is stunning you can see buildings, southern cross station, north melbourne and some parts of docklands. the apartment space is just enough for 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. the sofa turns into a bed which were the kids slept. the kitchen, dining, lounge area is great just enough for us. there is a laundry/toilet room infront of the kitchen area. the bedroom has an ensuite with a good spaced shower and toilet, during our stay the toilet smelled like cigarettes we had to close the door also. the bedroom has a great spacious mirror sliding closet. location is few steps out of southern cross station. coffee shops are all around the area, as well as 7/11, ezymart if you need stuff. Heaps of restaurants around the area few food courts outside and across the building. just outside the apartment there is a free tram stop which can take you to the heart of melbourne for shopping and food trips. The swimming pool is on level 33 it was okay, it wasn’t that warm but tolerable. the kids didn’t enjoy the pool as its not kids friendly in terms of shallowness the pool is all in same level of water. all in total we had a great stay and would really love to come back. suggestions: providing extra linen for the sofa bed, instructions for the washing machine and dryer, more hand towels and a face washer, a rice cooker and dish rack for the kitchen.
