"It’s close to the beach. But it’s a small room, we feel not very comfortable. It’s better for only 2 people I think. We can hear the noise from others room. There is no sink and stove in the kitchen, but there is a BBQ outside. We paid the extra fee about $114, but only returned us $100. "

"The location of the hotel isn't ideal for a beach view, this was the first time we had gone to Mornington Peninsula but next time the location will be chosen closer to the beach as the hotel is a bit of a distance away. The hotel does have a purpose and they seem to concentrate on weddings and functions and this would be ideal for that, but a big no for just a holiday stay. Spend a little more and get that beach view."
