It is an untouched sleepy rural city where locals are not accustomed to foreigners/westerners. That is a good reason to spend some time here.
You tag along with daily pace and you will notice there is "another world" outside the Western world. What I mean to say is simply: enjoy being there as visitor and try to get contact with the local people.
You need to travel around by at least a rented car or bike. Taxis are hard to spot tho. Its a small town, you wont get lost.
Foods here are generally fair rated. Not a shopping area.
