Nice location palace, zoo, Temples Historical Place with religious attarction and clean city no 1 in Asia
Mysore is a very good historical place to visit. We have so many things to see.You will fall in love with this place for sure.
A laid back city, one should be mindful that most of the cafes and restaurants offer only Indian Food.
Overall a normal experience. Good to see the Wodiyar Palace and Tipu Sultan's memorial but I guess Brindawan Gardens as over rated as one has to walk a lot in to reach the musical fountain.
Markets very lively and fun, palace is stunning, people very friendly, lots of museums. Zoo and nearby park are beautiful and good for a break from city.
Day trip to Srirangapathna was a highlight for me, Tippu palace, tomb & atmospheric old temple.
Travelers can visit the major 3 to 4 tourist locations in Mysore in a days time.I will not recommend anyone to stay in this city unless necessary.
If you are with your family, then you should plan to pay a little premium for a better hotel as some hotels are really not good - what they say (or show on the net) don't often turn out to be that way.
Mysore is a small city with fairly good roads. Recomended for 2 day stay and you dont have much to do beyond that time.
A historical city. Lots of monuments and religious places to visit. In particular, Mysore Palace and Tipu Sultan's Palace nearby at Shrirangapatna.
Brindavan Gardens are quite an attraction. The Mysore zoo is very well managed and maintained. A big attraction lfor the visitors.
A heritage city with lots of historic monuments to visit. Srirangapatnam, Mysroe Palace, Chamundi Hills and Brindavan Garden are must to visit.
Friendly people, relaxed mood and nice weather makes it an ideal location to chill out with family.
Nice place to visit for a day or 2. Major must see attractions are the palace, chamundi hills, the zoo, brindavan gardens.
