Best hotels & accommodations in Orange

There is a need for the smaller towns of Australia to have top class accommodation at a reasonable price. de Russie Boutique Hotel is exactly that. From the moment one enters the attractive entrance there is a feeling of ambience and warmth. It is a biggish establishment and already very popular, if the almost full carpark is any indication. de Russie is modern with cl...

I enjoyed my time in Orange, would recommend the area and the hotel for it location to all amenities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean, warm the staff friendly. I would recommend this motel to any person travelling on business.

We were greeted by Connor at the reservation, he's so amazing. He is friendly, very professional and made us feel welcome and that we feel we are at the 5 stars hotel. Thank you, Connor! The hotel has a great location, we will definitely come back again.

Took great care of us on a challenging weekend where every room was sold out due to the 12 hour race in Bathurst. Probably the most comfortable room I've had in Australia up to now (not the most luxurious, but the most like home I want to return to)

Our room was clean (and I'm fussy); the fridge was cold and large enough to store our cheese and wine; there were wine glasses, cups, saucers, teaspoons, water glasses and even a bottle opener (which is something we've often struggled to find at hotels/motels). Our bed was large, comfy and the linen was absolutely spotless as were the towels in the bathroom. Breakfa...

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending at Mayfield Winery. We arrived late as we were coming from Parramatta and check in was no trouble. We eventually got there at 10pm at night, we received a phone call at 8:30pm to check whether we were still coming which was a nice follow up. The room was nice and spacious, the spa was delightful after a long ...

This is not an apartment, it is a motel, or worse than hotel. First of all, the hotel picture is not the same as reality. It shows 60 square meter in total however, the reality is around 20 square meter plus toilet. In the picture shows there is a balcony but in reality, it is a small narrow corridor outside the room door facing a smelly dirty creek. There is no blow d...

last minute booking and we were lucky as there was a lot happening in Orange that weekend and most places were full. Wakling distance to everything and the staff were super friendly. Only down side was the parking! rooms were full and many people at the pub - no reserved spots for guests

This was a great little studio apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom and small courtyard and much nicer than hotels of equivalent cost around the corner. Its very quiet being off the main road and private with its own separate entrance to main house. Agoda didn't provide any details with the confirmation, so it was a bit confusing as to where we were supposed to go...

Traveler impressions of Orange
We did not realise how big Orange was and just how much there was to do and see. A beautiful place that is underestimated by a lot of people.
The Botanic gardens are extensive and well worth visiting. There is an excellent Greek run cafe there 'Patmos' with top of the range Greek confectionery.
Great place to visit the vineyards and for the scenery as we went during Autumn. Visit during April and May
