"This hotel was five stars from beginning to end. The airline lost our luggage and the staff were very helpful in managing the recovery process for us. They would deliver the morning breakfast to our room for a 15-Euro charge and we’re just awesome to be around. The spa is also epic and worth the higher prices. Highly recommend. "
