Pretty central area of town, nice breakfast.

We stay there every time we were in Santa Cruz and we had a wonderful stay. It includes all the advantages of an hostel, affordable price, nice rooftop and kitchen with the comfort of an hotel. A nice choice if you visit Santa Cruz!

Overall the hotel is good. The location is good to access the airport, but if you stay more than just taking a connection flight, it would be better to stay at the city centre. The gym has nice equipments, but the gym room is too hot. An air conditioner there wouldn't be a bad idea. In my room the TV wasn't working at first and the technicians took about 30 min to get ...

The location is good. Pool is located in other building wich is actually sport club. Good thing is they try to keep rooms clean but it is almost impossible as everything in room is so so old that it is naturaly dirty already.

Great value for money, perfect location

Staff was very kind and helpful. It is 15 min from la plaza 24 de septiembre and there is lots of stand in the street where you can buy fresh fruits. Cleanliness was not top but ok for the price. It can be noisy in the evening-night.

Perfect location, large and clean room, super quiet and not noisy even given the location. Very nice and helpful staff. A bit pricey though.

This hotel uses black bed-sheet and pillow cover, given the overall cleanliness of the washroom and room (not clean in my standard), I'm not sure if whether they try to use black color to disguise anything. Overall staff service is alright but the hotel room needs some renovation.

The Staff were always trying to help us find the information we need regarding attractions and restaurants (sometimes they couldn't but it is not their mistake that the information is not available) The breakfast can be improved by adding more options. However, the quality of the served dishes were good. The wifi doesn't reach the rooms far from the router. But there...

Its a fun place, nice pool and relaxing areas. Gustavo is really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

We arrived late so didn't explore much... Not much in the way of restaurants near by (that we found), they charge an extra 18% vat that we were not charged anywhere else in Bolivia. Ok in the dismal pickings of Santa Cruz if you just need a place to sleep. Don't pay more then $35 for a double, it's just not worth it.

It is good place for sightseeing. Close to the cathedral and to the central plaza. The rooms are spacious but a bit decadent.

Stayed at this hotel to recover from altitude sickness because of pool in a poor location old and run down.

I have enjoyed my stay in Premium Suits and when I return to Santa Cruz it will be my preferred place if available

I would definitely come back to this place. The staff really cares about your safety and making sure you have a great time in the city and at the hotel. Hans gave me his personal phone number and said to call him at anytime if I didn't help with something. English is spoken by the staff Internet works well

I didn’t expect to find this beautiful hotel in the midst of old buildings in bustling Sta. Cruz. Two blocks away from the plaza and everything of interest in the city. The architecture is charming and the staff friendly.

Superb Facilities. Nice staff. Break Option very limited, with repetition every day. Didn't had a meal during my stay.
