location is in an industries area, between surabaya airport and the city. around 30 min drive to the surabaya city centre. the hotel look like a 3 stars hotel from outside. lobby and staffs were up to 5 standard. when open my room door, was surprise by a 6 stars rooms. i mean it, i have stay more then 100 hotel around the world and the room is the best i come across. it will let many of the 5 stars hotel to a shame. breakfast was normal, anyway is free, so no complain. no pool. easy to get high class food places next to it.

I was based in Sby and been tried some 5 stars hotel during my weekend or short holiday, so far this is the best 5 stars hotel in Surabaya compared than the others. Room quite big, luxury, also the bathroom was spacious. Good taste of breakfast with many variant. Hotel staff is very friendly except some of restaurant staff who less smile and not really friendly.. Best 5 STARS HOTEL in Surabaya.

The Vasa Hotel is a well known and good hotel in Surabaya. One of my favourites. The reception works professionally, with good explanations. So it takes a little time, but then you know all you want to know. The rooms are modern and nice with enough amenities. The pool is nice , be warned it is a not smoking area. Smoking rooms are availlable, so no problem. The breakfast is excellent, with many choices for both westerners as asian alike. The parking and parking system is some special, but and it is better to take and deliver your suitcases in the front. The security should do more efforts when you leave the hotel because it is a busy road. Be careful with the motorcycles passing. Further - again. worthwile ton stay. Will come back.

probably this hotel is lowest priced hotel among the 4 stars hotel in surabaya. But quality of facility is nice and breakfast is also good. especially noodle soup is very nice..

The room is spacious, clean, and modern. The food from Lime Restaurant also taste good balance with the price too. The staff very helpful and give quick response to guest request. Definitely in my top five favorite hotels in Surabaya. We'll be back soon!!!

this is one of the best hotel i stayed in surabaya so far. the executve deluxe room is great. this hotel has an outdoor rooftop bar that guests can see the nightview of surabaya. this is fantastic and i also enjoyed the morning view when having breakfast on 21st floor. the room was higher than my expectations and it was huge! tv in living area and bedroom. i love the food at ah yat abalone restaurant within the hotel also. i had stayed in international 5 star hotels before in surabaya and this hotel far exceeds my expectations and furthermore, its proximity to the highway is well-suited for business travellers like myself. will stay here again and will recommend to other visitors to surabaya on business trips for sure.

first time i stay in this central hotel in surabaya, i feel comport for humble and good service of garden palace surabaya hotel team. it is location on central surabaya city where it near from one mall / public service to other location. so i can go from this hotel to another destination place easily. excellent service for garden palace surabaya hotel

It was a short trip to stay at Grand Darmo Suite, but it paid us well to be there. The hotel's location is just across of Taman Bungkul where you can find yourselves a lot of local and tasty foods at night. Don't get too full. My advice is to take one menu a little, and then try another one. It's good for people that doesn't know Surabaya a lot or the ones that don't have car for travelling around the city. Also, the room is greatly designed. A bit worn, but still in its best shape for years to come.

feel comfortable and safe in the compound of the hotel; which provide many facilities. staff are veyr friendly and helpful, courteuos and let you feel at home. Definitely Five Star all the way! One of the most enjoyable and nicest hotels I have stayed at in the Shearton Chain. Sadly, I had only booked the one night and moved to another hotel for the remainder of my time in Surabaya. Totally professional, courteous and friendly staff. I entertained local friends in the various restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinnmerand they were most impressed. The AGODA special rate Deluxe room was excellent value and was spacious and most comfortable. If money is not a major concern, I would very strongly recommend Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers to everyone.

what i love the most about this hotel is the food! i really love the breakfast here! it serves a variety of indonesian food and the porrigde was so delicious! the room was very comfy and a lot of channels in tv. i have stay 3 hotel in surabaya but this is the best hotel i've got so far.. i will come again soon❤️

It is not the first time I stayed in this hotel and it won't be my last as well. I am glad to get to know Elmi hotel in Surabaya. The Value for Money is always there. Added with the first class location, cleanliness and facilities, it has become the perfect second home. Additionally, the friendly, sincere and professional services delivered by each individual hotel staff make each stay memorable. It is hard not to pick Elmi hotel each time I visit Surabaya. last time I stayed Java paragon and Richmond hotel, but this time I styed in this hotel and its beyond my expectation. They gave me 3 rooms one living room, one bedroom one dining cum kitchen area and bathroom are so big compare to my previous 5 star hotel in Surabaya. stuff and very friendly and informative. Location also best, in front of the hotel shopping mall is there. many restaurants are nearby. All I can say my stayed in Surabaya was comfortable and thanks to Ascott Hotel. Defiantly will stay here again next time.

It was nice staying at Wyndham Hotel Surabaya as the room was big around 46 m2 and luxury. It has bath-thub and b8g bathroom. The location was great, u could walk to Tunjungan Plaza only takes 7 minutes. However, for 5 stars like that, the facility is abit broken as it was Pullman Hotel previously. The pool is too small and i think lacking of menu. But if you had short time for business to Surabaya and need hotel close to Tunjungan Plaza or City Heart, thia hotel will ne recommended.

Great location. Walking distance to the Mall. Staff very professional. Check in excellent and rooms outstanding. Clean, good size rooms with a nice view of the city. Very modern and up to date. Breakfast is pretty much Asian so westerners may find it lacking. But in Surabaya you rarely see westerners. So I understand why they would not cater for westerners re the cuisine. I managed to find something in the selection so no problems. I could not fault the hotel. The only thing which relates to local Government not the hotel. The hotel is too close to the Mall to take a cab but the road to the Mall has no sidewalk. You have to walk on the road and the cars travel very fast on the road. We did not feel safe walking along the road. Maybe the hotel could run a Shuttle for a small fee to the Mall. That would be better. Not their fault however. For a downtown area the local Government should provide a safe area for people to walk. Would stay at the Aria again. No question! Excellent.

This new hotel was located in Business Center District, opposite with Tunjungan Plaza, so it is so suitable for Shopper to enjoy Surabaya more than you could imagine. I like how they design this hotel since when you enter this hotel you could see directly the lobby and restaurant it is in the same place, so it will directly increase your appetite to try to eat their Food & Beverages. During the breakfast, I saw how fast response the staff to set up and clean the table, the menu for breakfast is so variety, esp Indonesia traditional food, so for the traveler who want to eat Javanese food, you may have it in this hotel even western breakfast. The fast response also shown on House Keeping Services and F&B Services. So as a new hotel, I could see how they are in very well trained.

Pros: Location is very good especially for those who would like to do some shopping in Surabaya. Hotel staff are very friendly and greets everytime they see us. Hotel is also well - maintained and clean. Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back the next time.

The Alana Hotel in Surabaya is the best hotel for me. It is located in a position that is half way between the Surabaya Juanda airport and the city center. The room is quite comfortable. It has big mirrors, very confortable bed with lots of pillows, a confortable couch with a vey well defined table. The window is very big with the possibility of enjoying the view of the city. The tv offers lots of channel, from Indonesian to English and more. Wifi in the room is very fast on my opinion if compared with others hotel. The breakfast downstairs is really tasty: it offers Indonesian cousine, western cousine as well. Great location and great value for money.

i stay only 1 night in here. but have a good impression. the staff is very welcome, and informatif The room is big, the Pillow is fit to me, the wifi in room is fast, the minus point is I found a couple of black spot in carpet inside the room And the Soap in shower room is empty. Maybe the staff forgot to refill it. the Breakfast i found is good, have a lot variety, the staff is really helpful too. overall i satisfied with my stay in this hotel. and i will stay again in this hotel if i go to surabaya. regards Anthony setiawan

located next to the train station , new hotel , breakfast lot of choice , good quality new hotel in Surabaya. staff at reception very nice ,always smilling... rooms are fine , beds very confortable good city hotel

We stayed 2 nights and really comfortable, as its located at Surabaya Centre. It is so close to Tunjungan Plaza and other spot of Surabaya. The hotel is nice as it is four star with cheap price, new building, and i got Surabaya centre's view. The food also delicious, especially Bubur Madura. If i came to Surabaya, i will stay again at this hotel.

We were staying for 5 nights at JW Marriott Surabaya Hotel. Everything was as expected in a 5 star hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and tried their hardest to make our stay enjoyable. The swimming pool is child-friendly and my children definitely love it. Unfortunately, the executive lounge room, spa, sauna and fitness centre are not available for young children. If you love durian, try the durian bread at the hotel's bakery located near the restaurant on level 1. For travelers with young children, be aware that the hotel's restaurant is not smoking free. Overall, it was a GREAT stay and will definitely stay there again.

location wise, the hotel is in close proximity to surabaya plaza and grand city malls, about five minutes walk. sharing the name with surabaya plaza mall, you'd think that there will be a dedicated pedestrian pass from the hotel to the mall, but unfortunately this is not the case, and you'd have to walk through the side road to get there. you can't go to grand city without crossing a very busy road either. room offers start from junior suite, and it's spacious and comfy. bathroom is well decorated. and the best thing is, it is offered at much competitive price that similar hotel class.

Hotel condition are clean, modern and minimalist interior, bright lighting at lobby, aisle, room and bathroom, also no carpet inside room so less dust - it's helpfull for people having allergethic. Harris Hotel, became our favourite 4 stars hotel at our destination cities. At least we have stayed at Harris Hotel at Bali Kuta, Jakarta, Bandung (2 locations) and Surabaya.

One of the best stay I've experienced. Noticed this hotel when I was looking for the tourism spot in Surabaya. It was mentioned one of the historical building is now became a hotel. Checked the info and highly intrigued. I was mesmerized by the history of this hotel and how it is preserved. The structure is still the same as maybe 100 years ago. It is amazing how they preserved all the beautiful details and nuance. The beautiful garden in inside is beautifully maintained and can be enjoyed from the balcony. All the staffs were nice and helpful. I took the Heritage hotel tour and got the opportunity to peek the 2 storey Presidential Suite. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Surabaya in the future so I can enjoy all the facilities and comfort. Staying in this hotel is not just a stay. It is an experience and exploration to the reminiscence of the past and history. Indonesia needs more historical hotel like this

This is one a new hotel in Surabaya, just 1 month after soft opening. The room hotel is very clean, the service is very good and near from the airport. There is a new AW Restaurant in the lobby. I stay at 35 Floor, I get very nice view of Surabaya city. Absolutely recommended hotel for staying in Surabaya.

Midtown is a new hotel in surabaya. the location is great especially if you dont have a car to drive around. for those with a car, they have valet service that do not demand any tips, so it is also very nice. the only problem i have is with the room. i use the groovy unit, which turned out to be the smallest. we met the beds immediately after opening the door. even the table for writing is very limited. The bathroom, fortunately, is not that small but no shampoo, comb, soap like othe rhotels with the same class. The room is clean, the tv is good, the channels are nice and close to everywhere such as bookstore, restaurant.

The Grand Hotel Surabaya is one of those hotel from days gone by. Some may call it kitschy, gaudy trying to display "faux grandeur" but we absolutely it. Our room was unfortunately near the main road and the beeping sound from the pedestrian crossing woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Staff were helpful and friendly despite our broken bahasa indonesia. Also note that every room is a smoking room.

We booked this place on line at last minutes as our flight was rescheduled to later hours(weren't initially planning to stay overnight in Surabaya after completing our trip to Bromo and Malang). It was actually an apartment available also for daily rent, and it certainly met our need: relatively close to the airport (only 15-20 minutes by taxi), but not that far away from city center. Being next door to Petra University, you could expect the presence of all amenities essential to college students, like affordable eateries, coffee shops (there is a Starbucks at LG floor), 24hr convenient store, etc. There were always taxis standby in front of the building any time, so mobility was never an issue. We booked 5 deluxe twin rooms at almost unbelievable rate, and were very pleased at what we got. The rooms were spacious (there was more than enough space for an extra bed, if you ever needed one), with bathrooms of just a right size. As they were actually studio apartments, each room came with a small kitchen. It also had a small fridge and an electric water kettle, although coffee/tea bags were not provided. The beds were very comfy (King Koil if I'm not mistaken) and we all had a good night sleep. Overall, this accommodation was great value for money, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Surabaya.
