"Booking the Executive Room-City View at a really affordable price via Agoda is quite a steal. The room is spacious, the city view is indeed excellent, and the breakfast is sumptuous with enough choices. One minor draw down is the 10-12 min walk from the hotel to the train station. It is just near when we do not have our luggages with us, but if you have huge suitcases to bring, it can be tiresome. Very thankful as well to the staff for providing recommendations. Shout-out to Julian (hope I was able to spell his name right) as he gave us options when we were not able to borrow an available adaptor, by suggesting to check Woolies' Metro nearby. It is our first time in Sydney and the universal travel adaptor that we have do not include the one for Australia. There are also other establishments available and some sites are reachable in a few minutes walk - Australia Museum, Sydney Eye, Hyde Park, and the majestic St. Mary's Cathedral. We will definitely be back! =) "

"Travelodge Sydney Hotel is perfect for first time visitors to Sydney, returning visitors and the like. It's easily accessible location ( from the airport) and closeness to everything makes it the perfect hotel. Trains were only a few minutes walk away (Museum Station), buses, monorail and light rail were also within short walking distance. Rooms were adequately sized and well equipped, they also included Foxtel channels. The hotel is very close to Chinatown, World Square and Paddy's Markets/Market City so it makes it very easy to find something to eat or a place to shop. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Travelodge Sydney Hotel and I will definitely stay there again if I returned to Sydney!"

"I have stayed at this hotel for over 9 years and find it to be the best value, and maybe best kept secret (until now) for a convenient hotel in Sydney. Best view of the Bridge, but you need to request the Bridge side. Always request a high floor due to the train traffic noise as the station is only 50 meters away, which is a great benefit for transport, but can be noisy. Overall, this is one of my favourite business hotels in all of Australia!"

"We just needed a bed before an early flight and this was great - I was concerned it would be a bit shabby and dodgy but it was fine, everything was new and clean. We found the T3 parking was cheaper over the length of time we were away so we just parked there and walked over. Easy walk to terminal from hotel, no roads to cross. Room had enough room for two small carryons and us, probably would fit larger suitcases too. Front desk staff were very helpful even though they were very busy. Bit of a walk up to Mascot main street for food (nearby options are all fast food) but I'm sure you could get delivery. Nothing really negative - basic towels, no handtowels or facecloth, and there's only blackout blinds or nothing but these are minor. Unlike most hotels in Australia, I found this good value. "

"All good since we were there for a night (late check-in) after touched down from the airport before our journey up north. For the price we paid, it's worth a penny since not much hotel can offer the ensuite room with breakfast as mostly they are bathroom sharing accommodations around the city + without breakfast. Even though the room is quite small but it has everything a hotel room would had eg. wardrobe with cloth hangers, iron & board, tea & coffee making facilities, hot & cold shower with complete toiletries; bath towels, hand towels and bathmat. We particularly like the telephone cum radio and alarm clock at our bedside. They worked like wonder! Not just that, we had great basic toast, butter & jam (assorted), cereals (assorted), tea, coffee, milk & juices (orange & apple when we were there). Finally, we had booked again for another 3 nights before leaving Sydney to Kuala Lumpur since it is just 30 minutes away from the airport!"

"This hotel was no frills but it had everything we needed. We didn't come to swim in a pool or receive room service, so if you are looking for that look elsewhere. Our 1 bedroom family suite housed 2 Adults and 3 Tweens, with an additional bed provided. I loved that the hotel also ensured we had 5 cups, glasses and towels to accomodate extra person. Conveniently located on George St, opposite Campbell St and also backing onto Sussex St, we loved exploring the city. China Town for brekky was just outside the Sussex St door. Within very short distances additional to China Town there is also Paddys Market, Powerhouse Museum, Capitol Theatre, Entertsinment Centre, Darling Harbour and lots of choices for eating and other conveniences, like a $12 haircut. If you are happy to walk, you will be able to walk everywhere, there is an incline into the city. Otherwise there are buses, taxis, light rail close by for local area down there, you can walk to Central station easily as well as Museum and Town Hall stations (if you want a train to Circular Quay). The hotel and our rooms were clean and housekeeping provided. Our room had 2 bathrooms which was a great bonus for a family of 5. There were 3 lifts so not waiting for long. We were given a very early check in, which we appreciated and paid $20 for a late check out, which was awesome too. Another plus for us was that with our room facing inwards, yes it meant view of building but it also meant next to no street noise for a sound sleep on the comfy beds. All in all, I would recommend this for families who want to explore Sydney. Being on the outskirts of the inner city meant that we saw more than we planned. My family loves eating do bring so close to China Town and everything it offers was a definite plus for us."

"My family stayed at ValueSuites for 1 night when we had a long layover in Sydney. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in early, which was helpful since we were traveling with a 1 year old. They also allowed us to check out late since our flight was in the late afternoon the following day. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. ValueSuites is conveniently located close to the Green Square train station which allowed our family to travel easily to downtown Sydney as well as Bondi beach. And while there are no restaurants close by, there is a Woolworths about a 6 min walk away which has good food and since our room had a refrigerator and microwave we were able to make some small meals when we were unable to travel for food. We would highly recommend the ValueSuites to everyone! "

"Stayed overnight only, however was greeted with friendly smiles. I have stayed at most of the deluxe 5 star hotels in Sydney and this would have to rank in the top 5 along with the four seasons, Shangri-la, Intercontinental and the Westin. Modern clean and friendly without being pretentious. The only downer was our bathroom tv not working properly it could have been a flat battery on the remote but we were only there for one night. Breakfast was good without being great offering all the commodities of a full breakfast in sydney."
