Our extended family booked two 3-Bedroom apartments for five nights recently. Location is superb very near Dubai Mall and close to other attractions. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Apartments are very spacious and clean. It would be perfect only if there are 3 bathrooms. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning and found it boring after 2 days, same food everyday. The service at the Dunes Cafe can be improved. Sometimes can’t get the attention of the staff.

this hotel exceeded our expectations. we arrived before breakfast on the first day booked, after a long flight. we were upgraded complimentary to an executive room and given immediate complimentary access for that day. the considerateness, professionalism,and care of bawady at reception, ariel in the executive lounge and concierge fabian and his team cannot be praised enough. the large room and the physical environment of the hotel well deserve its five star status and the reasonable cost represents first class value. executive rooms are cleaned twice a day by pleasant, competent staff.

Very friendly staff, prompt and easy checkin at 1am. Lots of information provided of the area and facilities. Booked 1 bedroom apartment but received complimentary upgrade to 2 bedroom. Fantastic views, bed linen crisp, very clean. Buffet breakfast great value good choice hot and cold, omelettes made to order again staff very friendly. Restaurants on doorstep also pharmacy and supermarket. Taxi easy to use to and from airport approx 100AED each way. Best area to stay in Dubai. Thank you City Premiere.

As i have been shifting around in uae for business came around a hotel which is value for money and people ethics. hotel has a value for money apart from me being here is a point to recommend most of my staff that travels to uae. Staff good in terms of managing my tours to travel around uae . guys like Arif Shubham Roy these guys i have seen them managing my bookings and other guest booking during heavy visits, but they still treat you the same, housing keeping guys hardworking i guess his name is irfan qayom, to the best having the rooms clean and speak in a approriate manner where you feel very well treat for paying less for stay. very rare that i would feel to appriciate these guys but these guys have been good and honest in service.

As usual it was indeed a pleasant at Carlton palace once again. Both the front office manager Mr Shiyam and front desk Hicham are an asset to this hotel. The responsible persons in this hotel should make sure that these two and the rest of the staff who are extremely good in their attitude are well taken care of. In fact I have written a big complaint about Emirates airline and quoted Carlton palace as a test case for them to learn from.

I had a pleasant stay at Emirates Grand Hotel. I read in the reviews that it was a 5 star hotel with 4 star price, and they were definitely right. It sits among all the other 5 star hotels in the vicinity but they're worth the money. The bed was large and comfortable, the furnishings and colours were soothing, there was a kitchen area that was spacious, the service was good, staff was friendly. I also love that its only 15 min walk to the Burj Khalifa (something you can do on a cool day), otherwise just jump on the train that is 5 min walk from the hotel that can take you to the Burj Khalifa in 2 stops.

We had a 3 day stopover on the way from Thailand to UK - Thai passport holders can now get a visa for 72 hours from Emirates Airlines. The room was a suite with a living room and kitchen and 2 toilets. We were in Dubai in June and we needed the room as a respite from the midday heat so the extra space was very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptional all around the hotel, but especially in the restaurant even making hash browns fro my 8 yr old when they were not in the buffet on the 2nd day. We will return to La Verda if we visit Dubai in the future.

We booked an 8 am check in but turned up at 6 am and they happily checked us in. Front desk staff were excellent. So helpful and friendly. The hotel is very quiet, room size was fantastic and the Molton Brown bath ware great. Food we had using room service was good. 30 odd minutes from DXB but close to the marina and mall of the emirates, small well stocked store just next door and McGettigans bar at the base of the hotel, great pub!

It was just a long weekend stay (two-nights) with my cousin and sister (both are visiting tourists Dubai-based). There were three of us but I had the option to purchase an extra bed and buffet breakfast for the Gulf View Room and it was all worth it. We did the Abu Dhabi tour on our own using GPS and Google map. The hotel is 12 minutes’ drive away from the Grand Mosque and 17 minutes’ drive away from Yas Mall. We did a circuit tour of Abu Dhabi starting from the Grand Mosque, then drove to Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, walked to the Emirates Palace and viewed it from the Observatory Deck at 300, then we drove through the coastal road going to Yas Mall and then finally back to Al Raha Beach Hotel. It was a relaxing tour and the hotel was a welcoming place to stay and rest for the night.

Cheap dining , plenty of exotic food shops , very safe and cheap taxis, Excellent sightseeing ,city tour on double decker, world tallest building , Palm Jumeira , canal trip Marina , Dubai Mall , Dubai |Museum , Burg Al Arab , Dubai Fountain Show All Excellent. One of the best beaches we have ever been to.Metro cheap and efficient. Tasty sushi restaurants. We will go back again.

We were at the Emirates Palace to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. Every detail was perfect from the flowers on arrival and again on departure, the room dressing, the wine and special cake and of course the services of a Butler for the duration! This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in and one that actually lives up to it's name it is a Palace! Thanks for making our anniversary very special.

Love this place. Shuttles help a bit, every half hour for metro, 2 times to the beach, but nothing at the beach, shuttle to mall of the emirates too. I walked from metro to the hotel and it took 7 min under the hot sun, still survive. It was not that hot. Excellent breakfast. I got a free upgrade to a family room from 2 standard room and I got a nice city view with the icon boat hotel ! I booked dessert safari and car came picked me up at the hotel. Went to the swimming pool too, it was Ok. Lobby is nice. It is almost a 5 star hotel.

This truly was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I can find fault with all my accommodation but this truly ticked ALL the boxes. The position and views were stunning looking out at the Atlantic Hotel, The Palm and over the sea. The beach and beautiful 4 poster beds on the beach had towels rolled up and waiting for the guests to use, the accommodation they have is to suit every taste, the entrance to hotel with hundreds of fresh flowers changed everyday with different colours, the tuk-tuk to take you around the site if the 4 min walk from area to area is too hot for you, the staff were so lovely (everyone we met was amazing and truly went out of there way), the arrival with a beautiful juice and wet towel to refresh, the chairs to sit on at reception whilst you check-in in comfort, the lotus lounge over looking the pool and sea for coffee, cake and high tea was stunning, the breakfast was truly the best catered for with variety so if you stay there a week you still would not be bored, the beach house restaurant over looking the sea had fab food and outlook and this hotel had the best kids club I have ever found at any hotel where they take the child and with around 5 + staff they really get creative with the kids, have playstation, face painting, drawing, dvd's and really good attention to the kids. My child did not want to leave after many hours in there. This gave my husband and I several hours to do what we wanted knowing our child was really enjoying the kids club. Truly we will be back. Also the courtesy bus to the Dubai Mall is great as well. We stayed in a Lagoon Room on 1st floor and we felt totally private in our own lovely resort. A good hotel with a good restaurant and nice pool. Location next to good eateries, Starbucks and pharmacy. The metro system is a 4 minute walk and easy access. The maintenance of the jacuzzi and steam room was not the best and on several occasions did not work or had insufficient water. They have free shuttle to kite beach. Travel/tour operator in lobby very good. Booked a desert safari and was not disappointed. Hotel a bit expensive for what you could get at other hotels same category in Dubai. Location is the selling point as on Sheikh Zayed road and close to Mall of Emirates and Burj Khalifa tower.

We started our stay in Dubai at this hotel for the first two nights and then transferred to the IBIS Mall of the Emirates. Compared to the room at the IBIS, this hotel was great, but as a value in itself, it definitely doesn't feel like a $300 a night hotel. The location is nice. It's a 10 minute walk to the metro station. Then you take one stop to the Emirates Mall station. From the station to the mall is a 15 minute walk through an air conditioned corridor. The hotel is walking distance to coffee shops and "Zait wa Zaatar" which is a really good breakfast and lunch restaurant with arabic food. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is also spacious and nice. There's nothing bad I can say about the hotel, except I probably wouldn't stay there again just for the price. Since you have to take taxis everywhere anyway, you can find a nice hotel a little farther away.

My family and I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel Apartments Dubai. The hotel did not have much amenities but the complete set of appliances and equipment in the unit needed for long-term stay and the free basement parking were a big plus. The staff were responsive and polite to our requests. Everything was as advertised. We would not hesitate to book the same hotel if ever we will return to Dubai in the near future.

We enjoyed every minute : water park and rides were awesome , beach and service nice , we also had dolphin experience - everything not cheap but worth every dollar ! We had AMAZING view from our room over Gulf , Burj Khalifa and Burj al Arab and overlooking the top of aquarium !!! Wifi also very good but you have to pay for it . We also had imperial lounge for 700aed/day - sushi , cakes , fresh juices , a lot of delicious food all day long ! Scones with afternoon tea were the best ! A bit too crowded because of tourists , that r visiting the hotel ! Also very nice food at Nasimi beach ( try their pizza with black caviar ) and Asian restraunt !

We were surprised by the front desk staff to upgrade us to Premium Room upon our arrival to check-in to our Superior Room booked via Agoda. The room although on a smoking floor but there was no smoking smell in the corridor nor in the hotel room so we decided to stay in the Premium Room without any more changes. The room was clean & spacious with quite good city view. We were on high floor on 56th level & it was magnificent. The hotel staffs were all very friendly. Only the hotel lobby was not as grand as we had thought. The hotel location was fantastic as it was located right outside the train station. It was so convenient to travel to the Creek, Dubail Mall, Mall of Emirates & other attraction places. We wish we could stay there for a few more days unfortunately we needed to leave to Frankfurt, Germany for an exhibition. Only slight disappointment was the requested airport transfer when we arrived at Dubai International Airport, the sign was so small that we missed the driver for the first time. We had to look all over again carefully & finally found the driver. Then we had to walk to the car park to get his car as we thought he should be able to pick us up at the arrival driveway. He also did not put on a smile. Maybe it was very early morning 2am to pick us up & he might be also sleepy & tired. So we did not bother about him too much. It was kind of weird when we arrived to the hotel at the back entrance instead of front entrance. The room that we stayed had the water tap not fixed properly at the toilet washing basin. We did ask for room service to fix it but it was not fixed. The room cleaning service did take quite a long time to do as we were thinking there were so many rooms to handle. So we did not really complain much about this as we were out whole day. The hotel swimming pool was too small & too cold to swim as it was not heated up like the one we had in Krabi Thailand where it was an outdoor pool but was heated up for warmth. There was not e

This was our first stay in Abu Dhabi and I'm so pleased we chose to stay at the Anantara Easern Mangroves. It's a little out the way from the city centre but we were aware of this when we booked as we were looking for somewhere away from the hussel of the centre, also Taxi's are plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff were the best thing about the hotel, attentive but not over powering, every person we encountered were helpful, freindly and knowledgeable. To anyone that stays at the hotel I would strongly recommend pre booking for the breakfast! Probably one of the best I have ever had in a hotel! Also the Thai restaurant was amazing. We will definalty be back and will ensure we stay for a lot longer. I've also already put friends onto this hotel and feel more than comfortable in doing so. the kempinski mall of the emirates hotel is located in a fabulously convenient location. step out of the lobby directly in the mall of the emirates, and wander through the shops in the large complex. easy to drop off your shopping, and continue back to view more shops. convenient to be near a large supermarket (carrefours) also, when travelling with young children and you require bits and pieces for them. 2 pools (one heated) which was enjoyed by our children. close to wild wadi waterworld, which is only a short taxi ride away.

Firstly the hotel has definitely seen better times and with just 1 or 2 very minor updates could be much better. That said as a family of 4 we needed a place that was not going to break the bank or compromise overly on standards. 1. Location - we had our own car and the gold souq is exactly 2.2km by car or less if walking. 15 minute drive from The Burj Khalifa and The Mall. And 33 minutes from the Marina. There are plenty of restaurants and takeaways on the same road with the reef mall right opposite, al ghurair centre further down the road and Al Rigga road within walking distance meaning there is no shortage of places to eat or go shopping. 2. Size & Facilities - we were booked into the star 1 bedroom suite. This has a king size bed. A huge living room with dining table and fully functional kitchen with double electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There was also an assortment of cutlery and utensils stocked. Due to our timings we did not opt for the breakfast, however we were able to buy supplies from the New Era supermarket just next door to do breakfast at our own time. 3. Staff - I can honestly say we had no issues here. There were a couple of minor issues which were addressed within minutes, thanks to sathiq and sheikh. We left notes for housekeeping with requests which were fulfilled. They serviced the room regularly, thanks to housekeeping staff too. We got our wakeup call on time. Considering the price we paid we would happily stay here again and would strongly recommend this hotel to people who are travelling with children. At the end of the day we were returning to our hotel approx 1 - 2 am every night, going to sleep and waking up 11-ish ready to go out again shortly after taking breakfast. If all you want is a beach and a hotel room where you spend your waking time then book elsewhere. IF you want a bit of everything and will be out a lot then this hotel is ideally located and .

Had booked a 2 bedroom for vacation with my mum and my brother for our vacation to Dubai. Was warmly welcome at the reception where we were explained to the facilities. Very impressed by the service level when checking in. Very clean facilities and staff was prompt to our request whenever we had one. Hotel was also near to Dubai Mall. The only downside is the construction which is going on around the hotel location which make it a bit challenging to locate by the Taxi Drivers. Be wary when taking taxi back to hotel from Dubai Mall as the drivers are likely to be unhappy due to the close proximity to the hotel. We avoided the walking option due to the on-going construction in the area.

We felt very lucky to have chosen this hotel to spend eight nights in while visiting Dubai. Until now with our frequent visits to Dubai since 1993, this hotel in our view was the best. We congratulate the manager, Mr Eltohamy who has made the hotel up to a high standard of services and guest satisfaction. The welcoming smile of the reception staff who were very helpful and understanding, especially Faizan, were the first to be appreciated. The Guest relation officer was a definite asset through listening to guests’ problems and desire in order to resolve them promptly. The hotel lobby was an attractive atmosphere strengthened by the continuous offering of Arabic coffee and fresh dates while sitting in the lobby. The suites were spacious and well furnished with excellent original furniture. Tea and coffee making facilities in addition to the well-equipped kitchen made life very easy. Most useful was the free strong Wi-Fi connection in the suites. An unusual but rather a feature we found it in the suite is the many framed paintings even in the bathroom. The hotel was very centrally located and opposite to the famous Deira City centre shopping mall, metro station and local restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient and included varieties of tasty food supported by excellent helpful serving staff. We highly recommend this hotel which we shall return to whenever we visit Dubai in the future

what can i say, private villa with private pool on the beach. Best hospitality by staff. the most luxurious hotel i have ever booked (and i tried some very fancy ones in the far east, but nothing tops Zaya Nurai. Its a bit expensive but definitely value for money.

We were upgraded to an extremely spacious 3-bedroom suite. It had a fully stocked kitchen. Staff was very helpful, esp the Filipinos. It's a stone's throw away from the beach and The Walk, with multiple indoor and outdoor dining options. This place is more for relaxing, not for shopping. But it's next to a tram that can take you to mall of the emirates and dubai mall. Taxi is quite affordable as well. I'd stay here again so long as they can keep the price reasonable.

We arrived at the hotel at 230am with great welcome by the staff. The staff explained very well which room available for non-smoking as requested for 7D6N stayed. We had smooth check-in. The hotel just 5mins walking distance to Sharaf DG Metro, really easily accessible. 10-15mins walking distance to Mall of the Emirates. Supermarkets, pharmacies, saloons, spa, laundry & restaurants also conveniently located near the hotel. The staff at the reception was very helpful, extremely polite & the best part is they SMILE all the time. They assisted us in getting a taxi to go to Dubai Miracle Garden & our 2nd hotel at Dubai Marina. The housekeeping staff also very helpful and do their job well done. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms were spacious and clean, fully equipped to make you feel like you stay at home. My children love it so much. Pool was small but clean with great staff available all the time. Wi-Fi connection good but not great at all, kept disconnecting. LOVE IT! TQSM

Located in Downtown Dubai, the Ramada Suites were fantastic! Restaurants are expensive in Dubai, so it was great having a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine & dishwasher. They also provided us with tea & coffee daily as well as shampoos etc. In addition, they provided us with toothbrushes, sewing kit & a razor (great for the forgetful traveler!) The view from our room was phenomenal! It overlooked the musical fountains, and was right opposite the Burj Khalifa. The hotel offers a free shuffle to the Dubai Mall, but not frequently enough. However, it is a pleasant 10 minute walk, if you don't mind the scorching sun! They did say you had to catch a taxi if you wanted to get to the Emirates Mall (about 30 Dirhams) but you can catch a train from the Dubai Mall for 6.50pp. I rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars, and the only reason I would have given 4 and not 5, is because the shuttles do not run frequently enough (there is only 1 shuttle to Jumeirah Beach @ 1pm - who would want to go to the beach in the midday heat is beyond me!) but you need to find your own way back home. It would have been nice to have a shuttle to the Burj Al Arab & Atlantis (even for a nominal fee). Otherwise a great hotel, and probably the nicest thing about our trip. (PS : The dining got 3 - working on an average because we actually didn't eat at the hotel restaurant)
