Everything in one complex”
Pros it has entertainment for kids, a casino in-house, next to a shopping mall, McDonalds downstairs...cons, building needs a full renovation very dated located in the old heart of the city...whilst its still lively it is not what it was like back in the glory days. The bar in the building is empty on most days. Near Ayala mall are the hip new hotels and night spots. But still a good place the stay. Stayed here several times now!

A total disappointment at check in, we waited for so long since the room we booked was not available and they unilaterally downgraded our room leaving us with no choice.. while waiting, with small children, a staff named ROSE, would attend to our issues, then when foreigners would come to check in she decides to attend to them first, leave us waiting, when they finish she would attend to us again.. she was able to make 3 foreign guests check in instead of make us finish our check in..

This place is really easy access to everything as it is located in the middle of the city. The room is clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast is good lots of variety to choose from. Easy access of getting a ride outside the hotel. It is worth the money you paid. Highly recommended to others.

What a joke”
I accidentally booked in the wrong month and sent an email to try and rectify the error and possibly move the dates. No response. I called a few times but was told there was either no one available to assist or I was hung up on. $700 dollars down the drain and our HONEYMOON ruined. Thanks Crown Regency HOTEL

We do understand that we are bound to commit mistakes such as this, however, Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts can only do so much to undo this. When you book with a third-party Online Travel Agency (OTA) in this case, Agoda, they have an entirely different platform which the hotel cannot interfere, therefore, making the booking immovable and unamenable on our end. However, if you made the booking directly with us, surely we are able to make modifications to the erroneous booking you had. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The aircondition was working at first. We turned it off since we had to leave for the airport to pick up our relatives at 1am. When we were back at 2:30am, it would work for a couple of minutes then would die after. We called front desk at 3 until 5 but no one was answering! We gave up and fell asleep in a hot room only to be awakened by a cockroach crawling into my husband's back and another one on the desk chair. This has got to be the worst experience! I am definitely not recommending it to anyone!

Sky Adventure in the House”
Literally, it's in the house. The sky adventure experience is in the Hotel on the 19th floor so that's already a big plus. They also have a casino inside the hotel and a Starbucks branch on the lobby. The location is also near the city center so you won't have much problems finding things you will need.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. For a room with a bathtub, I think it's very affordable! The location was great too! It's near to most shops and restaurants. There were also a lot of things that one could do in here. (e.g. sky adventure, swimming, clubbing, gaming etc.) The breakfast buffet was good enough for us. There weren't so many choices, but we could say the food was delicious. The only suggestion I can give is for the management to improve the cleanliness of the place. (we saw some tiny cockroaches in our room. ) Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at this place.

Old style TV set”
Our TV was outdated, our city view was of the other tower, the facilities are starting to get run down with some areas being renovated/updated. The breakfast was great, however, note that while a child under 12 can stay free they don't get a free breakfast. The elevator layout can mean extra time in the elevators. Wifi was good when working, however, it dropped out a few times in our room and the whole hotel internet was out for a few hours during our stay. The room was nice and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Not worth the money”
I had 2 rooms here. The first had problems with the TV not working properly. The shower hardly had water pressure. I was against the wall straddling the tub nozzle while showering. The second room had a dirty nasty towel in the tub when I checked in the room.Also the internet was spotty. Worked sometimes but not at all times. Then I almost got electrocuted when I unplugged a lamp. It had expose electrical wires. The front counter did not seem to care too much. They did remove the lamp. Guess this once nice hotel is falling apart and it shows.

Almost perfect. the only thing that I am very cautious is the security outside of the hotel. Beggars along the sidewalk goings to 7-11 or Robinsons chasing you if you won't give something. Also "taong-grasa" lying on the skybridge if you want to go to the other side the street. Hope the hotel will request the city government to give attention to those street people. Don't wait until this street folks will cause harm to tourists.

Good except for the pool area. ”
The staff is nice The room was OK! Not a 4 star in many ways. It has a very good location. Pool area was being cleaned and was terrible shape. Very dirty was a huge disappointment. Took many pictures of the area. Over all good for short visit. The breakfast was very good. Hard to keep hot water at times. I would stay again if the pool is cleaned properly. I had pictures but no where to post them here.

Crown Regency has the best location and customer service. However it is so bug infested. The cockroaches were everywhere even on top of my bed. I should have taken pictures. The cleaning crew knew about the problem and were not concerned about it.

Terrible service ”
If you call the front desk they will not answer. WiFi doesn’t work. Elevator takes forever and is confusing. A pink stain was left in a bath towel I had to pay 500 for it because they had to wash it!! Never heard of anything quite like that before do not go here. Extremely overpriced stay anywhere else especially if you’re a westerner value here sucks.

This is not a family with little kids friendly place. If you have little kids, stay away from this place. You are just wasting your money. Wi-Fi was horrible. Staffs are not coordinated, making things less productive when you need something done(like if you cable TV is not working.) Place is actually outdated. I just did not feel the love in this place.

Conveniently located downtown; friendly staff and extremely large space for a mother and son. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. We had a worthwhile stay. One regret I have is I didn’t get a chance to taste the food which everybody says is absolutely mouth-watering.

Room is spacious for family of 4, wifi goes down from time to time. Stayed here for the skywalk but end up not doing it. Hotel has casino. It is near Robinsons supermarket. Jollibee and McDo near it. Fair value

Not really good value for money. Quite expensive for what you get. The hotel is a bit tired and needs renovation. They're a bit money grabbing. Plus side there is a Starbucks in the lobby and a Mc Donald's nearby. Can't really recommend this place as there are better places for the money.
