“Spring break”
This is a nice little hotel with a great view. The pool was always clean and chairs always available. The room was large and clean, and made up daily by the great housekeeping. There is a daily resort fee due at check in, which mainly covers parking and continental breakfast which isn’t great value as the daily parking fee is way less than the resort fee and if you wanted to skip the breakfast. There are a LOT of single use plastics used at this hotel which I don’t like from a waste perspective - the breakfast is all plastic cutlery, paper cups and plates and plastic cups. There is a rooftop bar that is exceptionally loud with pounding bass until about 11pm on the 10th floor and we could feel and hear it on the 7th from the room which was not pleasant. The staff were really kind, and they operate on minimal staff. This place has a great view, easy walk to the beach and restaurants and is a good location if you’re interested in a pool and beach vacation.

“New Year's Eve”
We booked a gulf front room so that we could view the fireworks from our balcony. The view and the fireworks did not disappoint! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well laid out. It seemed a little silly to have to pay the resort fee since it was so cold. Also, the continental breakfast sparse. Maybe it was because of New Year's but I've had better breakfasts at a Country Inn and Suites. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view.

“Great Weekend Get away ”
My wife and I had a Wonderful time at the edge hotel. It is an Ocean front property, but no beach. But you can drive or walk down the street to Clearwater Beach. The hotel is nice and clean, and Jimmy rooftop bar and food is Awesome. Inside tip Get " The Bucket," it like 2.5 drinks in one. Our room had the best or in the top 3 best views. Roon 843 looks right out over the pools, and You have a beautiful view of the Gulf of America. We had a Wonderful time and we will be returning in the near future. We strongly recommend The Edge!

“Beautiful resort”
Funny thing happened when we arrived, we didn't realize lobby was on the 6th floor, and walked around the building like 2 dopes, TWICE!! LOL This resort is a 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach. This resort is not on the beach, but has 2 very nice pools. There is a bar/restaurant between the 2 pools, and Jimmys on the Edge is on the roof. The free breakfast is very "carb-driven", they have fresh fruit too. But the free breakfast was enough to get you going. Our room faved the pool, and we could see the intercoastal where it led to the gulf. It was a beautiful view. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was huge and the pressure was good. The room had a small fridge, a keurig-style coffee maker, a nice sized closet, bed was comfy, all around a great room. Our favorite part was the big balcony. We sat out there every night. Taco Bus is right downstairs, is open late, and is delicious. This resort seems more of an adult vibe, then a kid vibe. There were kids there, but more adults. Overall this is a great resort. Nice and relaxing, and surrounded by nightlife if you wanna venture out, if not, stay here and chill.

“Excellent Views”
We only stayed one night at Edge but we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The staff were so nice and super accommodating. We arrived a little early and they were able to go ahead and get us all checked in. The pools were great with amazing views. The beach is a short walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

“Edge Hotel - vacation”
I travel A LOT. Globally and a lot in the US. I booked this hotel knowing nothing about the location, the hotel itself, or the surrounding areas of interest. Gotta first start off and say that the staff was beyond amazing. The front desk crew during all 6 nights of our stay, were more than just employees. They worked like they had ownership. Gave full respect and attention when I was asking questions, and most of all, my son went down by himself to ask about the trolley services. He didn't come back for almost 30 minutes. When I went down to check on him, one of the front desk staff was helping him map out his route. Our cleaning staff was amazing as well. They absolutely respected our privacy and property. I am a professional photographer and had a lot of equipment in the room. Never had to worry about it. The location could not have been more perfect. South Clearwater beach is less than a 3 minute walk. White sandy beaches with a bathroom, restaurants and a pier full of amenities for families and those wanting to have a drink by the water. The facility was great. Saw some structural damage that was due to the hurricane last year, but none of that had an effect on our stay. The infinity pool was warm, clean and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was relaxing and a nice touch that prevented us from having to venture out and then back in. Parking in the garage was also a great amenity. We are already looking forward to booking at the Edge next year. Great place to stay!

“Nice”
Everyone I interacted with at the front desk and at breakfast were very nice. The cleaning staff always said hi when passing us in the hallway. The infinity pool is so cool, with such a pretty view. And then there’s another pool! I’m not sure what people have to complain about in their reviews-it was a great stay and close to everything.

“Breathtaking Views and Exceptional Amenities at Edge Hotel Clearwater Beach”
During my recent stay at the Edge Hotel in Clearwater Beach, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel’s prime location offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Harbor, which I enjoyed from my spacious and well-appointed room. The unique 27-foot glass wall pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing swim with a panoramic backdrop. The rooftop bar, Jimmy’s on the Edge, offered delightful appetizers and sandwiches, making for a perfect evening setting. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the on-site restaurant was closed for renovations during my visit, which was a slight inconvenience. Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars and look forward to returning in the future.

“Good Location!”
Great location, the only infinity pool in the area. However, elevators and hallways were always dirty with trash, napkins, cigarette butts, sands, water, etc. They need to clean/vaccuum the hallway and elevators more often. Room was spacious and decent, but furnitures were a bit outdated with scattered scratches. The view was very nice and peaceful for the ocean/gulf view type of rooms. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

“Our 2025 family vacation”
We loved it! Perfect location to get the benefits of the harbor and the ocean. Could see both from our deck. We got to see dolphins, sea turtle, and a manatee. Continental breakfast didn’t offer much variety and no proteins but kept us full. We didn’t rent a car and everything was within walking distance. The Staff was great. Had a 37 dollar a day fee for parking despite no car but they call it amenity fees. Some damp smells in halls and elevator but our room was nice and clean. Pools were great. They need a new play list for the pool. We would stay again for sure!

“Second stay at the Edge.”
We came to the Edge for our honeymoon in 2023. The experience was so exceptional we decided we had to bring our boys down this year. Again they went way above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Clearwater beach is still in the comeback phase from the hurricanes they experienced so keep in mind that they are still in progress but with that being said the city is alive and in great spirits and the edge compliments this vibe so well. We also would love to give a special shout out to Kathy (the breakfast hostess) for remembering us from the first visit two years ago and for her incredible friendliness and great personality! We love the edge hotel and clearwater beach so much! The edge is perfectly placed with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We hope to see you all again real soon!

“Very clean and comfortable accommodations…”
Our 3 day stay was very pleasurable… We had a very clean and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. Housekeeping was great, they replenished our towels and gave us what we needed. Also, the front desk staff were accommodating as well and always gave us suggestions as far as restaurants or places to visit… We will definitely be going back to The Edge Hotel….

“Definitely return in warmer weather”
Large room, clean, nice view, Keurig in the room worked. TV worked. Good quality darkening curtains. Nice shower. Kathy, breakfast staff did a tremendous job. Access to Surf Style shop and restaurants is good. Note: the first 5 floors are parking so the lobby is on the sixth floor. Lobby is elegant and spacious. Pools are on this floor as well and offer a nice view of the water. The infinity pool and other pool set ups were very clean, inviting, and a tepid warm temperature. The cold weather was not! There is a dedicated walkway to get over the bridge if you have a conference at Sheraton Sand Key. It is 1.3 miles to there and very safe in daylight.

“Beautiful hotel, perfect location! ”
This hotel is stunning. There are a lot of amenities, restaurants/bars on site. Trolley stop just outside plus an onsite parking garage. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Peir 60 is a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast is continental but there are a lot of options including eggs, cereals, pancakes, fruit, bagels etc. The pools are stunning. The hotel is very clean, and the view from the room’s balcony was great. The beds were super plush and comfortable. Honestly this hotel can’t be beat. It was so convenient, and we never had to drive anywhere. Loved the stay here.

“Anniversary getaway”
The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly. Everything was nice and clean. But the reason I picked this hotel was to experience the glass pool in front of the ocean and the roof top bar. The pools were closed and the roof top bar, well the weather didn’t allowed us to even take a picture there. It was an unfortunate experience for us. The breakfast was very good. The furniture in general in the room was uncomfortable, the bed the pillows, even the furniture in the balcony, so tall and uncomfortable. The hotel must be awesome when the weather is nice and the pools are open, because there is not much to do other ways.

Pros: Nice location Ada Accessible Good food Easy laid back checkin Cons: Hotel has been there for a minute Hotel room I had had some dirt and minor wear and tear Accommodations were not explained so you do have to ask questions or do proper research Some of the staff are NOT friendly and are on their phones in front of Guests Lack of managerial presence and security presence Smoking in certain areas despite being a smoke free hotel and not enforced or monitored Shout out to Taylor who was friendly, professional, and kind and checked me in with a smile. Overall I would give it a second chance as things happen and the hospitality industry is hard and demanding, but there is room for improvement.

“Pleasant Stay ”
Our room had a great view, was very clean. The elevator on one side of the building were broken, and the ones that worked were VERY slow. Continental breakfast was a bit disappointing, they just had bagels, pancakes, fruit and yogurt so no type of eggs or protein. Pool area was clean and well kept, although infinity pool did have a musty sweaty smell to it. We ate at the rooftop resturaunt which was delicious! Great location, close to the shops and beach. I would stay here again.

“Lovely pool area and views”
On our honeymoon asked for a better room as we are overlooking a busy road. Booked harbour view. Rooms are large comfortable most staff are fabulous. Not happy resort fee is parking which we don’t need and tickets to a childrens water park. No water in the room We’re in our late 50s. Breakfast was hugely disappointing paper plates cups cutlery. Stale rolls. Few cereals oranges bad bananas no sugar free or gluten free. Paid a lot for the 2 night stay. Location is good. That’s about it

“Spring Training”
We were pleasantly surprised with the edge hotel. The check-in was easy, the people were informative, but could have been friendlier. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The cleaners were knocking too early (8:00am is early when you are on vacation.).We enjoyed the pool area and the bar and the music selections. You need to get the flooding under control in the garage area. We had to take our shoes off to get thru 3” of water coming back from dinner. Overall, we were very pleased and would back.

“Great location/views. Exorbitant parking fee. ”
Location is walkable to lots of restaurants & bars. Rooftop bar & other in-house options to eat & drink. Pool area overlooking the water is gorgeous. Room & hallways are above average. Not 4 or 5 star,, but appropriately clean. Exorbitant nightly “parking+” fee ($40ish only maybe worthwhile if you want the add-ins including an apparently close by water slide park).

“Great place”
Clean, nice amentites, and so close to the beach that you truly can't beat it. Parking is included (we didn't need). unfortunateky included in the price is a $50 per day amenity fee that includes access to a waterpark that we had no interest in. I wish that we had not been needlessly charged for this as we did not use it once let alone 4 times (2 tickets per day of our stay).

“Short stay”
We stayed for one night but used the amenities the day we checked in and the day we checked out. The outdoor area with the pools is nice, only negative is that there is no hot tub. Our room was fine except that it was a bit damp smelling. Biggest positive was the view. Biggest negative was that although there is a complimentary breakfast, it was all just cold foods like bagels, cereal and yogurt. Very disappointing. There is a $30 amenities fee when you check in which includes parking.

“Great for what it is”
We stayed on an ocean view room, 3rd floor from Wed - Sat, end of Apr-start of May Pros: - it was not crowded at all, almost no one at either pool when we were there, the pool area was nice aside from the Astro turf getting very hot in the middle of the day - it was quiet, aside from the questionable live music at the rooftop bar, it was a quiet resort - beach was less than a 3min walk, so you were close to beach but way less foot traffic and you’re very close to hopping over to sand key or Dunedin - staff was nice - parking is onsite and wasn’t crowded in the garage, easy in and out - drinks at both bars were good, and the bartenders were very nice and attentive Cons: - shower would not get hot, it would get lukewarm, and the showerhead was old and a bit rusty - hotel is dated, the rooms were fine, but not great - our closest ice machine was on the 7th floor across from the parking garage (we were on the 3rd floor) Overall we’d stay again, there’s lots of other better options in Clearwater, but they come with a price, so it’s a good deal for what you get.

“Amazing Hotel”
Clean, professional staff. Amenities top notch. Infinity pool was awesome. Best housekeeping ever. I travel a lot and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Had an 8 night stay and these accomodations are worth every penny. Food and atmosphere on the roof top bar was excellent and the sunset view was amazing. We had a 2nd floor Gulf front room and it felt like we were right on the water. Perfect location. Waterfront access to close by hotels made it easy to enjoy other bars and restaurants with limited walking or driving. Trollies on the beach made it easy to access other areas. Rented a car but really didn't need it. Edge Hotel was the best part of our vacation. Agoda made my vacation very affordable.

“Would stay again ”
We stayed at the edge for a week in April. The location was perfect! Everything is very walkable, very close to other hotels, restaurants, shops, mini golf, and the beach! There is a trolley stop across the street which made for getting to other places very easy! There is a rooftop restaurant/bar with decently priced food and drinks. The pool was great, and very clean! I have no complaints about the room. The breakfast was OK, it had yogurt, cereal, bagels and English muffins, pancakes, coffee, and boiled eggs. Overall I would definitely stay again

“Almost five stars”
I really liked this hotel the amenities were wonderful. The pool area was great. The staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. My only negative is there are no do not disturb tags available and the cleaning lady kept coming at 8:30 every morning. I found this ironic as there are posters throughout the hotel about it being your vacation and not being disturbed for different reasons.

“Oct 24 stay”
I previously stayed at the Hilton a few days prior and have to say that the room at Edge was a lot nicer! It was bigger and definitely cleaner. I didn't spend a lot of time at Edge, just one night, so I can't say much about the amenities. The pool area looked nice and the staff was helpful, though I couldn't get an early check in which I thought was surprising since I came the week after Milton and I'm pretty sure the hotel wasn't fully booked. To summarize, I would stay at this hotel again.

“The price is misleading!!!”
The place is decent and room was clean however the guy at the front desk was incredibly cryptic and it seemed like he was intentionally confusing when explaining the reasoning for the HOTEL CHARGES THAT ARE NOT DISCLOSED DURING THE BOOKING!!! “5 Star Location 3 Star Hotel ”
Despite offering a pool, gym and infinity pool this hotel is in extreme need of a redecoration refit. Scuffs on doors in common areas and sick green hallway decoration leaves a bad first impression. Especially as the hotel is expensive and charges an additional resort fee. We stayed in a gulf front room which was thoroughly recommended. Beautiful views of the sun going down, dolphins and pelicans made this break for me. The breakfast is ok but bed very comfortable. Would go again but probably off season as the prices were high. To pay the same price again I would choose another hotel. But if you want the quiet and an amazing view, book the gulf front rooms.

“Nice Stay”
Had a great stay. Very clean and updated. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. No beach chairs or umbrella offered by the hotel though. The breakfast was a standard continental one, but good to grab snacks for the beach. The rooftop bar was nice as well, they had free pizza when we were there. There is surprisingly no hot tub at the hotel however, so on a chilly night the heated pool just didn't cut it. Overall would stay again. Had a great experience.

“Amazing views, Beautiful Pool Area and Rooftop Bar ”
We had a wonderful stay at The Edge! Make sure you get a gulf view room with balcony! Sunset views were outstanding and morning views of the gulf were lovely. Have breakfast on the patio and watch for dolphins. Bed was very comfortable also! Nice linens.. very quiet rooms. Rooftop bar was nice and views from both sides were beautiful! Big screen TV to watch the game and free Fireball shot at 9pm!

“Exceptional hotel”
We only stayed a couple of nights at the Edge but we would definitely recommend staying here, excellent customer service, beautiful room, very comfortable bed, tasty continental breakfast, lovely pool with exceptional views of the Gulf Only opportunity to improve facilities would be to clean the glass wall of the infinity pool Will definitely stay again

“Great Place to stay”
We had a wonderful time!! Staff was excellent, the rooms are spacious and all great views, pool excellent. On the water but no beach. You have to walk a little to go to the public beach. Very clean and well maintained hotel. I didn't like the entrance to hotel. Very dark and breezy. Also, they need to have a restaurant inside for cold and rainy days. Only restaurant is Roof Top on 10th floor. The breakfast area could be a place to have lunch or dinner. Otherwise a great place to stay in Clearwater Beach.

“Fantastic beach stay”
We had a great stay at the edge. The location was incredible. 4 hotels to walk past to get to the beach, didn’t take more than 6 minutes really. We absolutely loved the pool. Be careful the tiles are slippery. Our room was huge. Loved the harbor view. Bathroom was massive and really clean. Super comfy beds. Will absolutely stay again.

“Was a decent place”
The hotel was decent. There weren’t many amenities. The rooftop bar was great, but the morning breakfast was very lackluster. The lobby, hallways and rooms were clean. The pools were nice.

“perfect spot”
Solo traveled ahead of a work week in Tampa and it was perfect for me. Clean rooms, pool is great, staff is 10/5 and so accommodating. Also a short walk to the beach for a lot less than the ones actually located there. For the love of God fix the slow elevators. Agoda is legit in case you were apprehensive like me.

“Night away”
My fiancée and I stayed here for a night in the middle of the week, It was pretty dead but not surprising for a wed. which is nice for relaxing and not dealing with a lot of people. This hotel has a great vibe the second you walk into lobby, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, rooftop bar was nice (the nachos were fye)

“Great hotel ”
A little pricey, but worth it. I stayed in a gulf view king with balcony. I used the fitness center, pool, and ate at both restaurants. All very clean and the food was good. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. Will look to stay here again in the future.
