I loved how the hotel looked like a castle. It was right on the strip, a walking tunnel connected it with the strip which was a 5 minutes walk. I got a great room with the pool view. Just one thing, theres a long queue when checking in.
It’s a fantastic place and I love the perfume they use in the Casino. Lots of facilities and an amazing view over the castle from the room’s window. Like in a fairy tale. We really enjoyed the stay and we’ll definitely go back again!
Excellent stay friendly staff”
The standard rooms did not have a fridge or coffee machine
You get so much more than what you pay for!!!”
For such an affordable hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large, and clean, and had everything you need. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. There was so much to do at the resort. And the pools were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I paid extra money for upgraded to stay at royal tower the first day because I had a long flight and arrived hotel 2pm. Would like to have a quick shower and nap a bit but there was no room (normal room at resort tower) until 3pm. So I paid extra finally. It was a trap! Royal tower room is same as resort tower after the second night I stayed. So if they suggest you to pay for upgrade. But ignore them!
Good location for exhibition in LV”
I was stay in there for business trip, so can’t enjoy a resort. But need a pay for that.
Dirty old hotel. Only good thing was the people watching! ”
Would not recommend staying here.
Best place best price”
Nice place for holiday.
The rooms were very dusty.”
The AC was very dusty. All the dust flew when I turned it on. The Toilet floor was no cleaned at all as there is a piece of what might be gum or candy on the floor that I accidentally stepped on..... rooms and hallway were very dim. Maybe because of the medieval theme?
Very Shabby Hotel”
The room was appalling. I have stayed in better 2 star hotels. There was no water in the room, no kettle or tea and coffee. The room had nothing in it at all. Also, they only provided one very small bottle of shampoo and no shower gel. You had to use the bar of soap to wash with. Also, be very careful of the small print when booking this hotel. Our room was $50 per night and in the small print there was an extra charge of $40 per night plus taxes for resort fee. Was not impressed at all with this hotel and would not stay again.
only location was good. Fees to high in this location for all hotels. Sadly this hotel and Agoda didnt help when I keep telling there is a double book mistake. still got charged Penalty. My bad. but what a waste of money.
Very good hotel.”
Mainly friendly staff, just the odd one or two that didn't seem too happy. The hotel is clean and the room we had 21262 was spotless. There are lots of facilities but the resort fee is extortionate. The Tournament of Kings show is very good and the food you get there is ok. The staff at Dicks Last Resort pub in the hotel are very surly and rude and have clearly never heard of the phrase 'good customer service'.
Cons were they closed a restaurant each night with no notice. Even though online it stated it's hours. So we had planned out our days on these listings but got back to find them closed . So we were left scrambling to find food. Also the box office hours kinda messed with our day. Online it stated opens at 10 am ...turns out they won't open until 11 am. With for us being morning people it kinda ruined part of our day having to wait till then to book some shows and events. Be nice if they had early bird hour even if it was open just for an hour in early morning. But we had a room on royal tower with 2 queen beds. It was nice size. Clean and great view . Staff we encountered with were amazing.
Noisy air con.......Noise from street. RESORT FEES ARE A JOKE.......aWEFUL BUFFET.AWEFUL FOOD OUTLETS.............we ate outside naturally.........What a terrible letdown for all that money you fork out
It Was Terrible!”
It was a very disappointing experience. The room does not have a refrigerator. It does not even have slippers and shower caps. Called housekeeping but was told that they did not offer slippers. I was not told that there would be a parking fee. It never happened during my previous trips to Vegas. The hotel charged me $10/night. However, it was extremely difficult to find a parking spot in the late night. I was not even told where I could park. Apparently there is a main parking garage on the end of one tower.
property needs updating”
For 200 plus dollars a night for weekends , it is worn and outdated - they're charging like its something unique (only stay there if you can get a deal - online presence is manipulative at best.) They need a better ventilation system the smoke smell is horrendous.. It is a great Location on the strip and the hotel checkin customer service associate was fantastic. If it weren't for the great location I wouldn't stay there. Their showtime office only books for its affiliated properties (obviously way to focused on themselves versus taking care of the customers needs (to controlling)
Kind of nasty smell from the toilet, but we have no choices since the hotel is usually busy. ”
The hotel is close to airport and las Vegas welcome sign and south outlets shopping mall. We can have fun walking along the strip to the north. I don't recommend the Buffet in the hotel, even though you are really hungry. Just go to elsewherefor meals. Other facility inside is fine. The biggest problem is the smell from the toilet in our room. However, we only have one room choice when we arrived and we just closed the door all the time. After all, we spent one night there. Maybe the hotel would change room for us if we require.
Basic and dated hotel for very value price. No amenities in room as we went for the most basic stay per night. Beddings and toilets are old but I guess what you pay is what you get. Note all Vegas hotels will charge a resort fee.
3 day stay”
I had my 2 kids with me 9 and 15 and they loved it. It was close enough to the strip, a fair price for the room we had, nothing fancy but we didn't spend much time in the room. Easy to get around, plenty to do in the hotel.
We stayed at the old area of the hotel (Resort), it is nice but it certainly needs renovation. Carpet are too old, faded color. Bathroom although clean, needs renovation too. The air condition is noisy, staff are all nice and helpful.
