The accommodation was very clean, and it felt like it had slightly newer facilities compared to Chateau. I ordered the steak from the hotel's restaurant as room service, and it was truly excellent. All the hotel staff were friendly. However, since Agoda Korea allowed reservations for each night even when there were no available rooms for consecutive nights, I had to check out and check in every day upon arrival at the hotel. The staff mentioned that many Korean guests encounter this situation. Due to the nature of the Aurora trip, there were activities at night, and waking up every morning to pack my bags, leave them, and check in to a cleaned room again was very tiring. I recommend that travelers from Korea confirm with the hotel if there are no available rooms on the official website, but reservations can be made through Agoda.

Airport shuttle is provided and the hotel location is convenient with easy access to downtown area. The Traders Grill located at the hotel offers a pretty good menu and food service. The hotel front desk service was lacking at times when there was only one staff manning the front desk.

We were staying at the deluxe family room, very big room with a nice view looking at the trees, and might catch an aurora view if you are lucky enough. Nice location, 2 minutes walk to downtown, main spot for the tour pick up, nice restaurant. The only thing is that our room is missing a kettle which the other standard room have. Overall nice stay~

Cleanliness (there are a lot of dead flies in the window frame.. looks like it hasn't been cleaned for days..) is not great. Soundproofing is also poor.. you can hear sounds from the hallway, footsteps, everything. While I was on the Aurora tour and sleeping in late, someone knocked on the door saying they would clean up... The bed feels like it's 30 years old, with all the spots where people haven't slept sagging.. even when the person next to me just puts on lotion, it feels like a waterbed.

“The room is spacious, but the bathroom is small...”
The staff were all friendly and approachable. I heard that the free shuttle bus runs until 1 AM, but I would have appreciated being informed about that a little earlier. The room was very spacious, and the long desk allowed for plenty of items to be placed on it. However, the bathroom was a bit small, making it difficult to use at times. The washbasin was also quite small. I stayed in a non-smoking twin room, but the neighboring room had someone smoking in the hallway, and the whole room became filled with the smell of cigarettes, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope that such issues can be managed more rigorously. The restaurant on the first floor was excellent, and everything I tried was delicious. There were unique menu items such as lamb chops, water buffalo steak, and moose hamburgers, and I was impressed to have tried all of them during my stay.
