Brand spanking new hotel in cool Chinatown”
Truly enjoyed my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown. This brand spanking new is a gem that was unfortunately opened right before the Covid-19 lockdown. Decor is contemporary with mid-century and vintage Chinatown esthetics. Rooftop bar and pool has a view to behold. Location is right in the heart of cool KL revival. Think interesting restaurants, shops, cocktail bars and arty murals. Highly recommended.

four points sheraton chinatown has an amazing interior design and superb facilities. the location is also located strategically near the pasar seni LRT and MRT station. just opposite the hotel is petaling street and variety of local cafe can be found easily around there.

Good location, value for money”
The hotel is new, beautifully designed and also value for money, it is located next to MRT, LRT and Monorail stations, make it an ideal place to stay for travellers to Kuala Lumpur. The downside is the following: 1. sound proofing as can hear foot steps from the floor above 2. pillow too hard and high, make it not comfortable to sleep on

i love this hotel! the interior is super simple yet so elegant! the lobby is very welcoming and super INSTAGRAMMABLE! just walking distance from Pasar Seni station (MRT & LRT), and of course just a walking distance to the infamous Central Market. Also only 1 minute walk to the famous tourist spot, Kwai Chai Hong & Petaling Street! I would definitely repeat this hotel, just for a fun and quick staycation. The check in and check out was also very smooth and hussle free! Very reasonable price! I heard this hotel opened in 2019. Hope it will remain pretty and comfy over the next years too.

SUPER VALUE FOR MONEY”
The hotel has superb interior decor which is very insta worthy, staffs are pleasant looking, friendly and helpful. Room design and space are average but the bed and pillows are very comfy, the shampoos and shower gel smells nice too. Another very good thing is they located right opposite of the all time crowded Ho Kow Kopitiam. We woke up and just walked across the street and had our breakfast there😀 I stayed for 1 night and we had plenty of choice for food (decent cafe or Chinese wok besides the street) Kwai Chai Hong also within 1 min walking distance, can have a nice stroll and while enjoy the vivid mural art. Really worth staying. The only downside is it was my Bday on the day I checked in but there was no Bday surprise or a single greeting note from hotel, huhuhuhuuuu

The hotel is new with beautifull modern decor. Attentive and excellent service from staff. The room is spacious with amenities. Location is perfect, right smack in the middle of fabulous restaurants scene. Public transport is just few meters away. Safe surrounding. This hotel is truly a gem. Everything is great. Great customer service, great view, great price. Room is very spacious and you can connect your phone via Bluetooth to the TV. Pool and gym are open. Amenities were complete but I do wish they provided slippers. Location wise, technically it's ok but the area around it doesn't seem that great.

A little gem in the middle of KL city centre”
The location is one of the best since it overlooks all the 4 amazing towers, and just next to the Merdeka118. The room is tastefully decorated, with all amenities included. The breakfast service was good with nice spread of choices despite of pandemic times. I would totally return to this hotel whenever I come for business trip. Not to forget, the staff are courteous and always ready to help.

Exceptional”
One of the best staycation we had within the vicinity of KL. The hotel is relatively new and everything is clean. The hotel service is top notch. We were provided with bath tub and potty for my kids upon request at check in. We were also offered a late check out at 4pm which we appreciated very much as we have a baby and a toddler with us. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is located just opposite merchant lane and cho cha cafe. It is also within walking distance from other cafes and the heart of petaling street. Would definitely be back.
