Great service, I flew in from Melbourne for my mums birthday over the weekend, my sister and I shared a room & my parents another which were side by side on level 9 (906 & 907). They kindly accommodated an early check-in for my parents as their flight was earlier. Wonderful city views, good view of the sky tower, nice rooms, awesome shower. Excellent location with great eating options being in the Britomart precinct. Hotel breakfast was great too, easily 2 of the best meals we had over the weekend, the restaurant is on level 13 with again excellent city views on one side and harbour views on the other. My other sister and her family came to breakfast on Fathers Day and were thoroughly impressed with the food service and value. We had wind down drinks at the hotel bar, great atmosphere and the staff are so beautiful and accommodating. To top it off the hotel staff also organised a little cake and brought it up to the room for my mum. We will definitely stay again!

Great location and the staff were very lovely. The price was a little high for a standard room. Especially the parking rate. Would only stay there again if I can get a good price otherwise I'll look elsewhere.

I suspect that these hotels place those booking thru Agoda in their worst rooms. ie. wheelchair access room adjacent to the elevator!

Not worth it. Poor standards of customer service. ”
Location is handy. Staff were all polite. Room was clean. But...hotel was totally overwhelmed at new year. Long check in queue, room not ready despite being 2.5 hours after check in time, broken hairdryer which took 45 minutes to replace after finally getting through to someone, no answer for room service so went out, single bed duvet on one of the beds was a double folded over and tucked under a sheet. Not worth the inflated holiday season prices in anyway.

All is best. But i having a small upset from the room services. I stay in at 25/12/2017, Christmas Day. I call up at 9.20pm for room services to order a glass of red wine & 3 bottles of beer. I wait until 10.30pm also no deliver to my room, then i straightly go for bed and sleep.

Stayed there one night. The room was not the cleanest. There was some hair on the pillow and an open sugar packet in the tea box. Apart from that the staff were friendly. There was no offer to help with the luggage.

Location is good if you want to be i. The busy area and close to ferry terminal. Clean enough but not very clean as I saw several hair on bathroom counter and toilet seat. Some staff don't look approachable as they have the resting bitch face. All in all I wouldn't stay again when I go back to auckland.
