This place was a really good find! It's located downtown and really convenient to get to all the key tourist places. The room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the house is really nice too. The other tenants I stayed with were friendly too :) James also responded quickly and was helpful with any of my doubts.

Everything all most perfect, I took off one star, because the air conditioner is very noisy, it’s impossible to sleep, the second problem was with the door to the shared bathroom for the three rooms; it was difficult to close and open, which made a lot of noise. If I need to go to Yellowknife again, I definitely will stay here, but in King Room with separate entrance and private spa bathroom.
