You can stay here worry free as far as germs. That's always my concern and it definitely was not here. Only downside is bar soap so you may want to bring your own but they do have body wash as well.

Staff were super polite and helpful, spoke great English. Can't believe how great the place is for the price. The place isn't fancy, but it has everything you could need. Was very comfortable during my stay.

The place is very convenient for traveling in group or alone.”
The place is very nice. The staff is very friendly and can speak English well n also has a quite good looking for who want to 'clean your eyes'. Haha. But the only problem here is the water at the shower and toilet. Because the water pump is not strong enough to supply for all shower at the same time.

A comfy spot in a bustling area”
Guesthouse 710 is right next to one of the busiest, most touristy areas in Busan. Haeundae Beach isn't exactly well-located - even by subway, it takes a while to get to the city center and bus stations. However, this place is right next to the subway station so moving around is certainly doable, and all it takes is a bit of patience. The food places nearby are excellent, some of the cheapest I've found while travelling Korea, and with great value for money. That goes for bars and nightlife too. The guesthouse staff is very friendly, and helped me deal with the washing machine the very night I arrived. All in all, a sound choice.

Nice spacious room”
We booked a private room which happened to be family room and we had lots of space and our own private bathroom, for a really good deal. The location is good, very close to the beach Heundae beach and close to everything. Oh, and their coffee machine is amazing :D :D For stronger coffee press the lower left button (all in Korean) :)

You get what you deserve ”
Room and especially around the bed it wasn't cleaned. Sheets were dirty and splashed with blood. The restaurant downstairs left their rubbish in the stairwell, so we had to pass this stinky stuff every day. The kitchen was dirty and the filtered water in the machine smelled old. We couldn't sleep really well cause our room was close to the kitchen, so we understood every word of the conversations. If you need a accommodation which should save your money it's the right place to be!

convenient location”
The hostel is near the subway and beach(around 10 minutes). There are also many resturaunts and shops. I lived in the single room one night. No breakfast but you could use the coffee machine anytime. The hostel is at 3&4 floors. The 1&2 floors is baked meat shop so maybe it could be annoyed if you are light sleep. For me is ok. Cheap &convenient hostel.

Good value for your money!”
The best thing about this hostel is the man that ran the place when I was there. I didn't quite catch his name but he is very nice and helpful. On the negative side, there's only a bathroom for a lot of guests, so you have to take turns. The hostel is superbly located close to the Haeundae Beach.

The hostel is located perfectly close to the beach and other sights and is right by an easily accessible Sunday stop. The rooms are clean, bathrooms well kept and stocked, and the only staff member I've seen working has been kind and helpful. I wish it included breakfast, but the value is still good for the money.

good enough & convenient to stay in”
no map nor direction to guesthouse. owner / staff speaks English though sounds very cold & unhelpful but just a language / culture difference thing. I called twice and he came to look for me near the guesthouse and carried my luggage up. very near exit 1 of haeundae. after exiting subway, at the 1st traffic light ahead (you'll pass a pet shop), turn right. go straight pass a bank & when you see the main bus station/small terminal along gukbap street in front of you, cross the street towards your left. above the 2nd fried chicken joint, you'll see the guesthouse' s sign board. everything is great except the creaking bed and the blind not blocking enough lights. though a busy street but it's quiet to stay and the guests staying there was great as well. no separation of male & female floor so don't get culture shock if you had to put on your make up next to a guy applying bb cream as 1 of the traveller here did XD besides being really near gukbap street, it's very near a good/ market alley in haeundae and also haeundae beach. so very convenient and within walking distance too

No elevators but if you have heavy luggages you can actually ask for help from the staff they are more than willing to assist you in carrying them. There's a kitchen and common area. There's also a restaurant downstairs which offers good quality korea barbecue love that place!!! Highlight meal for our trip. Hahaha

Great Value and Great Location ”
Pros: Really cheap guesthouse especially since it's right in Haeundae and a couple blocks from the beach. Jamie (the owner/manager) is really nice and accommodating. The rooms have air conditioning that gets super cold, a lifesaver in the summer. I also met some really cool people there. Cons: the bathrooms really aren't that clean and there's nowhere to put your stuff when taking a shower. It's kind of a pain but not much different than most hostels in general. I'd like to see more care taken in keeping the bathrooms better maintained. Also, there's not really a good lounge or place to hang out in there. All the people I met were hanging out mostly in the chairs in the main lobby area which isn't comfortable to hang out in. Overall its hard to complain about a place that's so insanely cheap and I'd highly recommend the place for someone who's tight on money but also wants to be in a good location. There are better guesthouses but probably not for the price.

Great Guest house with Nice staff”
Guest house 710 is really great place for staying also going to beach. Not only it has the good location but it also has the really nice staff (or manager). I forgot my phone in the table of guest house and he kept it for me until I came back and then he gave my phone back to me. He is very nice and kind person! We like this guest house so much and if we have a chance to come back here, we will choose this guest house.

Hostel was pleasant to stay in.”
I've booked for 1 night and extended another 2 nights. The guy at the counter(I didn't get his name but he was cute hah!) was greatly helpful. He's not the type who would talk to you first, but if you ask him questions, he will surely give you answers. The hostel was really accessible everywhere you want to go. I never knew it would be so easy to find my way here and there (you will need google map app to help you on which bus/metro(train) to take). It is also very near to the metro/subway/train. Everything are well maintained (just try not to let the door open on the 4th/5th floor, because their cute puppies might run outside- somebody might have accidentally left it opened the last night i stayed, good thing they(owner) were fast). Located at the 3rd/4th floor, kitchen and other amenities are at the 4th, only problem i had was that there weren't any sugar for the free coffee (i like some sweetness in my coffee!). Atmosphere is good, no nuisance happened to me. My fave was the first floor where i can drink my beer before heading to bed (close at 2am) and they have a bbq restaurant on the 2nd floor which you can enjoy discounted price if you are staying in the hostel. Anyway, i like this hostel and will definitely stay again in my future visit in Korea! Kampai!

close to subway and photo can help me find the location”
I requested the bottom bed preferably but they did not accepte my request. Staff is too cool and so i didn't feel well. Also it is a phenomenon that long-stay guests were found at guethouse and seemed as a home. Too much stuff they have and occupied at a small space. But it is not a guesthouse's problem.

Bang for your buck”
This hostel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was tinier than expected, it was still awesome. The breakfast was free, they provide eggs, milk, bread, and jam. If we stay the night in Busan again as a group, we are going back. Helpful hint: bring ear plugs, it does get noisy outside at night, only downside.
