The room is big, western size and lots of space. We pay more to get the view of Mt. Fuji and it is worthwhile. The view is spectacular. The transportation provided by the hotel is free and convenient. We didn’t try the Onsen because it is fully booked all the time.

Amazing”
I love this hotel. Stunning view of Mt Fuji from my room as well as their breakfast restaurant. Absolutely amazing. The room was huge with what you need provided. The bus terminal is just right beside which makes travel easy. They also provide shuttle service to Kawaguchiko. I was provided with vouchers to their spa / onsen beside which was a plus. And if you're going Fuji-Q Highland, just stay here. I'll definitely be back again!

Not so good experience here”
I spent one night staying at this hotel, overall, everything was above the average. However, at the time I was checking in, it's obvious that the FO staff is lacking in training and experience. He just kept asking us, "do you have any questions?" continually instead of giving me a brief introduction to the hotel first. After the information about the breakfast and the hot spring were answered, he even mentioned neither my room type nor my room number yet. After I entered my room, the room was with a smell of smoke though I booked a non-smoking room. The pipe of the sink at the restroom was clogged because of the noodles in it from the previous guest. However, other staffs in this hotel were friendly, nice, and helpful. The hot spring and the breakfast buffet were both excellent. One thing still makes me confused is that only I submit the comment letter to the FO staff in person when checking out, I haven't received any reply from the hotel. Though I checked out for almost a week ago.

Great view of Mount Fuji from hotel entrance and even from the room. The room is quite spacious. 15mins earlier entry to Fuji-Q Highland is a big plus. The hotel is also just next to the highway bus station. Convenience and free entry to Fujiyama Onsen is another bonus. There is also a free shuttle bus service to the train stations.

I Love View Fuji Q”
A very ideal place to stay if you want to see Fuji San up close except on cloudy or foggy days. Staying here entitles you to a free entrance to the Fuji Q Highland amusement park, the museum and Onsen. They also offer an hourly free bus shuttle from hotel to Kawaguchiko station and back. The highway bus station is also just across the hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff is very accomodating. They also serve a superb breakfast with a fantastic view of the Fuji San.

Great Service!”
I don't speak Japanese, but the staff were so helpful! They allowed me to check in 2 hours early. The staff also helped me by calling a taxi and instructing him to take me to a shopping mall to buy sunburn lotion and shoes. They also took our luggage while we were waiting to check in. I felt really looked after here. We got massages at the Onsen, which was great after climbing Mt Fuji. The views are remarkable, the theme park on one side, the spectacular Mt Fuji on the other. The Restaurant on Level 4 also has an amazing view of Mt Fuji to enjoy while having a meal. We will definitely be coming back here to stay in the future!

15 minutes early entry to Fuji Q”
Worth the extra $ compared to surrounding hotels. Right next to Fuji Q and you get a 15 minute head start to run to the rides ahead of time. We bought all our fast passes early and enjoyed every single ride. The Onsen was lovely too. Bvlgari toiletries were a nice touch of luxury. Would recommend the Park side room as it's new and clean. The free shuttle was convenient to get to the lake as well

everything is excellent!肥肠棒!”
service here is very satisfying. Honestly, I booked grand room by mistake but the price was acceptable and staff’s smile made we feel at home. The only shortage was that there are not many restaurants for us to choose. Bus stop and the exciting amusement park are just right outside the hotel! Really an unforgettable and joyful day!

Best views of Mt Fuji. Right next to bus station. Unfortunately our room was in the not yet refurbished section so it looked like 80’s and had very few power sockets. Good thing was we got high floor with mountain view. Thankfully smoking room did not have any smoke smell.

Good Service & location”
I came to run Fujisan Marathon. 2 free onsens per day was fantastic for pre- & post race recovery! Unfortunately there was no shuttle bus before 8am but staff was very nice and patient to show me the way to walk to the start point yet it was 3km! Onsens are good. Hope body lotion could be provided at onsen and in guest room when the weather is so dry now. Free entry to Fuji-Q Park was good but had to pay each game

A big chain hotel with warm AC”
We chose the hotel for its location and easy access to direct limousine bus to the airport. The room is small but as are other hotels around Japan. They have a Family Mart on the ground floor, and access to the mall. It is easier to get to from Ikebukuro station as opposed to higashi-ikebukuro. They have vending machines on every floor and a coin laundry which is very convenient for travelers. Unfortunately it seems to have a central AC system which you cannot change manually. We were unfortunate to get a room which was rather warm especially in summer. It was colder in the lobby and hallways. We have asked them to tend to it several times but they said AC is working fine and offered us a fan. We will be back on a later date after our backpacking trip to other cities, hopefully the AC is better then.

Good overall”
The good 1. Hotel is close to theme park. 2. Free onsen. 3. Enter theme park early. 4. Close to bus station to return to main Tokyo. 5. Spectacular view of Mt Fuji. ***** The bad: 1. Far from everything. 2. Food is expensive. Neutral: 1. Things need some upgrade. If you're here for the theme park and mount fuji, it's practically heaven. Else, it's not much going on.

great food, great location, a bit pricey for something of its class”
The hotel is located next to the Fuji Q amusement park. It has very nice facilities: shops, many restaurants, bakeries, spa. I traveled with 2 little kids and their grandparents, we stayed at the Thomas room and the standard room, both at the same floor. The rooms are so so. Thomas room has nice Thomas themed with a lot of details, although a bit small for the price we are paying, however, we get plenty free Thomas merchandise, different each day. There were 4 beds in the room, beds are good, not to soft not too firm. View of the park is spectacular. The other room was standard room with Mt. Fuji view. It looks a bit old and worn out, but still kept clean. The Fujiyama Terrace buffet is highly recommended. You have Mt. Fuji view with your breakfast. Food tastes great. I'd also recommend the Japanese restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Fujiyama Onsen building. The Gaspard and Lisa restaurant was also very good. If you stayed at the hotel, you can book a private onsen room at the Fujiyama Onsen for decent fee. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, I enjoyed the foods and the location, being next to the themed park is awesome. Unfortunately, the park and everything inside the park closed at 6pm, so we couldn't enjoy the dinner in the park.

Good location for visiting theme park. Should visit Fujiyama Onsen at least once, great relaxation. ”
If you come to visit theme park "Fuji-Q Highland", this is the hotel you looking for. Bus come straight from Narita airport to Highland bus station about 3 hrs. Great mt.Fuji view esp. mountain view room. It also good for visit kawaguchiko lake, hotel's shuttle bus is available to kawaguchigo station on requested. Sighseeing bus is also another way. (1 bus/hour) Con if theme park is not your destination, this hotel is pretty far from the lake Without (20 mins by bus, (no direct hus to lake kawaguchi, have to go to kawakuchiko bus station first).
