Excellent safe choice with all the creature comforts”

We had a great stay at Hilton Jaipur in Sep 2016. The hotel is what you can expect from the Hilton brand name so it was a very safe choice with all the standard creature comforts. What's more, we got a very good deal from agoda so it was extremely value for money. We liked the security at the hotel entrance, staff was always friendly and courteous, room was clean with very spacious and comfortable beds. We opted for ala carte breakfast but the staff was so sweet and brought us toast and even gifted us a few mini jars of jams. There's a boutique and jewellery shop at the hotel, not the best bargains but if you're feeling a little generous, it's convenient and good to have. The hotel is not exactly at the heart of the action so there didn't seem to be restaurants or shopping nearby, but most guests would have booked guides and have drivers waiting for them. All in, we had a most comfortable stay and would highly recommend Hilton Jaipur to anyone.

Great Rooms. Very Comfortable”

The Hilton Jaipur is well located in the City Centre. The rooms and bathrooms are great and extremely comfortable. Check-in and Check-outs at the hotel were handled with extreme efficiency. The dinner buffet spread at the Aurum was extremely good. The fact that I got a great deal from Agoda, made this experience even better. Overall great hotel, good sleep quality and experience. The only drawback is the noise from the road, in the road facing rooms.

Friendly staff no matter where I turned, such an asset to the hotel, it would be wrong of me to name names as all were fabulous..Checkin was prompt and I was shown to my room by assistant manager. Restaurant staff were chatty without being invasive. Room was spotless and I slept perfectly in the comfortable bed. The view was panoramic of Jaipur. There was a bit of noise from heavy footed guests above my room but earplugs fixed that. Location was close to most of the attractions I wanted to see. Recommend stay here if you are in Jaipur, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nice hotel but lots of room for improvement”

This hotel is fairly new so modern decor and furniture throughout. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and had all modern amenities. It's location was some distance from the pink palace, I walked it every day which took 30-45 minutes, or roughly 15 minutes by tuk tuk at an average cost of 100 rupees (December 2014). The hotel had an extremely limited choice of English tv channels in comparison to other hotels I had stayed in in India. The wi-fi was chargeable and fairly expensive. My room was sometimes cleaned and sometimes not, sometimes I received a paper, sometimes not. Tried to call 'Magic' nobody answers the phone. Ask for coffee, got a cup of hot milk. Sometimes plenty of food at breakfast to choose from, other days breakfast items not replenished meaning hardly any choice. The point I am getting at is that the service standards for Hilton Jaipur are extremely poor, unreliable and sporadic. This hotel needs to look at its local competition and up it's level of service as this is nowhere near a 5* level of service. Disappointing and wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff!”

Incredible first rate customer service from the minute you arrive. The staff couldn't help us enough to ensure we had a wonderful trip, from helping us organise any day trips to making sure all was okay with our stay at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond, talking to us to find out how we were and what we had been doing in Jaipur on a daily basis. It was lovely to feel so welcomed and looked after throughout our stay.This hotel deserves an 11 out of 10! We would come back in a second!

Excellent comfortable rooms, variety in food, nice spa”

We were a family of nine traveling through Rajasthan and having stayed at 5 star hotels, Hilton quality was up there. Beds were extremely comfortable, clean. Food choices were tasty and varied for our 3 days there. They were extremely accommodating to the food Allergies in our group. Best of all, Lata, the relationship manager salvaged our trip and went out of her way to seek us out several times knowing I had a sick child and only a few hours for shopping. Without her we would have returned empty handed to the US! I’m so grateful for her atttention and resourcefulness.

A great value for money”

I only stayed here for one night. But the reception that I received, the attentiveness of staff and the comfy of the room were so great. I also enjoyed breakfast here too, as there're lots of variety. I definitely will stay here again next time I'm in Jaipur.

Excellent Facilities but Disappointing Staff”

The Hotel environment and facility are basically valuable for its price and meet the standard as a 5 start hotel. It has a nice lobby which was impressive when we arrived and the security guards at the main entrance were doing their jobs to check the forbidden items of visitors which gave confidence to the customer. I enjoyed the Gym room and Sauna service which was clean and new and was very good to us after the whole day sightseeing and noisy street. The only thing which was kind of disappointing was the service in the restaurant at the ground floor. We arrived the restaurant at about 2pm for lunch, there were only few customers and the staff seemed already ready for their afternoon break. The lady dressing in green tried to arrange us to sit in the center even the windows tables were totally available. We were trying to request for the windows table but unfortunately she rejected with a funny reason which was hard to believe. Her dummy fake smile was kind of annoying with her empty question of asking "Do you enjoy the service and food" while there was very limited service providing. When we finished the meal we raised our hand for the bill but seemed this is not her role so she just let us waiting. Besides this the food and drinks were basically good with reasonable price. Overall I would choose Hilton again next time but might be I would choose to have the meal outside.

5 Star Hotel without Wifi”

I am surprise with wifi fee. But, in the end I got free wifi after i complain with the hotel staff. Wifi is basic factor for hotel services nowadays, better you include wifi fee in hotel price. Or if Hilton want customer join hiltor honour, you can educate customer to join hilton honour when customer check in.

5 star plus service”

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The check in process was smooth and we were given free access to the executive lounge. We also received complimentary foot massages. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. We dined at the restaurant in the evening and whilst we had to wait 10 minutes for our food, we received free starters. We used the drivers at the hotel for our tours and the driver Raj knew the routes well and drive safely. Our twin room had two single beds which were queen size. The room had big soft towels and a good hair dryer. The shops inside the hotel were nice and not expensive for buying small token gifts. The breakfast was varied with Indian, British brekkie and healthy foods. Outside the hotel it was easy to get a tuk tuk.

Cleanliness”

I booked the Hilton because (I thought) it was a 5 star chain by global standards. The location and business centre were great. Imagine my surprise when I found blood stained sheets on my bed. When I informed the staff they did reaction was minimal at best saying they would look in to the matter. They did offer to change the sheets as I was checking out. Will not be rushing to book a room at the Hilton for my next visit to Jaipur.

Excellent stay in Jaipur”

The excellent staff at the Hilton made us feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations and staff were very helpful. The Indian restaurant with traditional music on the first floor has excellent food.

1 connecting room is very noise(maybe booking in Agoda, you just can accept this poor codition) 2WIFI need be extra charged(free WiFi, you need join Hilton member at first, even yes, WiFi speed is very slow) 3 shower is poor drainage 4 There are not any toiletries 5 breakfast is not good 6 only two things can say,people is good,hotel look new

The front staff informed us that we booked with the vey cheap price. We have to pay extra if we need breakfast or even wifi. Poorly, we need to pay extra for wifi that we could get it for free when we checked in in the small hotel with cheaper price (not 5 stars hotel like Hilton).

Very plush hotel”

Very nice hotel! Fantastic service and clean, sophisticated rooms. Hotel a away from centre but only a cheap tuk tuk/taxi away and it is nice being away from the hustle and bustle.
