I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Manila and once again had a fantastic experience. This has truly become my go-to place whenever I’m in Manila. A special thank you to Mae, Iona, and Steph at the front desk. They were incredibly professional, welcoming, and gracious enough to accommodate an early check-in, which I truly appreciated after a long trip. Their level of customer service was outstanding — warm, efficient, and genuinely attentive. Service like that can be rare, and it definitely does not go unnoticed. The concierge and luggage assistance team were also very kind and accommodating. Although I didn’t directly interact much with housekeeping, every time I passed them, they greeted me with a smile, which I found lovely and thoughtful. The rooms were clean, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the location is very convenient — especially if you have a flight to catch. And of course, the breakfast remains one of my favorite parts of staying here. It’s consistently excellent and something I always look forward to. Overall, another wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back.
My stay began a bit rocky. The check-in process was somewhat inconvenient and did not go as smoothly as I had expected. One staff member, in particular, was rather discourteous, and I had to call her attention to it. She was not as accommodating as the other employees I encountered. Additionally, the first room I was assigned had several issues — it had a musty odor, likely due to the carpet. I reached out to Holiday Inn through their Facebook page to raise my concerns, and I truly appreciated their prompt and professional response. The manager on duty personally called my room to address the matter and arranged for an immediate room transfer, assisted by one of the staff members. The new room was a significant improvement. The manager also offered a complimentary late check-out and confirmed the availability of the airport transfer service, which was much appreciated. Overall, while my experience started off unpleasantly, it was reassuring to see how the management handled the situation with care and efficiency. Special thanks to Danielle and Earl for their assistance and for ensuring that the remainder of my stay was pleasant.
This place offers a fantastic location with easy airport access and great walkability. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable bathroom and restful sleep. The staff is attentive and the facilities meet all needs, making it an excellent value for money overall.
I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Newport City Manila a few times, but this stay was a bit disappointing. Check-in was notably slow. The front desk staff seemed distracted, often engaged in phone conversations and not fully focused on assisting guests. This wasn’t the case on previous visits, so it caught me off guard this time. The room itself was clean, which is always a plus. The housekeeping team did a great job maintaining the space, and it was comfortable for our stay. The breakfast was another highlight—plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. However, one thing that was inconvenient was the lack of bell service. My brother and I had 4 large luggages and 2 hand carry bags since we had just returned from a trip to Japan. It would’ve been helpful to have some assistance, but unfortunately, there was none available during our stay. All in all, while the room and breakfast were great, the slow check-in and absence of bell service left a lot to be desired. I hope this was just an off day for the hotel.
I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express Newport Manila several times now, and it’s consistently a pleasant experience. I keep coming back because of its unbeatable proximity to the airport, nearby mall, and a wide range of establishments—it’s incredibly convenient, especially for short layovers or early flights. The room was clean, well-prepared, and we were lucky to get a rare view of the airport tarmac, which was a nice touch for aviation enthusiasts like myself. Everything felt polished and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited—mostly just eggs, sausage, bread, and a basic salad. However, I really enjoyed the arroz caldo, which stood out and somewhat redeemed the otherwise simple offering. Overall, a solid stay as always. Looking forward to returning again soon!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City. If you appreciate a good view of the airport (like I do!), this place is a treat. It’s located exactly where you need to be - closer to everything than most other options in the area. The room was spotless, impressively quiet, and perfect for a restful night before a long-haul flight. As someone traveling with a back injury, I especially appreciated how accessible and seamless the experience was. The staff were professional, helpful, and truly made the stay better. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip through Manila. Highly recommended for anyone needing comfort and convenience near NAIA!
Stayed 3 nights here before our flight. I have to say I liked that it was conveniently located near Terminal 3 in NAIA. with the skybridge and free shuttle to and from the hotel to the skybridge was a game changer. No need to book a taxi, or grab. Staff very helpful in loading and unloading luggages. The hotel is also across the street from the Newport Resorts with lots of restaurants to choose from. There is also a mini casino in the hotel if that's your thing! Our room is clean, tidy and had all the basic things we would need. The room is but out dated and would benefit from a lick of paint and the tiles could do with re-grouting. A pool would be a nice addition. Breakfast is basic but nice and tasty. I would definitely stay here again when flying from Manila. Last but not the least, all the staff we encountered during our stay were very polite and helpful always offering assistance.
This hotel is accessible by foot via sky bridge which is connected to Terminal 3. If you are in any ither Terminal, you will need to get a Taxi or use Grab app which I highly recommend. This hotel is surprisingly clean and upscale for the value it offers compared to the hotels within the same area. It had laundry facilities which work great. The room was always cleaned and prepared. The staff was always helpful and nice! Only negative was the bed seemed to sag on the side that most people would sit on to get in and out of bed, which made the bed uncomfortable. It was still okay, but not as comfortable as it could be. I do highly recommend this hotel because of its location, staff, and convenience overall!
We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City near Resorts World. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were clean, modern, and perfect for resting after a long day out. The beds deserve a small award for being dangerously comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything fresh, and the air-conditioning worked like a champion (a true tropical survival skill). Breakfast was a great bonus — simple but satisfying, with enough variety to keep mornings happy and caffeinated. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. Location is a big win too. Being close to Resorts World, restaurants, shopping, and the airport made getting around super easy. Overall, great value for money, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service. Would absolutely stay here again!
Stayed here after watching a show at Newport, and the location honestly couldn’t be better — it’s literally just walking distance from the theatre, which made everything super convenient. No need to worry about traffic or parking after the show. The room was good enough for a comfortable stay. It’s not that big compared to other Holiday Inn branches, but that’s understandable since this is a Holiday Inn Express. Still, it had everything we needed and was clean and well-maintained. Definitely a plus if you’re an IHG member because of the added perks. Overall, a practical and convenient choice if you’re catching a theatre show at Newport.
We usually choose Holiday Inn Express Manila because it is very accessible to the airport, and at the same time, there’s a casino nearby which is a favorite spot for the seniors in our group. The area also has plenty of restaurants and even a cinema, making it a lively and convenient place to stay. At the hotel, I loved our room (2109) which was very spacious and clean. The facilities, location, and service are commendable overall. One small detail I noticed was that there was no floor mat provided, and I was hesitant to use the small towel since it seemed more like a hand towel. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Thankful we booked this hotel opposite Manila International Airport Terminal 3. Though a bit a distance to the Runway crossing (foot bridge to Terminal 3 Building from the opposite side of the road. There is also a free shuttle service to bring you right at the foot of bridge for you to take the lift/elevator to go up with your luggages and walk your way to the Airport building (Terminal 3) for check in and restaurants. The Hotel as well as the room is very clean and check out is very fast, convenient and all of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Recommending for those who wants convenience before flying off from Manila or wants to stay near the airport Terminal 3. Breakfast is ok if you are not so picky and they also have varieties. They serve different breads, porridge, eggs, fresh salads, local smoked fish, white rice, cereals, fresh fruits in season, i love the pineapple so sweet. Coffee, tea and fruit juices. Similar to what they serve in Brisbane. But Manila has more fresh options. Good job to IHG.
Recommended place to stay if you're looking for a day or two stay after a long-haul flight across the world. Location is great, very close to the airport, which is super convenient for travelers. The place is well-kept and clean, barely saw any trash along the corridors, and the rooms are pristine, though not five-star in terms of decor, of course. Air-conditioning was not faulty, and the room did not smell of anything unpleasant. Staff members were courteous, polite, and quite helpful when we had questions. Very patient and accommodating. Room size was enough for our needs during the stay, since we needed to sleep after 23 hours of flying. Wi-Fi was reliable enough to get through emails and watch a few Netflix shows, but don't expect it for gaming. Overall, facilities were decent for the price, and definitely a cut-above the other hotels at its price point, as long as you don't compare it to the likes for Marriott hotel, which is also nearby.
The hotel itself is really good — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect since it’s close to everything I need. The staff are also polite and helpful, which makes the stay pleasant. However, I was quite disappointed with the food. Most of the meals were served cold, and I really don’t like cold food. I was also expecting something more flavorful and satisfying, but the dishes were too simple and lacked variety. It would have been much better if the food was served warm and had more taste, especially for the price of the stay. Overall, the hotel is nice, but the dining experience really needs improvement.
Great location and price for your stay, I would recommend this hotel out of the other hotels in the area (Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton, Hotel Okura) if you’re looking to save but still get your money’s worth. Staff are really friendly, approachable, honest and informative. I recently stayed there and received the breakfast package with my reservation. Food selection was limited - I was really hoping to see more of a Filipino spread than an American spread but it was overall decent. There are plenty of restaurants in the area so choices are endless. Cleanliness was great. The bathrooms could use an update as the sliding doors bang when you want them fully shut. The showers look dirty but I know staff clean them each time they do housekeeping - it just needs replacing. Size of the room is big for Asian standards but is average for American standards. The room comes with complimentary slippers and toiletries, I wish that they would be replaced each day as it is flimsy and easily gets dirty. This hotel offers coin laundry among other amenities. I wish I stayed longer to experience these but it gives me another reason to come back to Manila. Security is always present and helpful. They do require you to scan bags/purses and luggages before entering the hotel as a precaution. Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Express was great. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and for anyone wishing to stay in Manila. The area is safe, clean and friendly and very close to the airport.
I just recently stayed at this hotel and from the moment I checked in until it was time to check out. I was quite impressed and enjoyed my stay. The security guards, Front Desk, Dining and Housekeeping Staff were all polite, respectful and friendly. Whatever you needed they went above and beyond to accommodate you. Overall facility i.e. Lobby, Dining, Room and Hallways were very clean and maintained. Rooms are spacious, a small safe to secure your belongings, small refrigerator, and small bar coffee/tea bar with electric kettle to heat up water. There was a few things that I noticed that could improve on: the pull out bed had a few stains on it which could have been thoroughly inspected and cleaned prior to a guest occupying the room. The bathroom was clean, however, the shower could use a more detailed cleaning as there was some mold growth and hard water on the shower head. Also, hardware (Screws) on the shower door were loose which could be a hazard. Other than those minor things, I was satisfied with my room. The breakfast buffet was good but could be better. Mainly Filipino food which I enjoyed. Not much a fruit selection as they only had a minimum of 3 different kinds of fruits to select from. An omelette/fried egg station would have been nice to have as well as local Filipino pastries i.e. Pandesal, Spanish Bread, etc. could have been a great addition to the breakfast selection. The gym is small with minimal equipment but a guest can definitely get a good workout in. Laundry room is your standard coin laundry. One downside is that this hotel did not have a pool. Location wise, it was very convenient. Downstairs and around the corner from the Main Entrance is a McDonald's and 7-11. Across the street is the Newport Mall with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, casino and other hotels. Again, great place to stay and price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
This place is a good value for money. Very close to the airports. Very good if wanting to stay overnight before travelling to the province. I recommend 2 night stay at most as there's nothing else to do other than going to the casino. Facility is very clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast can be crowded on weekdays as there's tour groups having breakfast in the hotel.
Great stay, location, services. Wonderful staff. Bed and pillows were great. There weren’t bathrobes in the room but maybe you can ask for it at the front desk? Also, the body wash was parsley scented and the shampoo was kale. It was so weird. It wasn’t foul-smelling but it also wasn’t fragrant. Not a big deal, just a bit weird. Didn’t add to a comforting/relaxing shower experience. Only down side is the windows in our room needed maintenance- you can see the frames are rusted, and the ceiling outside, you can see paint chipping off and dirty. Would be nice to have some maintenance/repaint on these.
Great one-night stay for a leisure trip. The location is the real win, Newport City is convenient, walkable, and just minutes from the airport. Room was clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. No complaints, would definitely book again.
The room was big for 1 person. I had a great breakfast too since I came from a 2 week vacation in Europe. I also slept well. Staff are okay but could be more helpful with the suitcases. I'm alone and I have 2 large suitcases but nobody helped me or even offered help. Loaded them in the luggage scanner at the entrance alone and carried both suitcases with my duffel bag to my room all by myself. 🤣 I stayed in Holiday Inn in Doha before this so I could really compare the service. 😅 But if you want a hotel in Manila just in front of the airport, this is okay.
My recent stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the express check-in and out process was commendably efficient and hassle-free, the positive aspects ended there. Upon entering the floor going to our room, we were immediately hit with the unpleasant smell of stale cigarette smoke, as if someone had recently been smoking a cigar. This lingering odor made the floor feel far from fresh or clean. Compounding this, the duvet also had an off-putting smell, which made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Bed is uncomfortable that when I woke up I had a body ache due to the loss of firmness. The bathroom was noticeably small, making it feel cramped and difficult to move around in. As for breakfast, the options were quite limited, and the brewed coffee was bland, lacking any real flavor. Overall, while the check-in and check-out process was a bright spot, the issues with the room's cleanliness, bed's firmness, the small bathroom, and the uninspiring breakfast significantly detracted from the experience. I hope these areas can be addressed for future guests.

We had a comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express Pasay. The location is very convenient—right across from NAIA Terminal 3 and close to restaurants and shops at Newport Mall. The room was clean and had all the basics, including a comfy bed, and hot shower. However Wi-Fi was consistently slow. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpful but will take time to respond to your needs due to overwhelming number of guests. Check-in time took a while instead of being available at 2 pm and key card was not functional at first and it took again some of our time before we can enter the room. Great option for a short stay or layover.
I'm happy to recommend Holiday Inn Express hotel, located near Ninoy Aquino International Airport. It has an excellent amenities and services. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, and a casino. Guests praise its cleanliness, staff, and convenient location.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and adequate water pressure. Location extremely convenient since we used NAIA 3 for both our domestic and international flights. The shuttle service to the runway can be expanded to include early departure. The go and grab food can also be enhanced.
Booked for a one night layover due to its convenience to NAIA. The check- in staff were extremely helpful as they directed its to a shorter line for online bookings. The room was clean, with a strong AC, safe, work desk, and plenty of lighting. The included breakfast was sufficient to me, even though there seemed to be a lot of criticisms in other reviews. The breakfast i had contained scrambled and hard boiled eggs, chicken tenders, tocino, arroz scaldo, bok choy, assorted veggies in the salad bar, pineapples and melons for fruit, assorted breads and pastries, assorted coffees, teas, juices. While not too many filipino choices, it was satisfying before my flight. A few things to call out: the location is still a moderate walk from NAIA terminal 3, so may want to consider a shuttle if you have luggage; not much to do in the area. I took a grab to MOA to pass the time; the safe in my room still had the default admin code, for those who are familiar, thus I was hesitant to leave my valuables in it when I left the room. Overall a great place to stay if you want to be near the airport. The included breakfast is a plus.
Was a very clean hotel and room. Farther than I expected from the terminal. Taxi service was great also and picked me up the next morning in time and got me to the airport with plenty of time for my next flight. Staff was professional and helpful and the room was clean and stocked properly. The Air Con works amazing also. I definitely recommend this Hotel for long or short term. Also. The breakfast was great even tho I had to leave early they still had breakfast to go and it was great.
Location: good location, accessible to airports walking distance if you are traveling. Check-in: average, the lane is different from those with online reservation vs. walk-ins Room: room is just the right amount of space, good to have a couch which can be like an extra bed, bed is soft and clean. Good there is a desk if you an business travel for some laptop works. The bathroom is just the right amount of space, but what we didnt like at all is the smell coming from the toilet seat (smells like plastic, worst at times smells like a body odor coming from it). We had it cleaned but it came back and hotel really need to consider changing it, might be because of the cleaning chemicals. The room is carpeted and we didnt experience any allergic reaction coz of dust - so thats good. Breakfast: Dont expect alot, they dont have a wide variety of food choices, basically they like only serve 2 viands and almost alot of different kind of breads. Ok for filipinos but not so good for foreign selections (overheard a foreigner saying “worst breakfast” - that day served daint bangus tinapa and picadilly for viands only). Check-out: Since this is an express hotel, the express checkout key drop box is very convenient. You can just drop and leave without having to checkout at frontdesk anymore as long as they have your cc info and also if you were not asked for deposit anymore, you are good to go. Can still recommend if you are flying out and just for a quick stay but just dont expect much. The hotel is descent enough for you to rest and sleep before heading out.
Arrived quite late after a long flight, on check in staff gave me a double bed instead of the twin I booked. No one assisted me to help me bring my suitcases to my room, or to bing them down on check out. I have to push the luggage trolley myself all the way to the room. On check out, I have to call out to the security guard to help me open the door since I was pushing the luggage trolley myself. I also asked one of the staff if I can have a drink of water since I was thirsty ( dining hall was a short walk away ) but the staff said he doesn’t have any. He could have walked to the dining hall to give me a glass, I could have done it but I have the luggage trolley at hand. Hotel was conveniently located close to terminal 3 and Newport shopping area. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was average, fake ( artificially flavoured) juice on dispenser, not a vast range of food choices. My breakfast was included in my booking but I saw that it cost 900+ pesos if it’s not, quite expensive for a limited selection of food. Overall, I would return but I wish staff should be more attentive and helpful.
This place exceeded expectations with its unbeatable location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The cleanliness was top-notch, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. Staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Facilities offered everything needed for comfort and convenience, making it a fantastic choice overall. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay.
Good hotel for a one night stay close to airport (Terminal 3). Easy to access from Terminal 3 via the runway Manila bridge and a short shuttle bus ride from end of bridge (free). Check in was quick, but no help finding room. The room was quiet but had no view, only across to a building. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Only space for one large suitcase unless another suitcase is opened on the lounge. Breakfast was very busy and pretty average but ok for something to eat before next flight. Across the road from Newport mall where you could grab a coffee and 7-11 and McDonald’s downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall: Good hotel for a 1 night stay if you arrive and then fly out again from Terminal 3.
1. Check in at 2pm - 1 overworked receptionist+1 trainee-looking guy who just most of the time stand around = no matter the effort, service suffered. 2. Room is good, quiet, clean, nice smell, complete amenities. 3. Bfast is all right, nothing fancy but you have some choices, with wide selection of drinks. Can get packed breakfast bet 12mn-6am if you have early flight 4. Walking distance to Newport Mall 5. 10min drive to NAIA 2
Holiday Inn Newport has a good location. It is walking distance from the mall. There is a 7-11 convinience store and Mcdonalds at the ground floor easily accessible from the lobby. Upon check in however, it took a lot of time standing and waiting for check in. There are 3 people in the counter but only one is designated for regular check in. One is for the disabled and the elderly, the 2nd one is for the Casino entry. It was not a pleasant experience waiting and standing in line for so long. And that was a little late checking in around 2:30 -3 pm. The lady at the front desk staff though was nice and accomodating offering a late check out for being an IHG member. I appreciate that. The room: Nice and clean but the bathroom lock was not working. The lights in the entry hall was also not working. There was a small cockroach found by our little one the next day near the door and had to swat it away. There was also a moment at night that the internet was slow. Sofa needs a bit of cleaning from little stains. Breakfast food: Average. More on Filipino food. Not too many choices. Wish there were bacon and sausages. Coffee maker needs frequent refilling as only hot water came out one time. Hot choco was also not enticing when I got one from the machine, did not even drank it as it looked pale and cold. It would be nice if it was the local Philiipine tablea type not from the automatic dispenser. TV cable choices were good. Lots of Filipino and English movie channel choices. Basketball channel and cartoon channels as well. Staff housekeeping/cleaners are courteous . They greet you nicely especially when we see them on corridors which is a pleasant one. I believe there is no swimming pool at this hotel. Check out was easy There is also an express check out box that is convenient as an altetnative choice for a quick check out. Parking. Found a slot right away. There is a counter with a staff at basement 1 to accomodate guest who will be getting out with their vehicle. Overall it was a good stay with some items mentioned above that need improvement to make the experience better.
our stay was really good, the room although not as big as other hotels, was clean, with a good layout and nice view of the airport. Very close to newport mall, fast food chain and convenience store right outside. Just around a 10 minute walk to the airport bridge (Runway Manila). Breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful. Check out was also quick and convenient. Will definitely stay here again!
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby shopping and dining options, while the cleanliness of the property is commendable. The stead are incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast offerings are satisfying, although the amenities could use some improvements (no swimming pool). Parking is convenient, which adds to the overall practicality of the stay.
Was in Manila for a conference at Newport City. Great price for the location and also walkable as well as convenient to the conference venue. The hotel is just next to Newport Resort Mall. Just outside the hotel is a 7-Eleven which was great for midnight snacks. The Ninoy Aquino International Airport is super close by. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again
The room was nice and very cozy. However, my fiancée and I noticed that it was a bit dim inside. Most of the lights, especially in the bathroom, were directed overhead, so the room felt slightly darker than expected. But overall, the space was comfortable. The staff were friendly and responded quickly when we requested an iron for our clothes. We also appreciate the complimentary water and coffee. Thank you!
Best location and close proximity to Resort World and terminal 3. Above average buffet breakfast but Big Mac downstairs and 3 min walk to Subway and Starbucks. Newly opened Mang Inasal is a 5 minute walk with other food outlets nearby. Good value if you get it on sale or off season. Excellent customer service, clean and quiet location. Good light and sound insulation.
We stayed there because we had a long layover between our flights and even though we didn’t maximize our overnight booking we were still able to take out breads and pastries because of the breakfast to go option. Even though we were across the airport, soundproofing was working perfectly. The room was comfortable and clean and perfect for what we needed.
This property offers fantastic value with its prime location near the airport, making travel super convenient. The cleanliness throughout is impressive , and the staff genuinely goes above beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Facilities are top-notch, providing everything one might need for a comfortable experience. Overall, it’s a place that checks all the boxes for anyone looking for a great stay.
Instead of staying at my usual airport hotel, I decided to try Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City for an overnight stay before my flight the following day and enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, the staff were charming and helpful, wifi was fast, the bed was comfortable (I really liked that they had a firm and a soft pillow, properly labeled), airconditioning was consistent and quiet, lobby and breakfast area were spacious, hot water in the shower and from the faucets, and conditioning hand and body soap from eco-friendly dispensers. The towels were soft and there were free water bottles in the room. Its not the most quiet choice, especially if your room is fronting the airport and the busy road, but I easily solved this by putting on my handy travel earplugs. Breakfast choices are a bit limited, but still nourishing and delicious. The chicken sausage and arroz caldo were particularly tasty. Its also a few minutes walk from Runway Manila, which is fine if you do not have mobility issues and are not lugging huge bags.
Checked in at midnight with my husband and son for an overnight stay. Very happy with the staff specially Joanna the concierge, she was able to help me with all of our concerns and was professional. The rooms are great (spacious) and clean the proximity of the hotel to the airport is a little be complicated specifically for those with luggage but overall great hotel♥️
The room was very clean. The staff was good. There was an odor in the room but not a deal breaker. They need better room fresheners. The location is great. Their side exit opens up right next to 7-11 and McDonalds. Both locations were very busy at 2pm. If I want to check in as early as possible for an early morning departure I will stay here. If I arrive late at night I will likely stay at KHotel to save a little money.
This is a massive hotel, with hundreds of rooms, we stayed for one night between flights. Positives: Walkable from Terminal 3. Good value for the price. Easy check in, friendly and efficient staff, easy key drop box on departure. Spacious room with clean comfy bed, free WIFI, free water, tea/coffee making facility, hot shower and efficient air conditioning. Buffet breakfast. Negatives: Room 2038, had a view of a wall, concrete staircase and rubbish, so best not to open the curtains. Glass screen between bedroom and bathroom, means if someone uses the bathroom in the night and turns the light on, it illuminates the whole bedroom and as this is basically a transit hotel, this is not ideal. Shampoo and body wash provided, but no conditioner. Breakfast was a positive and a negative, it was a bit if a bun fight, the restaurant had literally hundreds of people in it, so was hard to find a table and a lot of the table had dirty stained tablecloths on them, food at the buffet ran out constantly as did plates and cutlery, so recommend getting down early for breakfast.
Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. One thing though, I had some pastries on the desk and after a few hours I noticed there were ants all over them! Other than that my stay was good and breakfast was also good! They had different offerings day to day. Location is very convenient to airport and Newport Mall is just next door! Definitely will stay again!
I love staying here before due to the location and it is value for money however during my stay this time the staff seems like working the whole day in the hallways and making so much noise. I understand that cleaning is part of their job but other hotels can do it quietly for the guests. There was also a cockroach in our room.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel with my mom and aunts, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport, which made our travels hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were always ready to assist with any requests we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Holiday Inn provided a comfortable and pleasant stay for our family. We appreciated the convenience and the warm hospitality, and we look forward to staying here again!
The hotel is located conveniently in front of NAIA terminal 3. It’s the cheapest hotel in the area. You can stay the night comfortably with all your basic necessities. The breakfast is good and fulfilling. The only downside is we found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom when we woke up in the morning. Also, they’re short staffed in housekeeping, so if you need anything you need to come and pick it up.
My overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express Resorts World Manila was precisely what I needed: efficient and comfortable. Check-in was swift, and the room, though compact, was clean and well-equipped for a short stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety to start the day. Its prime location within Resorts World Manila makes it incredibly convenient for accessing entertainment and dining options. While not luxurious, it provides excellent value for money and a hassle-free experience. Perfect for a quick stopover or those prioritizing location and practicality.

“Excellent Value and Unbeatable Location”
The Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City is an absolute winner, especially for travelers needing to be close to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 or planning a visit to the nearby Resorts World Manila complex. It perfectly delivers on its promise of value, comfort, and convenience. The Best Feature: Location, Location, Location The proximity to NAIA Terminal 3 (a quick walk or shuttle ride away via the Runway Manila bridge) makes it an ideal choice for layovers, early morning flights, or late-night arrivals. Being situated right in Newport City means easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment without needing to brave Manila traffic. Rooms and Cleanliness My room (1 Queen Bed Standard) was spotlessly clean, modern, and highly functional. The design is smart and efficient, maximizing the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a solid night's sleep, which is crucial for airport hotels. The bathroom was well-maintained with excellent water pressure. Everything worked as it should, from the reliable Wi-Fi to the quiet air conditioning. Service and Amenities The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were fast, and they were always ready to assist with directions or quick requests. The free Express Start breakfast was a pleasant surprise—it offers a decent selection of local and international items, perfect for grabbing a quick, fulfilling meal before starting the day. This hotel is perfect for short stays, business travelers, or anyone visiting the entertainment complex. Highly recommended!
