"I stayed just one night at the Driftwood before joining my cruise ship. The communication I received from the hotel pre-stay was on point. I was met at the airport by a lovely gentleman when my flight arrived at 22:00 and driven directly to the hotel, which was about a 10 minute drive? I wasn't paying that much attention to the time as our driver was giving us detailed information regarding Juneau, which was very nice. The check in process at the hotel was quick and easy, the staff were smiling and friendly. The room itself was clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. The only 2 drawbacks to the hotel was 1. No elevator and 2. No Air Conditioning. Now, neither of these were a major nuisance for me as I was able to carry my own luggage up to the 3rd floor with no problem and there was a fan in the room which cooled it sufficiently for me to sleep comfortably. I only point it out here for anyone who might have mobility/strength issues or MUST have a cold room to sleep in."
