What guests are saying:
Arrived early but host did his best to accommodate me right away. I appreciate it a lot. Place is far from the center but it was nice as you can see all establishments within Sagada from restaurants to inns. Highly recommended!

Room had a good balcony view. not that close to city center but hotel is perfect if you are after relaxation. Requires a short climb to get to property. Sagada Lemon House is quite accessible. Owners were nice to offer rides to Kiltepan Lodge( for a fee of course).

Room is spacious, clean bathroom with heater and an awesome window view. Location is also near popular restaurants & cafe like Lemon Pie House and Sagada Brew. Kuya Oscar also arranges trips for you so that you won't have to go the hassle of finding one.

+super friendly staff +guest house was clean and inviting -the wifi didn't extend in to my room -the gas cookers didn't work so you were limited to meals that you could make Overall so happy that I stayed here and I will definitely be back!

The room was quite small but it was clean and has a terrace with a view of the echo valley. Hot shower wasn't too hot but bearable. Quite a short walk from the town centre (about 850m). The place is quite secluded so. Overall, it's a great place to stay in.

The room is great as this is big enough though it's weird coz the door is a transparent glass which is being covered by a curtain and you need to go up/down 3 full flights of stairs --- good exercise! ;-). Overall, the room is great and their water heater works perfectly well. As for the location, takes about 15-20 minutes walk toward the tourism office.

Staff is very accommodating and helpful. However, if you have your own car/vehicle...”
Parking space is going to be a problem. If you also have other guests who cannot adhere to house rules of quiet time schedule and non smoking signs, then its also going to be a problem. WIFI is also not good if you have multiple devices. There is also no hot water available.

    Must-stay!”
I went here for 6 days with my best friend in Peace Corps and we had an excellent experience. The family-owned lodge is extremely clean and the owners are so friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a walk from the town center but honestly it wasn't a big deal at all for us since we don't mind the extra exercise. Wifi works well in the common room and the lodge is right near some of the best places to eat in Sagada (Gaia Cafe is 15 min away, Sagada Brew 5 min, and Shamrock is 2 min). Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

    HOMY AND COMFY 🤩”
If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet decent and clean accommodation in Sagada, THIS IS THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOU. These are the advantages of the property: - nice and working water heater (badly needed for the cold weather) - clean and spacious room and OWN bathroom - affordable - free and unlimited mineral water (hot and cold) - hospitable and helpful staff - located few blocks from the tourism office - close to almost all restaurants - a bakery offering the best Sagada bread is located in front I'm definitely recommending this property.

He also arranged our sagada trip with Kuya Jordan who is super kind and friendly and guided us through. The room and facilities are clean. I will definitely go back and stay in again and will recommend to my family and friends. ☺

    Best Lodge in Sagada”
The room is big enough for 2 and the location is outstanding - it has a perfect view of the Echo Valley and is just 10minutes walk away the Tourism Office. It is 2-3 minutes walk from Sagada Lemon Pie House. Overall it is Perfect!

    itself. ”
Pros:The place is good, clean, peaceful and the view from our room is really beautiful. The staffs were also kind and accomodating. Value for money. Cons:Its pretty far from the sagada tourism information center. It could have been better if they will improve the road going towards the lodge(presently it is rocky and we have difficulty in going up to the lodge most specially when its raining its kund of slippery). It will also be better if they serve their own food so that their clients don't need to go out just to eat.

We loved this place because there is a good view from our room. We are an active backpacking couple so the location isn't really a bother for us. In fact we love the walk to and from the lodge. Oscar was very friendly, helpful, and informative too on the places we want to see. Bonuses are it is close to a bakery, restos, and Lemon Pie House. The facilities are at a minimum but really, you get it decently for the very cheap price. A recommend for active couples like us. :)

Stayed here last Feb 4-6, 2018. Place was quite far from the town center but offers a good view of the mountain. You can cook in their place and use the utensils for an additional cost of 100 pesos for the whole stay. Place is clean and maintained. Staff is very helpful. We stayed in a room for 5pax and had a comfortable stay.

This hotel is perfect! They are a few walks away from Sagada Lemon Pie and Sagada Brew while 10-15 minutes walk to Gaia Cafe (featured in That Thing Called Tadhana). The room is clean and they have private bathroom per room which is a double thumbs up!

    Value for Money”
We went there to go on an adventure-filled vacation so we just wanted a place to crash when we're tired of the activities for the day. This is exactly what we were looking for. A good value for money place to stay, specially for friends. The rooms are good for groups. Very near some of the known restaurants (Sagada Lemon Pie House, Sagada Brew, etc.). The owner/caretaker of the place is very hospitable and he knows what best to do at any time of the day. Overall a good place to consider when booking for Sagada.

Our stay was very nice. Check-in was smooth. And the view was very relaxing. Our room was fronting Echo Valley which makes it more stunning. The location is a bit challenging when you're bringing a backpack since the road was steep and far from the town proper. There are no jeepneys on the road so you really have to walk. The internet connection is also a challenge but we don't mind because we can really appreciate the place without the need of internet. Overall, our stay was worth it and we'll definitely come back.

What I like: - The room was cozy. - Clean rooms and other facilities. - They provided comforter and towels - Shower with heater - Mountain view What I didn't like: - Booked a room for 2 pax but was given a room for 3 pax. - Rough, rocky and muddy road going to the lodge. - Construction outside the lodge was annoying because of scattered construction materials - Can hear other people noises inside the room...though they have quite time

I stayed 9 nights here and absolutely loved it. I stayed at 2 different rooms during the entire time and they were both very clean, had comfortable beds, and lovely views of Echo Valley. The owner, Kuya Oscar and his family are all very warm and accommodating. It is very near Sagada Brew (my favorite resto) and Lemon Pie House. it's about 15 mins walk to downtown but I didn't mind. Will stay here again.

    Walking distance, quiet location”
This place was pretty empty when we were there but I loved how quiet it was. The room was large and bed was decent. The bathroom has hot water, which is awesome. A little on the small side but manageable. There's a common area we used to access the wifi (not accessible from the rooms) and you can eat in there if you choose. There's a small stove to cook food but we didn't use it because we had nothing to cook with. I would stay here again if we ever came back to Sagada. Staff was friendly enough, mostly not around much.

Valur for money, accommodating owners, great view!”
My first time in Sagada. I chose this lodge because of the price. This is located 15 mins walk from tourism center. Be prepared to walk a lot, there are some uphill roads and can be really tiring. The room is pretty much basic but its clean and got an amazing view of Echo Valley. The owners are accommodating. You can use their common kitchen to cook, there's a coffee vending machine. Enjoyed my stay with them :)

    Great view and clean hotel”
Great view of the valley (and pines). Room was nice and clean, and so was the private toilet and shower. Room also came with a balcony. Only negative is that the hotel is on the far side of the town, 30 minute walk form the bus/city center. Ok if you are carrying light luggage, but terrible if you have heavy ones! There is no taxi/transportation available. That said, It was a very nice stay. There is also free water dispenser at reception.
