A quick jump into the unknown ”
From Hangzhou to Siam Reap is a quick jump. To have a hotel close to the airport is nice, but once being ready to explore the area, you find yourself lost. Cambodia is on the first steps of tourism, friendly but not experienced, something the hotel faces too. The staff is more friendly to their bosse then to the guest, but I guess that will never improve here. With a family of 3' 2 adults one child, 2 single beds are not a relaxing feeling, the water supply did not know how to perform decent temperature water. Breakfast was always a gamble, go early before the groups you get everything and fresh, during the groups, you know, after the groups you can have all the dishes cold.....
I am not happy to stay in this hotel. They forced me to pay the airport taxi immediately when I checked in at the hotel. The staffs are a bit rude.
Very comfortable hotel”
My stay was drama free. The staff were attentive, the room was a good size and clean and the hotel had all the amenities and services I could ask for.
Great hotel room, good location and facilities. Value for money!
Large hotel room, reasonable price”
This hotel is rather far out of town, but tuc tucs are readily available for transport. The ride to the centre takes about fifteen minutes and costs three dollars. This is necessary because the hotel restaurant only serves breakfast and there are no places to eat nearby. The suite room was very spacious with all the amenities you could want. Wifi is good. Breakfast buffet is small and unvaried with only Asian food apart from eggs. When food containers are empty they are not replaced always and the coffee is warm only. Breakfast of two star quality only. Some staff are not good in English but are friendly enough and helpful. Hotel caters for coaches of tourists so breakfast can be busy.
Affordable and good enough”
Besides the hard bed, slightly smelly pillow covers and a showerhead that was loose on its hanger, there isn't any other major complaints. Its a decent hotel, located only 6-7km from the airport and about 10-15mins away from Pub Street. Its along the National 6 Highway which means plenty of tuk tuks and taxis for hire to anywhere. Breakfast was missable there are lots of nice interesting cafes within walking distance nearby.
It was good to stay in this hotel.”
It was a pleasant stay actually, even the purpose of my stay in Siem Reap during that time was for a meeting; but I can assume that it is a good hotel to stay. The transport from the hotel to airport is taking time approximately 15 Minutes maximum.
Enjoyed. Excellent value for money. ”
Hotel check in very good and room excellent for cost. Had an issue with air conditioning and was moved immediately to upgraded room. Staff willing to assist and friendly. Hotel a little out of town but plenty of tuk tuks at front. Breakfast... Breakfast not so great even for relatively low cost hotel. Pretty much catered for Asian guests. Some cereal and eggs but otherwise not really westerner friendly. Hotel generally clean but breakfast area not so, some food scraps on floor and floor needed mopping. Despite my negative points have attempted to be honest so that future travellers know what they can expect. I would recommend for any traveller looking in the price range.
Quality hotel and location”
Very happy with the hotel. It is held in regard by the locals. Staff were friendly and helpful
Big room but the bathroom not so nice”
better if can change a little design in bathroom & bed room. especially which i can not accepted is, smell of water, it's not city water.
Hotel was great, staff friendly, Rooms are spacious and clean, easy to get a tuk tuk to pub street, for great dining and shopping. Breakfast exceptional
nice hotel but not central”
big room and a good price. It's not central, and you have to negotiate for a taxi downtown. It's fine if you have a package tour to Angkor Wat. They have a sauna, but the swimming pool had too much chlorine. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, although their English is a bit rough.
Great staff, Not very Central”
There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Siem Reap. This hotel is very nice, and is certainly nice enough. But if you want to be "central" then get a hotel closer to "pub street" downtown. Otherwise you will be paying for a taxi or tuk tuk to take you around. The breakfast wasn't very notable, but we were among the last guests to eat so maybe it was better earlier. My advice is to find a hotel closer to downtown.
Big Room, Helpful Staff, Good Location ”
We stay in the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The service provided in this hotel is good and the staff are very friendly.

Good service with nice swimming pool”
this hotel is not as close as some hotels to angor wat or the centre, but we are only talking about a 15 min tuk tuk ride. otherwise a great place to relax and actually it allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist cenre
Great Hotel, Highly Recommended”
Siem Reap is a tourist trap so things can be really expensive so the hotel was very good value, even my tuk tuk driver said I got a good deal. The hotel is located between the center of town and the airport so you do need to take a tuk tuk to go to the market and get to the areas with the restaurants/bars. If you are okay with that, you get a very nice hotel with fantastic rooms and great service. You get a lot of package tour groups at the hotel so if you book alone, they give you the really nice, spacious rooms. After traveling for 1 month, it was nice to end up at a nice hotel and take a bath in a nice tub!
Kingdom Angkor hotel ”
I would recommend the river Tonlé Sap and I personally find it is interesting to see the people live by the river. By saying that, we are just at the good time, when the tide is neither too low nor too high. So we did enjoyed a smooth journey without much big wave for example. Watch out: the trip include a visit to local school on the river, the school is run under charity. It would be great if one consider to bring along pen, writing pad to give to these children. We do not know in advance. At the end we did a small donation at the school instead of buying the book and pen from a stall on its way. the River trip cost US$25.- (it is costly but it is run by the government and the fee is contribute to the local charity)
An enjoyable and reasonably priced hotel”
The bed was coomfortable and the buffet was very good. Many people go here on group tours and even a small tip for the staff works wonders. The buffet which ends at 1000 was good but sometimes near 1000 the selection was very limited. The staff was friendly and attentative. The housekeepers kept the rooms clean. The safe in the rooms is a nice touch!
Good accommodations, friendly staff, terrible gym”
The hotel had charm, the staff was generally efficient and friendly. Hotel had a decent pool, and the restaurant prices were also good.
