First of all, the hot springs are great and the accommodation is spacious. So there was no inconvenience using it with family. The location is a bit away from the city center, but it’s nice that there are shuttle buses frequently available. I liked the bedding, yukata, pajamas, and amenities. However, it was difficult for the staff to communicate in English, and there was no convenience store or market near the accommodation, which was inconvenient.

The best hotel that welcomes you with a wonderful smile. The staff at this hotel are all really friendly, kind, and attentive, and the service is quick, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The meals were also fantastic with no complaints, and the hot spring in the room, along with the view, was wonderful. I definitely want to stay here again. When making the reservation, I mentioned that it was my mother's 80th birthday celebration. The hotel staff all congratulated us, and in our guest room, there were beautiful orange roses prepared, which made my mother look very happy. Moreover, although I had not requested a specific view, we ended up with a room that offered a great view of the Port Tower, and the room itself was lovely, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time thoroughly. My only slight concern was that I had requested a buffet, but when we arrived at the scheduled time, there were already many people dining. I wondered what the actual start time was. The variety and taste of the food were delicious, so I was satisfied, but that was just a bit puzzling. Overall, I was extremely pleased, and I would like to use your services again. It's very convenient, with beautiful scenery, clean and tidy, and the food is also very healthy and delicious.
The accommodation is spacious and very nice! I was satisfied with both breakfast and dinner! I was so satisfied that just having the buffet was enough. I brought some adults with me, and there were quite a variety of food options, with many Japanese home-cooked dishes and dishes made to order, which provided a sufficient experience of Japan! I want to visit Kobe again just to stay at this accommodation :)
Excellent food, Cosy restaurant facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. I will definitely check into Minato Onsen Ren again!
It was a really wonderful place. I was able to enjoy the morning bath in a private setting, and the breakfast was very diverse and enjoyable. One disappointing thing was that I had booked a 3 PM check-in and an 11 AM check-out through an online reservation, but there seemed to be some trouble that resulted in a 5 PM check-in, which was shocking. However, when I mentioned the check-out time, they kindly changed it to 11 AM. Thank you for such a lovely time. I would like to go again!

Really enjoyed my stay at Kobe Minato Onsen. First experience staying in an Onsen Hotel and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Staff were really nice, Onsen was big and pretty impressive with all the amenities. Massage was really good as well. Hotel was very clean too.
