        The resort is beautiful with good manicured landscape, location is only about 5 mins from Gambang exit. Adequate activities (cycling-free rental bicycle, Kayak, archery, morning walk, board games etc). From all type of villas, only water villa not that suitable for family due to its smaller size compared to other villas but has scenic lake view. The staff is helpful and friendly, food is good with adequate choices.

        Everything was good. The moment you walked into the resort, you will be greeted by the front officer who never stops smiling and the staff that greeted us was Ain, who had gone to all the trouble to make sure that we enjoy our stay to the fullest. The staff, had gone beyond their duty and made little suprise(s) for my family members who celebrate their birthdays on that day which i also did not expect. The room that we stayed is clean, the mini bar is free and the staffs faithfully restocked everything throughout our stay. What more can u ask, right!? The pool in the room was the star. We love the privacy and we get to jump into the pool whenever we feel like it. When you are there do nit miss out on the morning walk. It is complimentary from the resort and there is so much that you can learn, touch and feel from the 90 mins walk. The recreational staffs are simply awesome. They know how to tackle the kids and entertain the adults.

        Hotel sangat2 cantik. Enviroment really nice. Big room, nice pool nice lanscape. Nearest at tol gambang very easy to come. Nice place for holiday with peaceful enviroment. The staff very kind and always smile. I must say i definetily come to bring my family and parents also. But i have a allergic when mandi pool. My advice masa mandi kat pool jgn sandar2 kt kayu tepi tu nanti kulit gatal. My husben gatal teruk kt badan sebab sandar kt tepi.

        We stayed in this Vanni villa for a night after trying the Amani villa. This room has a nice Balinese design and I love the outdoor shower area. The only down side is when come to night with lots of insects. The breakfast spread is good and there are few other activities in the resort which kept us occupied. The spa is a must!

        Mangala resort and spa is located within a plantation with spectacular view. Although the room/ villas are spread across a wide area, buggy service is easily available. There is also bicycles for rental. The room we are staying is superb and come with a private pool. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of life.

        Out of this world resort in an oil Palm plantation and wetland. We stayed in the water villa, the view is very enchanting, u see birds flying and singing and fish swimming even a monitor lizard. The walk in the oil plantation and lakes was mesmerising. The staff was very warm and make you feel at home. The manager, Jimmy was a good host chatting with us and making sure we were well taken care of. From spore only 1hr flight to kuantan so convenient for a short break.

        The time you enter it, it gives you the impression that it is a different level of hotel than other 5 stars. The limited number of rooms give this opportunity to the staffs to provide a more intimate environment for all guests, the impression that you are invited. Free facilities show that they are thinking of loyalty, not just one-time payment.

        A calming and relaxing getaway. The resort is like a small village (or should i say paradise) filled with beautiful villas. I stayed 3D and 2N for our annyversary getaway that all i wanted is a relaxing time with our small family of four. Full satisfaction from the begining of the journey (since it is only 2 hours and half from KL). The staffs all very nice and sweet. The facilities are superb (well done mangala resort & spa management). The beautiful pavement and the scenery were just unforgetable. My family enjoy cycling after breakfast really much esp my four years old son (again well done mangala resort & spa management) for the brilliant ideas. I am sure will definitely come again😍

        All you could ever ask for!”
        This is by far the best getaway my husband and I have been to! The staff are super friendly, no one without a smile, all so kind and ready to help. The room was AH-MA-ZING! We loved everything about the room and the environment. It was the perfect place to get away from the hectic city life. We also got to try the complimentary recreational activities (kayaking and archery) and it was so much fun. Free bicycle during our stay was a plus point! Massage was also awesome. All in all, everything was beyond expectation! Looking forward to come here again anytime we need to have a nature retreat.

        Nice environment with a very good view and friendly staff. Complimentary outdoor activities. The room is nicely decorated and come with jakuzzi. We spent our honeymoon and had a good time here. We observed the resort require a space of improvement as below: 1. need to wait about 20min for kayaking as the kayak is not enough. At that time only 2 kayak is available to be used with almost 10 people waiting for their turn. 2.restaurant and room service can be better. Ordered chicken chop but they sent lamb chop and the guy who sent it did not check the receipt but blindly sent the wrong food to us. No tray was provided, and the guy just hold it using his hand. During breakfast, at 9am a lot of foods are finished. 3. We checked in around 5pm but being informed the room is not ready and reception asked few times to confirm my name and booking number etc. when we entered the room, found tv remote control not working and bath robe was not provided. So had to call the reception to fix it.

        Stayed in Armani 2 bedrooms for 2 nights. Villa itself very spacious & nice. Every evening will have small gift given ( I got a box of chocolate & balonglong). Daily refill for the mini bar & nuts. Things need to improve: Lakeside cafe, breakfast time short of staff. Always need "remind" staff on the coffee we ordered. Suggest to put coffee machine and we can serve ourselves. Fresh fruits always having bugs flying around which stop us to take them. We were 4 adults and 1 kid. But only 2 of us got the welcome towel. There is no room service until we called and request for it. We request not to change bedsheets. But it's quite surprised that after room service, our beds all in same shape as previously. Overall, it's nice experienced. My kid love the attached pool very much.

        We've chosen Vana villa after considering of privacy. we enjoy the stay and kids love the private pool which the pool size is just nice if compare with hibiscus port dickson. the room is spacious and clean. nevertheless, there was a mouse inside the room and we only noticed it during midnight. couldn't really sleep well after seeing the mouse around 2am++ and the roof top have noise of animal walking, we suspected is mice. hope the management do pest control before the next visitor accommodate. we understand the villa we choose is close to the nature, so it wont be surprise the appearance of insect, snake or mouse. but we still feel uncomfortable staying with mouse under one roof. =)

        Perfect weekend gateway”
        Here’s my little note on our stay at the Mangala Spa & Resort. Located just in the humble city of Gambang, Pahang. This resort is everything you need for a weekend gateway, perfect honeymoon spot, and amazing choice for a family vacation. We feel very much welcomed from the moment we enter the premise. Refreshing juice were served along with a cold towel, a great way to refresh from the long journey. Then they took us for a tour of the place, enormous and spacious that a buggy is required to travel around. Trees and plants everywhere and we can hear birds chirping, it is almost as if the nature is also welcoming us. That brought us to our villa, the Amani Villa. Spacious bedroom with a living room; a place just to chill and watch TV and an inviting king sized bed. What surpised us was the luxurious feel of the bathroom, it’s almost as big as the room itself, with a his & her sink. Big. A giant bathtub and an amazing rain shower all surrounded by a love garden.

        If you love the quiet, nature, cycling, and having a nice big pool on the edge of a lake, you’ll love this place. However, for the first time we experienced cold food during breakfast (it was around 9ish, not even towards the end of bfast) and on the last morning, because of low occupancy, there wasn’t even a buffet breakfast so we had to order off the menu. But apart from that, lovely stay as always - anything after this will be hard to beat.

        Everthing... from service, accommodation, environment was really great. Will come back again for sure. For muslim, if you're looking outside for dinner, there was a few tomyam restaurant nearby. But make sure you do u turn before toll gate.

        My friends and I booked the Amani Villa and celebrated our friendship anniversary..a couple of hours before check in, had checked if they are able to do simple deco around our pool area & they immediately agreed to do so..I must say that what they actually did was beyond simple, we were really impressed & we even got complimentary cake! Every single staff was so pleasant & helpful & the food was very reasonably priced & tasted great..the chef came around tables asking us about the food & even recommended what to try during breakfast buffet..overall, I absolutely love this place & it's totally worth the money..I'm definitely coming back :)

        Had a great, memorable and relaxing stay. Quiet resort surrounded by beautiful nature. Staff were friendly. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Food was great but not exceptional. The service at the breakfast could be much improved. There was no self service for drinks and the staff didn’t always come and offer drinks and never offered refills. It feels strange having to beg for a drink. We stayed at a room with a private pool which was fantastic. However there was a lot of fallen leaves and I wish they would come and clean the leafs around the pool and in the pool without me having to call for it every time. Overall I can highly recommend the resort.
