Wow,wow, wow - where do I start?”
Totally blown away, seriously, this hotel is truly amazing. The lobby is immense with Islamic geometry at play in its design, it really is an impressive building. Room to die for, the features built into it are very very clever and creative. There's not enough space to compliment this hotel so I'll just say it is superb. Bathroom spectacular, beautiful rooftop pool. Magnificent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant - note though, there is no alcohol served anywhere in the hotel, not even a glass of red with dinner. The hotel is beside an impressive mosque which may explain that. I'd live here if I could, I doubt I'd tire of it. Complimentary airport shuttle every "2 hours"!

, Staff lovely, rooms great, good position for airport. Beautiful swimming pool. We were a bit shocked not to be able to have wine with our dinner as we had not realised this was a dry hotel. Separate swimming pools was not a problem as there was nobody using the pool they let us use the pool together.

Hi. On top of the good review given by me. I think there is some areas that still need an improvement. a) Housekeeping process. We have arrived after check in period (around 3.30pm) only to be informed that our room is not yet ready for check in. We only can check in after 5pm. b) The aircond have some weird sound in it. c) While we're checking out. Suddenly the card for access is no longer working because its already pass the check out time. Yes. We do understand that the check out time is 12pm. But we're in the middle of taking our bags out from the room. Its kinda unacceptable for the hotel to locked us out. Luckily our family member is still in the room at that time.

No hourly shuttle in the morning”
Although they have a regular shuttle to the airport in the evening. In the morning it is every 2 hours eg: 6am then 8am forcing me to get the hotel car for 80 ringgit or a taxi for 50 ringgit to drive 5 minutes to the airport. Beware if this taxi price gouging in the mornings for taxi's to get a short distance to KLIA & KLIA 2. The government should stop this. Rooms were nice. Breakfast poor selection for vegetarian and western diet. A cappuccino is chargeable even tea tarik. Poor show for a so-called international hotel.

Good spacious room near KLIA”
Nice rooms, spacious. The hotel is very near the airport, but their shuttle bus service is a laugh, only once every two hours! Good that the taxi is not too expensive. It's a huge hotel and it feels empty, (too) quiet. Breakfast (included) acceptable but nothing special. Staff do their best but are not all on top-notch level. All in all a good sleep !

Hotel is very nice and the facility is very clean. Service and employees are excellent. However, it being so close to the Airport, all GrabTaxi drivers will not pick you up but keep you suspended in a booking until you cancel. This hurts you and helps them for you to cancel. Long story short, just take a local taxi!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful pool We found smelly pillows (sweaty odor) but the house staff was quite apologetic and changed the sheets right away We dined in and waited for an hour , which was too long but the food was very nice We had complimentary cakes due to long waiting We hope there was a shuttle bus going to the nearest and only outlet since the hotel is quite isolated

Quite luxurios and very good value for money. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Downside was no alcohol, separate swimming pools for male and female and buffet dinner was quite expensive.

Air condotion unit system sucks... rooms too hot and switch off and on by it self reported all night long. Coudnt sleep until 3:30 at night when they provided a fan.. the rooms A/C set up on 22.5 c ( 73 F ).

Hotel did not meet our expectations”
We were excited to stay at this hotel during a one night stopover in KL but we were disappointed. The airport shuttle is scheduled to come every 2 hours . When we got through customs around 9:30 pm the Movenpick shuttle was waiting but the driver said he was there to pick up airline staff and we would have to wait until the schedule shuttle arrived. It seemed like we waited for a long time . When the bus eventually arrived the driver disappeared in the airport and didn’t return for about 20 mins. The same thing happened at KLIA2. By the time we arrived at the hotel it was past 11pm but reception was flat out processing people.Wewere left waiting for at least another 20 mins. The reception staff who processed us was very nice and fast. Also as we only had hand luggage we were disappointed that there was no tooth paste or toothbrushes. Also no facial cleansers or moisturiser. Breakfast also had fewer options than we had expected but chef made me a nice veg soup.

I think, as the hotel room cost me about rm5++.00 per night, it's really annoying to auto lock the hotel room doors exactly at 12pm (check out time), and the hotel shall give at least 15 mints to 30 mints buffer. it's a bad way to treat a customer. Thanks, huda

I have stayed here several times. Everything was good except for the flies all over the breakfast buffet. I asked as the egg bar, for scrambled eggs and an omelette, and they gave me an omelet, but they gave scrambled eggs from the buffet, which is not the natural fresh eggs.

Dissappointment and Deceived”
Paid an executive suite stay and was expecting access to executive lounge but all we get is lies from the start. If the executive lounge is closed and under maintenance, even the first two lift near the parking is closed for maintenance making us walk so far. The staff was not attentive to try to salvage our experience. They should at least offer the minibar content free but that wasn't the case. The counter staff only offer empty promises of will check with my manager and call you back to get you know. Not even an offer to cover the breakfast for my young children. The first thing they greet you at the breakfast place is whether we gonna pay for the children because only the parents were entitled. It shows what they truly care is making money out of their meagre breakfast spread. This is not a family friendly hotel and will think many times if we ever need to opt for this hotel again.

Value for money hotel. Very lovely decoration and ambience. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic facilities available. Shuttle service needs to be more frequent between KLIA and hotel. Every 2 hours is too limited. Breakfast menu maybe needs more choice especially the western/continental menu. No choice for eggs except prepared scrambled eggs.
