Pacific Hotel and Spa - An Oasis in Siem Reap”

My 18 yr old daughter and I just spent a week in Siem Reap where we stayed at the Pacific Hotel and Spa. I agree with other comments about the exceptional staff - very gracious and attentive! The hotel is lovely with traditional decor, clean and convenient to the airport. Though the location isn't in the heart of activity, a $2 tuk tuk ride gets you to Pub Street, the Night Market, etc. Our suite was spacious with 2 bathrooms and well priced. Free spa services were included, along with the daily breakfast and discounts on other food and beverage (including 24 hr room service). There was construction going on, but it wasn't too much of a distraction given all of the other benefits. For a reasonable day pass price, my daughter brought in friends for swimming in the large pool. I am sure that if we can return to Siem Reap, we will stay again at the Pacific Hotel and Spa!!

swell time one of the most memorable stay....”

my daughter and i had a wonderful time at the pacific hotel. the staff were all so nice, the manager all so helpful and courteous. they were there on hand to welcome us, to assist us and help us from the time of our arrival to the time of our departure. if you wanted a hotel car for touring they could assist you and these people are very honest and reliable. they never cheated us like in other countries we have been too. i would highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future. kudos to the staff. very clean, morning sunshine, all amenities complete, great can't ask for more. it is like staying in a 5 star hotel but very reasonable prices.
none

The Pacific HOtel is highly recommendable. It is value for money. Location perfect. Staff perfect I would go back to this hotel in the future. Very clean rooms, morning sun, staff so friendly, The food was perfect, breakfast had a variety of choices and even the ala carte highly recommendable. The Spa is highly recommendable. Very nice service for the spa and the gym and pool maintained well. My vACATION was so memorable because of the nice service they had when we rented a car to tour the whole of Siem REap. Kudos to the staff. I would like to thank everyone from the manager to the bellboys. I would someday come back again.

Excellent hotel with amazing and friendly staff”

Friendly staff, perfect location and amazing room

I totally love my stay at Pacific Hotel & Spa! Stayed for 2 nights for a holiday and to celebrate my best friend's birthday and they have upgraded us to Pacific Suite! Greeted warmly by the Assistant Front Office Manager, Ouer Sinat and another staff, Sivan. They welcomed us with an orange juice and sent a basket of local fruits to our Suite! Awesome! My bestfriend was really happy when they gave her the surprise birthday cake too! The staff even sang 'Happy Birthday' song to her. Their buffet spread was great. We tried the Khmer Traditional Massage at Ananda Spa, Pacific Hotel and it was totally rejuvenating. worth every penny. Not to forget, all their staff were friendly, always smiling...efficient and absolutely helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...we had such a great time during our stay in this hotel and hope to return and enjoy the excellent hospitality soon! My friend and I LOVE Pacific Hotel and Spa, Cambodia!

Luxury hotel without the price tag”

Value for money, friendly staff, good food

Great hotel! This hotel is pure luxury, best hotel I have stayed in Cambodia and not nearly the most expensive. The rooms are large and spotless and the staff are lovely. It is 5 minutes from Pub st and 10 minutes from Angkor Wat, a TukTuk to Pub st is $3 each way, but this is still better value than most hotels in Siem Reap. The food is great and the breakfast buffet is extensive. The spa offers 20% and is very professional, you can get cheaper treatments in town but they are not professional. PROS - Great value, luxury hotel with professional staff and services CONS - Many tour bus guests when I stayed, and a loud and off-key band that play until 10:30pm

Angkor Wat visit”

Huge swimming pool and good sun terrace
Spa relatively expensive compared to options in Siem Reap

Used this hotel as a weekend base for Angkor Wat visit. It is a large hotel which offers great value for money and a fantastic swimming pool. It is slightly further away from Siem Reap and Angkor Wat (around 5km) than some other hotels but given the abundance of tuk tuks, this really is no problem and represents a great way to travel. We travelled by land from Poi Pet and the hotel arranged us a reliable pick up from the border with no problems. When we visited, this hotel seemed to be the cheapest of the large hotels available. Previously, have stayed at Le Meridien in Angkor which is a very nice hotel but if you can get a room at the Pacific for one third of the price then this hotel offers tremendous value for money!

Our stay of 7 days in Pacific Siem Reap”

The room was very nice and large, decorated with style and has a comfortable bathroom, all spotless.
We experienced no weaknesses, all was rather perfect

The Pacific Hotel is one of the big hotels situated on the airport route. The town center is about 3 km from the hotel but this is not a problem, tuk tuk's are everywhere and they take you for a very reasonable price. The service at Pacific was perfect and the personnel did everything to make the stay in the hotel very pleasant. However if people like to be very quiet, the rooms on the route side are better because every evening they have a music band who is playing at the pool until 10 o'clock. This is really the only remark we can give but we think that most of the people don't see it as negative point.

Brilliant breakfast and nice reception people

We stayed at pacific hotel for two nights, we got a very nice welcome at the hotel! The manager at the reception help us to manage our tour at Cambodia, and that's a very good start of out journey, they offered us a car with hotel driver named Udom, he's very nice and warm people, smile all the time~and the tour guide Suty they found for us also very good! The room decoration is a little bit old fashion...but the stay is very nice! All the staff are well trained and good performed! Although the location of the hotel is far from the city center, they well take you to the city for just 5 usd. And only 5 mins to the airport.

Very nice Resort a bit outside of town”

the pool and service

Great place. A bit outside of town, and catered to huge groups of Korean tourists. The pool is amazing, as is the staff. We hired a private tour guide from the hotel, and he took us on a private one day tour to the mountains of Siem Reap, and the floating village. He was amazing and we had a great time. Great place to stay if you don't mind being 5 min drive from the town.

Pampered at Pacific Hotel”

This is an exceptionally clean hotel that is within about 5 minutes of the airport. The staff is friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and taken care of. While not really close to the core/pub street it is not costly to take a taxi through the hotel or to arrange a Tuk Tuk ride. The food is tasty, pool bar and area are quite nice and it has a spa but did not use these services. The hotel has beautifully carved wooden furniture and wall hangings in the entrance. This is a reasonably priced hotel that is great value for the money especially in the rainy season. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent facilties”

Facilities and staff

The Pacific Hotel is a fair way out of the main township of Siem Reap, being only several kilometers from the airport. The rooms are large, airy and well served with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and free tea and coffee. The showers are great, just the thing after a long day at the temples. Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast was decidely average with the omelets undercooked and the food in general being rather bland. Select the 'no-breakfast' option. If taking a long tuk tuk drive everywhere is okay for you, then this hotel would be fine.

Miss Valerie”

The Kames massage was amazing. Breakfast was great and very clean,

Five dollers to get into town one way. Should be a shuttle bus. The band music is good but not when your room is next to it. So ask for the quiet side of the hotel. The management a d staff fantastic. Hotel clean and very well managed throughout. Well done Pacific

staff, swiming pool, rooms, location to airport, spa

we were happy to stay at this hotel. very friendly and attentive staff (we had just early arriving and should quite early leave it, and as our room was not occupied we have had early check-in and staff allowed to move our breakfast to the day when we arrived. it was so convinient!!) Great pool. Excellent spa. Transfer to airport which is just in 5 minutes by car. It's quite convinient especially if you have early flight. Very nice and spacious room.

Big Enough”

spaceous, clean with very friendly staff

we had a pleasant stay at the Pacific Hotel. First off, we were upgraded to a suite (yey!) and it was very spaceous and clean. the design was a bit outdated though with wooden furnitures that will remind you of your relative's houses in the provinces. the bed is very comfortable and the toilet and bath big enough for a family to fit in. the breakfast was ok, if you're asian, which is ok because most of the guests seems to be koreans and chinese. but i honestly wasnt impressed. the hotel has a beautiful pool which is great after a hot day of travelling the temples and ruins. best of all, Pacific Hotel has the most pleasant staff, always smiling and very willing to help out. it's a bit far from the city center, but still accessible via tuktuk. the temples are nearer though.
