We had the ocean and mountain view room on the 8th floor, the views are so good we would've been happy just staying in. Be aware cruise ships dock right in front and block the entire view of lower floors. We got lucky because the ship showed up only on the day we were checking out. The room is cheaper if breakfast is not included which you can buy at the reception for cheaper than paying at the restaurant. Ther buffet is huge with variety of breads, deli meat and cheeses, continental staples, cereals, fruits, pastries and beverages. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfy, only shower but a decent sized and clean restroom. Didn't use any hotel facilities as we were busy around Tromso. The lobby was a happening place with people hanging out. We rented a car but the public transit is top notch, frequent bus routes should get you to the hotel cheaper than a taxi. Parking is scrce other than a large underground structure at two min walk and charges about $35 per day.

Large clean and well maintained rooms! ”
We were so glad we chose the Radisson Blu in Tromso. The hotel itself is very well designed and the location is ideal. A few minutes walk to the city Centre and to the harbour. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread was very good. We didn’t use any of the facilities other than breakfast and the room itself and have no complaints at all. In fact if we happen to visit Tromso again this would be our hotel of choice in a heartbeat.

All staff were really friendly. It's so nice to get a warm welcome when you arrive. Location is excellent. Close to everything and fantastic views of the mainland. Facilities were great. Only had breakfast there - great selection of foods on offer.

5 star Hotel in Tromso”
Hotel has prominent location and Express Shuttle bus stops right infront of the hotel. Has good facilities and wide spread of breakfast. Our king room has partial bay views and comes with Bathtubs . Will definitely recommend to others .

Lovely staff and a fantastic location. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very small though and the shower is a shower/tub combo with a small space to stand and not very strong water pressure. Overall, not bad if you don’t mind the shower. Definitely one of the nicer places in town.

As what i read in reviews before i decided to stay 4nights was indeed the same - the location is perfect - nearby to the center, to the harbour and the pick up points of tours and bus to the airport is a real big help - breakfast spread is satisfying too plus the “grab and go” bar where you may feel kid like again with cookies and candy jar and a tray of fruits to satisfy those sweet tooth - staff were accommodating and over all i am satisfied with my vacation with the hotel

Comfortable stay”
Location - Great! The airport bus stops right in front, and there’s also a city bus stop just outside the hotel. The main street, Storgata Street is just 2-3 mins walk. And nearby is also the Tromso Cathedral and the Tromso Habour (which I must say is really beautiful in the winter)! Bedroom - We were upgraded to a larger room and it was really spacious and comfortable. There’s a wardrobe provided as well, and bathroom came with a rain shower and shower head. There’s also a kettle and coffee machine provided in the room. And we were also given 2 complimentary bottle of water. Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo and body lotion) provided just in case you them. Facility - There’s a sauna room up on the 10th floor, and I urge that you give it a try. The view is just amazing!
