Good location, clean rooms, however zero common sense felxibility on some policy. I made booking just after midnight on the way from airport, would have stayed from 1am until 11am (9 hours in room, same day checkin and out) . Staff made me pay additional night for "early check in" because technically its already a new day and check in is at 14:00pm, they told me if i made booking at 23:59pm, i would not need to pay extra. I understand early check in fee if i demanded the room from 1am + another full night of stay. Makes no sense. I didnt argue much and paid at the end its hotel policy and staff were polite and courteous to explain it. Would be good for staff to have the power to over-ride these things on case by case basis.

Great place!!! worth more than the price paid, and an amazing location close to patpong night market in the city center! The staff is really nice and helpful. Really clean with great facilities. The hotel also offers a lot of discounts in restaurants and tours! Definitely coming back again!

The room is small, but it is well worth the money.”
Although the room is small, it is in a good location and has all the accommodations, including a parking lot. The hotel is close to a 7-11. The hotel is directly across the street from the large Silom food market, which offers low-cost, high-quality food. All of the staff are friendly and willing to help. This hotel comes highly recommended from me.

Great hotel! Room was spotlessly clean, shower amazing with good water pressure. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, they helped me for over an hour with admin I could not do while in quarantine. Huge thank you to them :) the hotel is literally in the heart of Bangkok, on the best road in the whole city. You can walk to the Maha Nakhon in 5 mins or less and is right in front of you as you walk out the front door. Perfect experience. Only thing lacking are facilities (no rooftop) but that's okay. Would highly recommend. 9.5/10

The best affordable budget hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Always stayed here every time I visit bangkok. Very close to gay night life of BKK. Seven 11 just down near the entrance of the hotel. Easy to catch taxi and MRT. Yess overall Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻 Would definitely stay in here again..

It is reasonable If you’re looking for a room there’s only 400 parts per night this is the good choice.but the size of the room is pretty small It’s just only 16 m² but what I love most is the cleanliness. And also the security of the building you can only go to the floor that you booked you cannot go anywhere else and especially various 7-Eleven a convenience store at the top of the building so you can find things to eat in any Time.

Sometimes simple is good.”
I stayed here with a friend two nights. Great location in Silom for convenience. Close to nightlife and many Japanese bars and restaurants. This hotel is just very simple, clean rooms, clean sheets, nice shower, television with just about every channel in the world. My only complaint would be to have a small gym or hot tub on site. Overall I think I would stay here again.

If you want to be close to the city center, or at least within reasonable distance, and not break your wallet or sleep in guesthouses with cockroaches, then this is your best option. Clean, modern, and close enough to the center area.

Good value for money. Walking distance to Silom and Patphong area. The rooms is nicely made to maximize the usage the space but still you feel comfortable. The bed can be more comfortable. Overall good value for the money.

We have been here third time . The best location with parking to the Russian Embassy. Small basic rooms but linen and towels are very clean, great location. 7-11 and tasty pizza next door to the cafe. Perfect for this price.
