Lublin Province hotels & places to stay

The cleaning crews of this hotel did not even change my bed sheath during my stay. I had to drag my old bed sheath to the front desk and ask them to change it (stayed for a week). When I ran out of soap, the cleaning crews didn't replace a new one even when I made it obvious that I needed a new soap. The rubbish bin was broken and they didn't bother to change to a new one. The cleaning crews did not even remove the rubbish in my room. Overall, I would recommend it only for overnight stay or 2 nights maximum.

Every courtesy was extended to us at a very late arrival time. Very comfortable beds, very clean rooms. The restoration job: truly amazing. Interiors modern. Fantastic food, both at breakfast buffet, and dinners a la carte. Bread! Baked at premises. Truly wonderful, and wonderfully kept, grounds, good for little walks. Many attractions, not just Janów Arabian Stud. Definitely car is advised coming here. Bishops led a good life here

Very nice hotel very close to the old town. We booked this booking throught agoda and it wabs much cheaper than directly through Mercure. If you do not tave breafast please find any restaurant in the old town, fod is great and not so expensive as in the hotel's restaurant. Hotel is located next to KUL and 12 minutes walk to the old town. Rooms are clean and enought equipped. This is very good choice for few days staying.

I had booked two rooms for two couples and when we arrived to check in at 1 AM the receptionist told us that we would get one room without a bathroom. She said that the hotel was completely full and I argued for 10 minutes that that was unacceptable and not what we paid for and suddenly she "found" another room with a bathroom. We got to the room and the lights didn't work because the electricity was out and the bathroom smelled and there were chocolate wrappers on the floor that we only saw in the morning. For breakfast we had ordered a special meal which I called the hotel to days before to confirm and confirm with them at check-in that they had our meals but when it came time for breakfast they had nothing. At this point I asked to speak to a manager so the marketing manager named Caroline came and offered her sincerest apologies and said that next time we come, which will never happen, then she will give us a nice room. This hotel is definitely not a four-star hotel. I wish it was, and we really wanted to like it because it is a beautiful building and looks nice. very disappointing!

Hotel meets all expectations for its class. Rooms are clean, although bathrooms' walls need a better cleaning; some old soap stain remains after previous guests, shower gel tubes are empty. Generally is nice place to stay, very friendly staff and exceptionally good breakfast with variety of food.

Hotel shabby on outside and first impressions not good but room was really large as was bathroom. Breakfast reasonable and restaurant open for dinner but market square with lots of restaurants only a couple of minutes walk. Location great, could walk to all attractions. Reasonably priced, rooms clean, staff pleasant.

The hotel is located in the center of old town in Lublin. It has a very chic interior decoration. I absolutely enjoyed this stay and the breakfast is small yet quite nice. Would like to stay here again if I visit Lublin again.

Truly fabulous hotel, One of the best we have stayed in. Staff really friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to assist. They'd gone to extra effort as we were celebrating a significant anniversary whilst staying there. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Can't find anything to fault!

You enter the room and feel as if you came back a hundred years. Located in the center of the old town (really the center). Breakfast, one of the best I ever had, and dinner was exceptional (Michelin should rate them). The only fault we found was the lighting in the room. They should replace the bulbs with modern stronger energy saving light bulbs.

Trveles by motorbike. Secured parking 150 m from hotel. Same price as near hotel. Very nice room with AC. Quiet.

When booking a room I had an image in my head of a comfortable room - well, we get an attic room, with stairs inside and ceiling under droop. While this can be seen as very romantic we found very uncomfortable (especially for tall person). Banging your head each time when getting up from bed or when trying to get to the bathroom (or in the bathroom!) is not a best way to start your day... But the location is perfect, walk distance from main square, and they let us to store bikes in one of the rooms downstairs. So in general it was a nice weekend ;)

Our stay was average: Pros: minutes walk to town hall, old town and castle. Apartment is homely and clean. Person in charge was prompt in replying to our queries. Cons: heater seems to run on thermostat - heat came on and off, wooden flooring and very squeaky when we walked around (we are not heavy people).

We moved in very late at night though the personell was very helpful and polite. Good rooms and beautifully decorated lobby. Yummy breakfast. The guy at the rception even helped us to print out some documents and didnt get any fee for this, very good man. The area in front of the hotel is very tidy and beautiful. A great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Maybe a bit better than your standard hostel with good kitchen and clean rooms. Easy to find.

Great hotel but geez it is hard to find the entrance. A veritable maze and a locked gate. Once you are in, it is great and very elegant and quiet and luxurious.

It is an Apartment. Much space with 2 beds, toilette and kitchen. For the money it was great. The location is good. In the middle of the center. You can reach everything by foot. Only 5 minutes by walk there is a bus stop. You can go direct to Majdanek. It is a public bus. Ask the staff for more informations. The Apartment is over a restaurant. You get discount when you eat there. The food is good. The staircase of the building is in the night a little dark.

Due to a 60 people group it was very noise on Friday night until 5am on saturday. The staff couldn't handle this situation properly despite few calls to the reception. Also, the restaurant couldn't properly address our needs to meet friends for dinner by providing a separate room or section of the restaurant and we were forced to share the restaurant with a big dinking party of over 60 people of the Polish Honor Blood Association. This experience was much below our expectations and a high level of tolerance.
