If you're visiting the Torres Del Paine National Park and just want to go for day walks in the park rather than do the extended hikes, then this is a good place to stay. Don't stay in Puerto Natales as the roads into the park are terrible and the roads in the park are worse. It's best to be just nearby so that you can get in and out easily. This is a luxury hotel and while it's expensive, it's worth treating yourself to the luxury. We were in a three bed room on the side facing away from the towers, but it didn't matter as there are plenty of public areas in which to sit and admire the view. My favourite was the bar but you can also sit outside and in other areas. The breakfasts were excellent (as were the lunches prepared at breakfast if you catch my meaning) and the evening buffet meals were also very good. I preferred to eat in the bar where you can order off a menu, although the menu is limited. The bar serves a strong pisco sour as well as many other drinks.

Stayed for 3 nights- cabin is compact with bed, shower/toilet and wood heater. Good breakfast ( no evening meals - use adjacent hotels). Tea/ coffee available in main house. Power is on twice per day by generator ( more than enough to charge phones etc). Hot water is by gas. Owners Patrick and Sophia are beautiful people - Patrick is very helpful at all times - he helped us in 2 occasions. Sophia is a warm lovely lady who makes you feel at home. Highly recommended

A beautiful old house converted into a comfortable, clean hotel. Located a block from the square. Kind and friendly staff. Twin beds, not a double. Nice feel if you like older homey interiors - which I do. Great price and a nice one-night stay.

The hostel is great and unique with lots of authentic wood furnishings and unique touches. The bathrooms were excellent and the rooms well heated in the cold weather and comfy beds. But above all the staff made the stay - they were so lovely and nothing was too much. Following a long long day of hiking they Reopened the kitchen to make me some warm food and a hot chocolate as I was late returning. The tours booked through the staff were excellent and great value for money. It felt like a home!

This was our landing zone after traveling 30+ hours from California. We arrived at the airport after 1am and their driver picked us up, and was very friendly and trustworthy. The checkin was easy, which was important being it was so late, and the place is spotless and very cute and comfortable. We woke up and thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast, which was served by one of the owners. She was so wonderful, happy, and a big heart, and served the best meal. Unfortunately, we had to run to catch a bus to Puerto Natales, but we really found this place to be a little gem in Punta Arenas.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Puerto Natales, this place is highly recommended. Rodrigo, the host, is super friendly and helpful. Seriously great place.

This was one of my favourite hostels. Brilliant view, very well thought out building with a kitchen and common area upstairs that faced the ocean. Twenty minute walk downtown to a grocery that is fairly well stocked. I was in a six bed room and it was worth the extra dollar to have that rather than the 10 bed rooms.That being said, they looked like decent rooms. The staff were brilliant, I only had a couple of interactions with the owner and he was very friendly. Other front desk staff were very interactive and helpful, able to answer questions I'd had since the beginning of my trip.

This is an old hotel built in the style of the late 19th century. Many original features of the building remain. It is a pleasant and convenient place to stay. The hotel is accommodation onlyso does not have a bar or restaurant on site but is sufficiently close to city restaurants that this is not an issue. Breakfast is provided in the dining room on the 2nd floor

I really enjoyed my stay at Altiplanico. Its such a lovely hotel. I love that the Altiplanico looks like its peeking above the ground but it is not under-ground (am not sure if i'm even making any sense ...)! So lovely! take time just enjoy the scene just in front of the hotel, so tranquil. I took a long stroll along the water in front of the hotel and it was fantastic. The service at the hotel was great but I would like to give thanks to Lauren i believe her name is. She made my stay at Altiplanico all the more memorable.

This is an excellent place to stay near to the lake on the main drag where everything you might want is readily available by walking. There is a large,, comfortable lounge area upstairs, and the rooms are well appointed. The breakfast served in the morning was varied enough, and the staff were most helpful. The persons I spoke to were fluent in English.

We stayed one night. We booked a double room, but got a twin, because they apperently don't have Doubles. When we asked about a double room, they gave us a bigger rooom with two double beds at no exstra cost. The breakfast Buffet was nice.

natalino is a relatively new hotel in puerto natales, a few minutes walk from everything. the rooms are very clean and have some issues. first, lighting in the shower is too dark. second, the walls are paper thin so we suggest light sleepers to avoid this hotel or ask for rooms on the 3rd, which is the top floor. breakfast spread is also quite poor and repetitive. however, service is super-friendly as is everywhere in southern chile. the staff booked us dinners, confirmed hotel and flight reservation and took the time to help us organise a trip to torres del paine. we will not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone (except light sleepers) visiting torres del paine.

Nice view across the bay for our room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I like the breakfast spread as it is considered one of the better ones for South America standard. The hotel is quite a landmark in the city and is easy to get to for tour guides and cabs. Staff are friendly and proactive to help and most importantly proficient in English. I went there during the low season but prices are quite high for a low season as there might be other options which are cheaper around. Will recommend if you are willing to pay more for more.

We were pleasantly surprised staying in this modest, but totally spotless place in Puerto Natales. Lucy was very helpful providing us with a map of town and recommended places to eat which was very helpful. She even go our breakfast prepared T 5:30 am so that we could get on the road by 6. We felt rested and recharged after our one night stay.

Our stay at EcoCamp was excellent. The property is so unique and as frequent travellers all over the world this one will always stand out for what it had to offer. The location at the base of the Towers Del Paine was excellent and a great spot to do day hikes. We were able to hike to Mirador Torres Del Paine, as well as Los Cuernos on different days. We stayed in the Standard Dome with no electricity/heat in February. We did not feel cold at night at all. The dome was very cute and well laid out - it did not feel cramped. Our little window from Standard Dome 4 had a view of the Torres. The Yoga Dome was another favorite, facing directly East we went there to watch the sunrise in the morning, I made a fire in the wood fireplace as we watched sunrise. We participated in a yoga class one evening too, very well done. The massage was great. Its worth buying the all inclusive package w food. Dinners were amazing with wine, and the bar had great cocktails. Breakfast and lunch bags also great.

Patagonia camp is one of the most amazing experiences I've had. From the moment they pick you up it's top class service all the way. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The yurts you stay in are so comfortable and warm despite the cold outside (it was snowing when we arrived) and each morning you wake up to the most amazing view of Lake Toro and the mountains beyond. One of the most memorable things were the guides. They were friendly and accommodating. They are also very knowledgable about the area so all the excursions were fun and educational. The included meals were great and more than enough. The wine they serve was also very nice. Value for money too as they are not situated within the park itself and therefore the cost savings translates to the customer.

I was visiting Parque National Torres del Paine from Punta Arenas, heading north, there was a !0% discount offered to finish at Puerto Natales. The Hotel was cheap and cheerful, clean, warm and cosey. The room was fine if not spectacular. There was a PC available and the friendly staff booked me on the next available bus to El Calafate. Breakfsat a little basic. Good value for money. Puerto Natales is hardly spectacular, bus terminal on the edge of town, easy to find.

The hosteria room and facilities are simple, but considering how far they are located from the markets, etc, they are splendid. No matter how simple they look, everything is sufficient. The combined common dining and lounge is always warm. There are a big glass window overlooking the torres del paine with amazing foreground. Horses are set free and the area and if you are lucky, you get to see them inside the fence (but outside the building) eating grass right in front of your face. Just a short walk to the river side. Please don't expect any fast wifi signal here. It's the nature admiration moment, so put your phone down and camera up. Staffs are very friendly and will try their best to help if needed. If you are a morning person, you will experience amazing sunrise just out the window of your room/the lounge area. Else, look up to the clear sky at night and appreciate the milky way.

What a majical place in an awesome location. Fantastic food, fantastic views, fantastic experience. If you are in this area of Patagonia, this is a must do. Take the time to do the horseback riding across the plains.

Old hotel showing some signs of age. Soundproofing poor so hope for quiet neighbours. Overall, not bad and certainly fine for a couple of nights.
