Is a great stay, great location, 20 minutes walk will arrive the Art Gallery Of Ontario, walk further another 5 minutes will get you to Chinatown. From hotel to Eaton shopping mall, just walk 5 minutes. Basically, is in the middle of the great attraction of Toronto. I will stay there again if i will go to Toronto the next trip. % stars

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Toronto. Close to Dundas square and very nice and clean with newly renovated rooms. Only thing is no parking on site so I had to pay $38 for parking somewhere else which is a bit far fetched considering the room for one night is over $200. In this case it should include parking with room. Other than that beautiful hotel and great staff

Went here with my son for two nights. We needed the two sleeping spaces with two televisions, so this hotel was great for that. The free drinks and snacks before dinner were an added bonus, as I didn’t then need to have wine with my dinner! The breakfasts were okay, but it’s really worth going early in the morning to avoid the extreme crowds. I chose not to pay the $70/night parking charge...we parked at the casino for a grand total of $20 for two nights. Well worth the 3 minute walk. The pool is not large or deep, but we enjoyed a brief swim there and sat outside on the deck to dry off. We were appreciative of the fridge and microwave in the room...very handy. The room was cleaned well each day. Elevator service was extremely poor when trying to check out in the morning.....up to a half hour wait. I would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for one night to see a dash Berlin and it was very convenient for locatio there's taxis waiting for you they will wave one down if there aren't any waiting and there's all kinda of clubs and restaurants close to shopping and really anything else you could think of everyone was very helpful and polite and the beds were super comfy best sleep Iv had in a while at a hotel!

My boyfriend and I came to the hotel for my birthday weekend from Rochester NY. With it being in the winter you never know how the weather will be- it was cold and we were expecting a snow storm. The Hilton was thr perfect place to stay during this time because it’s connected to the casino and other hotels. There was shopping inside , restaurants, bars, etc. We had THE BEST time and didn’t have to leave the hotel once. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Since it was a Friday they had fireworks over the falls which were priceless. I would definitely visit again!!!

The hotel went through a recent major renovation and we give it rave reviews. We are in Toronto often and have always stayed elsewhere. We think that is about to change. The King Eddie is an exceptional hotel in all categories. You will enjoy your stay. Get the delux king room… fabulous! Sent from my iPad

Hotel room was very clean. Staff was very nice. For entertainment, you can cast Netflix or YouTube from your phone to the hotel TV.

I was with a group of twelve people who stayed overnight at the Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel. We were all pleased with our rooms and the lovely views of the Detroit River skyline that we could view from our windows. Our rooms were clean and supplied with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had enough variety to meet the usual breakfast requirements. We never felt rushed during our meal and were pleased that a server stopped by to refill our coffee cups on several occasions. The check-in process seemed somewhat confusing. Everyone had booked online so the hotel had the necessary information about each person; however, service was slow because everyone had to give information all over again. Usually all that is required is verification of the credit card but the process used at this hotel was a rebooking process that caused a long wait for everyone.

Had a pleasure stay in the hotel. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are all so good. Regular size blow dryer. Nice and comfy bed. Adequate lights. Bacon Mac and Cheese is the best M&C I've had by far! Please don't change the recipe, people will be coming back for that. Your gravy on your poutine is also good!!!!!!

I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't have any issues with the staff. This year I was bumped to an earlier flight and when I arrived I called to see if they had any rooms available similar to the one I booked. I wasn't given an option to upgrade. I was only given the option to wait until 3pm checkin or pay a $50 early check in fee. I declined because this fee wasn't mentioned on hotels.com or Agoda.com. Thank goodness for my friends coming by and saving me after I waited an hour and a half.

Some reviews I read criticized the area. So glad I ignored them. Nice quiet area only a five minute walk to the main shopping centre. Also walking distance to the food market which was great. Friendly staff with complementary town car. Chocolate strawberries were a nice touch for my wife's birthday. The room was a nice design although not overly large. The included breakfast was above average.The best part of the hotel was the two-storey room with indoor pool (warm) & spa. Also the two rooftop spas were amazing To relax there at night after a long days sightseeing & watch a huge projection screen was sooo good. An added bonus was that the pool & spas were open till late at night,unlike many hotels.Highly recommended!

This was my 3rd time staying at the Hyatt. I do have to say the quality of the hotel has decreased since my previous stays. We booked a 2 queen bedroom and because they couldn't keep up with cleaning they were trying to offer us double beds. The pool was full of children splashing, I have kids myself but I would never take them to a hotel like this, it was a bit obnoxious to be honest. No garbage's anywhere, people just left their empty beer cans and water bottles all over the pool decks, but there was no garbage in site. A bit disappointing compared to my previous stay the quality of this hotel has gone down.

We decided to try the airport Hilton rather than our usual go-to airport hotel. We had flown back to Toronto from the west and were staying in TO for two nights before heading home on Sunday. The hotel has been redone from top to bottom and done very nicely. We rented a king-bed room which was roomy for the two of us. However, I think that it is always the staff that ‘makes it or breaks it’ : this was definitely a ‘makes it’ experience. No forced friendliness and everyone just did their job well. We wanted to spend Saturday downtown and took the airport shuttle then the UP train. Wow! Easy peasy and no traffic or parking hassles: 5 min to the airport and 25 to downtown! Last but not least. There is a new menu featuring a couple of East Indian dishes, which were recommended. I would go to this hotel when I am passing by the airport just for the food.

This is on a main road with cheap public transportation for 24 hrs or 48 hr passes. You could also walk to places which is what we did the first 3 days but then we took the bus. The bus takes you to all main places and attractions. Food at my hotel restaurant, Docmilligans ,and service was superb, prices were good too, friendly staff, cool atmosphere, I cannot say enough. Highly recommend it for family and couples alike.

the hotel was easily located near to airport and within 20 mins driving distance, easily accessible to the expressway.

Staff were very friendly, room was small but clean, pool and hot tub were really nice. Restaurant was amazing. Bed was a bit hard but not a deal breaker.

My mum and I are pretty picky about hotels and their service because we've been to so many hotels in the past ( high end to low end, experiences them all). First of all the girl at the front dest that checked us in was super super nice. She was o friendly and made us feel welcome. The room had a great view of the city. The pool was nice also, big enough to do laps. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever been in. If we hadn't booked other hotels after this we would have definitely extended our stay here. Perfect location too right in the centre of Toronto. The lobby looked fancy and luxurious.

Wish Valet was a choice and that the parking lot was cleared of snow, the rooms are very dry, but they brought a humidifier up when asked.

An honest steal for the price and the amazing location. I can't stress enough how much I would recommend my friends to stay in this hotel should they ever visit Niagara Falls. Breakfast can be bought at around CAD22 on site, with a good variety of food and an excellent view of the falls in the morning. In my personal opinion, it has the best location of all the hotels, particularly because of its proximity to Rainbow Bridge and to a walking street with great food and small games and attractions.

The location is excellent - steps away from wonderful restaurants like Alo/Aloette, Byblos, and Pai, ten hops to Starbucks and the local drugstore/mart, and an easy Uber ride away to anywhere. Room is more than decent, with a firm but soft bed and 3 pillows, fresh sheets and clean bathroom. With microwave too. Breakfast is ok - not much by way of selection but tastes good. For the price, this place is hard to beat.

I booked the hotel online, with the assumption that it came with extended parking, for airport travelling, since a shuttle was advertised. In fact there wasn't parking on site, I had to go to Park and fly, which is fine , just a little inconvenient, and a surprise. Apparently the only way you can do this is to deal directly with this property, and the web site does not tell you this .

Like most viewers said that the staff was not friendly, at first I also thought so. I felt that he was fine when we checked out. He just followed the rule that "The check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m." , because he would not allow us to check-in before 3:00 p.m. even thought we specified in our special request that we would check-in between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. The room is big, neat and comfortable. The hotel location is excellent. It is easy to access the restaurants, entertainments, and the falls.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding near by. We found the best possible deal through Agoda.com and we were very happy with the hotel for the money we paid. Very clean, friendly staff, restaurant/bar on site - everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Room size a little bit small for four. Toilet size ok but sometimes only 3 set of towels place in the bathroom. Look clean, towels without smell. Shower with water flow good but overhead shower available only. Pillow and mattress support ok, and blanket warm enough. Coffee maker available in room. Air conditioner functioning well but a little bit noise. Housekeeping ok but wake me up twice for asking to change towels (Forgot to put on do not disturb signal). Breakfast available but everyday nearly the same and the taste is just ok. For me, the location is ok as I drive. It is good for the hotel to clear up the snow around 6 in the morning. Hotel staffs' attitude are good. The other thing which is good is elevator available.

Great locations. I’m staying to go for interviews in Bay Street and it’s super close. And it’s right next to greyhound Toronto bus stop so it’s easy for me to go back to Waterloo. The chocolate chips cookies they gave me are the best!!!!!

Old and outdated , the schedule of the pool isn’t kid friendly when you have a group of kids (15kids - 11-12 yr olds). That want to swim in the middle of the day and it’s not open. Heather front desk was rude and not helpful. Our hockey team will never spend money at this hotel again!

We booked a room to refresh ourselves before a long flight and did not regret it. The room was large and comfortable. The welcome drink at the lobby and free shuttle service to the airport were great touchs as well. We enjoyed our brief, but great stay at the hotel.

A little far from the city but great for the 401 access.... super friendly and helpful staff [I love 'older' staff.... people who actually care, and it shows]. The function dinner was very good and tasty, not always the case. Rooms are just fine and one barely could hear the nearby freeway traffic! Your attached restaurant is very good - super light meals! Breakfast could be improved on the hot side [bacon, real pancakes and real syrup. We loved the ladies in the morning who serve and help. Overall, you all do a great job there !! Doug Harris Ottawa
