This hotel is best located between the busy side of the town and the peaceful mountain side. Our room had Matterhorn mountain view and below the hotel you will find a mini supermarket. There are many restaurants near the hotel and this hotel is located next to the river, so you really get the best of everything. Hotel offered us pick and drop from station and breakfast was also decent. Would recommend this hotel for almost all type of travellers.

I am a single female traveling Europe. I decided last minute to take a trip to Switzerland and more specifically, Zermatt. After reading many travel reviews, I choose to spend the extra money to stay at the Omnia. It was well worth it. I was slightly disappointed (based on most reviews) they usually have a sign with your name on it to take you to from the train station to hotel. I had to call for pick up. After that, it was beyond amazing. The main yound lady met me at the front, offered me a cocktail on the patio to relax as they checked me in. She showed me around the hotel and to my room, where relaxing music was playing. Bed-super comforable, I felt safe and well connected. The food was a little pricy for both lunch & dinner but sortof expected. Breakfast was included and great. For a single traveler (not splitting bottles of wine,food or room) it was a budget killer but I do not regret it. I did not enjoy the 50 frank hamburger and they took it off without hestiation. Awesome staff. Everyone knew my name and was SUPER helpful after hectic travel.

While we booked Hotel Daniela, we were actually told that we were upgraded to their sister hotel, Hotel Julen, which comes with 4 stars+. Yay! So this review is on Hotel Julen. Very impressive boutique hotel that comes with great wifi. Rooms are spacious and very clean, although ours did not come with the view of the Matterhorn. Perfect for a couple with its decor, as it is also dubbed the romantic hotel here. Location is about 10 mins walk from the main train station. Zermatt is a pretty small town and most things are close by including their supermarket Migros/ Coop. Do not buy the magnets here though, you can get it much cheaper at Interlaken.

We are very happy to stay at Matterhorn Golf Hotel. We planned to ski in Zermatt, but the hotel there is rather expensive for us. Therefore, we went to book this hotel (which is a perfect decision). Randa (the station near the hotel) is just two stations away from Zermatt! Staff are very responsive and personable. Recommend this for tourists!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, the reception area is gorgeous, the room super stylish with the most comfortable bed, the sauna area really big with so multiple saunas to choose from, the staff were super helpful and we so friendly and went out of their way to make my birthday a wonderful experience. The rooms are also perfectly quiet so we slept amazingly well after skiing all day. The location is perfect as there is a ski left across the road or a bus close by to go to the ski lifts at the other end of Zermatt. Everything about this hotel was perfect. One if the best places i have ever stayed. I'll be back!

We booked this hotel because it is right next to the Walliser alpentherme & spa, and got 50% discount for admission fee. Was confused during checkin because the counter and the hotel room are at different buildings. Room is spacious. Our room has windows facing the snow mountain. The view is stunning. Breakfast selection is good.

Newly Refurbished Fresh Room Upgrade - A double room was offered instead of the Single room booked. It made a short holiday break showing visitors from my Asian homeland a definite welcome change from the grey wet rainy weather encountered at Zermatt. Apart from a single cleanliness oversight during the renovations in the bathroom, all was beyond expectations and worth every franc in expensive Zermatt. The location is excellent, away from the busy noisy main street, yet close to the Gornergrat bahn and the main station to Täsch.

Lovely hotel at a great location the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Rooms are very big and modern. There was a little room for the kids to play. We had a wonderful stay here. Walkable and Close to everything.

This hotel is a resort in a resort town, they have all the facilities of a Spa resort. Whenever I stay in a big Hotel company, I try to remember the service they have provided me from other branches, the standard should be world class level. And so far Best Western have consistent good service and care for their customers, I think that's what we're paying for. When we have arrived late in the afternoon, I feel at home and comfortable immediately. The room is clean and small but not cramp because every space has it's function. There's terrace which is a bonus! The breakfast included is simple but sufficient. There's a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes in the area that's just walk-able from the hotel. It's 5 minutes walk from Gonergratbahn and Zermatt station. I recommend this place if you'll be using their facilities and if you're staying longer inside the hotel. But if you only need a bed and a breakfast place, there's other places much cheaper in the area.

We love this hotel so much, the best in Switzerland for this trip. We choose apartment for 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it's perfect choice. Each room is large and bathroom is furnish. It has one morden kicthen and one large table for dining, we're so enjoy cooking and have a fun dinner together in group. View from rooms and living room are amazing, we can see Matterhorn clearly. Wi-fi is super fast. We so enjoy here! Love.

Great services and location. the balcony view is excellent with Matterhorn view. Have free wifi in the room. Breakfast is ok. We need to check out at 7am to catch up the train at the last day, and they are willing to let us took some food away for my breakfast.

Beauitful Scenery, Room is very warm, Location is slightly far from Zermatt railway station, u can take a bus outside the station, is around 2.5, and It took us more that 30 mins walking from hotel railway station as our train was 6am, no bus at the timing.

Amazing place! Everything you need to destress and enjoy the lovely area. Out of the way but only 10 to 15 min walk to town. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn and a waterfall. Helpful and nice host. Very close to the gondola to ascend the mountain. Playground across the street would be perfect for little ones.

In the nice city of Crans Montana you find very good value for Money at this hotel. Good choice

The place is self sufficient and has everything you need. Location is great with an elevator that brings you right away from the main street but still close enough. Last bu not least very well Equipped kitchen and electric appliances/accessories are provided. As good as a home gets!

Very friendly with children, beautiful parc, we did a lovely sunrise hike just behind the hotel in the vines it was amazing

Best feature is the staff, which is so lovely and helpful. Otherwise the rest is as expected from a 4 stars.

I loved my studio so much for its space and the small kitchen, though it took a while for the refrigerator to function. The room was quiet and clean and the bed was comforable. I will go back again and would like to stay at their two bedrooms apartment which looks spacious and nice.

Lovely hotel. We stayed as a family and had a little suite with 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a little sitting room. It was ideal. The staff were brilliant. They provided the best gluten-free bread I have ever had for the delicious breakfasts. Evening meals were very good too. We ended up staying an extra night because we didn't want to leave. Also the village is very interesting and there is an excellent cheese shop next door. Would very happily go back.

Very helpful and kind to us. I left something in the hotel and she helped me a lot to ask the fee from the post office. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back here to stay again.

We stayed in a comfortable four bed room with a nice view on the mountains from the balcony. The hotel is perfect for a family with children. The service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers an excellent cuisine for dining. We really enjoyed our stay!

Olie was just delightful and so was our room. Actually to call it a B & B seems a bit churlish, as it had everything but room service; fitness room available at nearby hotel. We arrived in the dark, so weren't sure what we'd see from our balcony, so when I woke up to see Matterhorn right there, it was a most welcome added bonus. I also very much appreciated our room having a bath, as on one of our trips down from Gornergrat, we had taken unknowingly taken the red route and I needed a cold bath for my runners knee. (On that note - up the mountains it's not always easy to see what path is at what level, so do take extra care, but I particularly loved Zermatt for all the walks and treks available.) Pop-up/Primavera is not too far from train station, funiculars and supermarkets, it has a fast wee lift, clean and comfortable spaces, and it is easy to manoeuvre and find your way around it the hotel too. Loved the wee cowbell key rings, we both bought something similar to take home with us. Would have loved to have been able to buy one just like it at the hotel, but didn't have luck finding such in the shops. We enjoyed breakfast very much - it had everything you could wish for, and we were even able to fill a small flask with hot water to take with us on days out too. We also like that the rooms and balconies have a bit of character, so you know where you are in the world. So many hotels are just another streamlined hotel, which could be anywhere. Dependent on how you book, you could have the local hotel tax to pay in cash, but we'd paid through Agoda, so no extras I clicked "couple", but we were actually "aunt and niece" - I'm a seasoned traveller in my early 50s, and my niece - in her early 20s - has even seen mount Everest, and neither of us suffer fools.... we'd both go back to this gem.

A good hotel with excellent price/quality ratio mainly recommended for travelling and sport activities lovers. Good service, helpful people, clean room but a little too small. The position is a little out of the center and a car is necessary. Anyway the overall evaluation is absolutely positive. Besides, the car parking in the hotel is appreciable.

The room is new, with everything! More importantly, I like the details of all the Switzerland designs. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very helpful for our stay. For some rooms you will have a big balcony shared with the owner or others, from which you can see Matterhorn!! I cannot forget when I woke up in the early morning, I opened the window and see the golden Matterhorn in the reflection of the sunrise! I will visit again for my next trip to Zermatt!

The room is a bit far from the train station, but staffs are nice, friendly, and helpful. The room is quite big and the shared balcony has a good view. Wifi is fast.

We loved the hotel. Very 70s in style but clean and big rooms. We had a triple room and it was quite spacious and comfortable. Small parking on the same building or free parking on the adjacent streets. Very friendly staff. Free shuttle to ski areas or Crans-Montana 1 minute away. Barzettes gondola is 2 minutes away by the shuttle, walkable with normal shoes, not with ski boots. Overall very satisfied with the experience.
