Very nice experience and very friendly staff but be careful”
We were travelling with another couple, 4 people in total with 2 double rooms. Staff as super friendly all the time, breakfast is really good and we had a very good dinner at the patio one of the nights. Overall experience was great but we booked a hamman for 4 people and a day trip to Ourika Valley and we wanted to pay everything by card in the local currency (as we have the revolut card and change was very good) but the receptionist insisted a lot of times to only accecept cash, and that he would need to charge us 10 euros for the transaction... seemed very weird, because we paid by card a some other shops and there was no extra charge and it was quite less money. Then instead of doing the invoice directly in dirhams he did it in euros and then change it to dirhams even when he knew we were paying in dirhams so we argued and at the end we paid what he wanted but we felt he did it is some way so he was getting more revenue because of the exchange rates... not nice.
