Situated near an MRT station which is a plus point for us. We got a small room for 3 pax but what nice of it is the cleanliness. The staff are particular with the check in time of 1500H take note of that. All been said I will definitely recommend the hotel.

To start with the good things: 1. The staff is very friendly and cooperative 2. The location of the hotel is very good. It is the main street and also near to two MRT stations (DT20 and NE5) The hotel is very very basic and has just a bed literally to sleep and a marble bench near the window where you could place the bags. It is a very small room. Also, 1. The hotel does not provide any water bottles 2. The wifi is never working in the rooms. Even if it gets connected, the signals will break in between 3. The tv is simple tv and that also has only three channels 4. They dont have bidet showers 5. The shower area only has one dispenser of soap and no additional soap/shampoo is provided. We basically have to use one dispenser to wash the body and wash the hands. 6. They dont provide dustbin for rooms

But housekeeping didn’t change our used cups from day 1. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I told the receptionist about it but still no actions. Our beddings was change only on the first day. Sad.
We love staying around the Quays, especially Robertson Quay. The location is perfect, a great alternative to staying at larger hotels that are three times more expensive in the area. We love staying around the Quays, especially Robertson Quay. The location is perfect, a great alternative to staying at larger hotels that are three times more expensive in the area. It’s a perfect hotel for business stays, straightforward, with small rooms yet detail-oriented design that works, no gimmicks, just basic necessities, such as bottled water, beer, and soda available for purchase at the lobby (or you can walk to the nearby 7-11). We arrived at the hotel around 1 AM for a late check-in. There was no greeting, and no one even offered to assist us with getting to the property. To make matters worse, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the smell persisted even on our second day. The deluxe room was incredibly small—it was tiny! We couldn't even open our three suitcases on the floor, and the comfort room was so cramped that only one person could fit inside at a time. I'm very uncomfortable with how small the room is. Why isn't it mentioned in the description that the rooms are extremely small? The only thing I liked was the value for money. However, I won't be booking this hotel again, as I prefer a more comfortable experience as a traveler.

Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay are nearby, and you can walk to the Merlion in under 50 minutes, making it a great location for jogging and walking. In terms of cost-effectiveness, it is an excellent hotel.

Location is great. Close to Calrk Quay, Just beside the river. A bit too tiny as i expected because Singapore has very tiny spaces. Washroom was too small but again it was expected. Limited bathroom supplies. But it was overall okay because it was clean and we only came in to sleep.
