Such a nice and wonderful hotel!”

It’s a really lovely hotel I’ve ever stay in Japan. Though the price is quite high but after stay for one night, you can totally understand what u spent is worthy. Lovely staff, delicious meal and comfortable room. You can spend whole day in the hotel without doing anything, just relax there!

Fantastic experience. Wine was extra and very pricey. Also the day we left - futons were removed at 7.30am - very unexpected

      Very nice ryokan”

Nice and clean place. Food was delicious. Service was great. Only thing is if they have outdoor bath would be good.

The food and services seemed a little over-rated at the price charged.

      Amazing location”

It was hard to find the place, going up the hill with luggages weren’t great on the first day after long day of trip. However everything else was amazing and it was so worth it! We travelled with young kids and my parents which meant we took everything easy. Food, accommodation, service - I can not fault anything! It was exceptional - the garden view from the rooms, delicate breakfasts and dinners. Even the food for kids were amazing - my kids (4and 11years old) loved the food. On top of that onsen - public and private both were great to melt away our tiring journey. And yes we took taxi from the place back to station on a way down 😉
